Almost perfect place to stay in Porto. Quirky renovated rooms but some of the amenities needed a little more attention. The pool and gardens were exquisite.

Very quiet neighborhood with a great wine bar next to it. Only a few minutes walk away from the city centre. We enjoyed our short stay there. And João was really helpful with his tips.

Fantastic appartement in the vicinity of Porto centrum. Great reception and really nice room with beautiful high ceiling. Next door is a nice bar in an old religious building. We had an amazing experience also due to the great apartment

Very cool building and great location. Room was spacious, but a bit chilly and not very soundproof. Onsite parking was convenient and cost less than other hotels in Porto.

Very nice modern appartments in a beautiful old building, like a home from home. Really nice helpful staff, would recommend a stay here, 8 minute walk to Trinidade Metro handy for the Airport and also close to city Centre.

The apartments are part of a house that is a little oasis in Porto with a nice garden to relax in. The wine bar next door is great bonus.We stayed in the studio, which was great for our needs with a comfortable bed, lots of space and mini kitchen.Check-in was easy with someone there to meet us and there was no problem leaving our bags on our last day.Id recommend this to any of my friends who were visiting Porto.

Wir hatten das Deluxe Apartment gebucht. Das Zimmer ist schön und sauber und vor allem auch sehr gross. Es hat ein bequemes Bett und auch das Frühstück ist super fein mit ofenfrischen Brötchen.Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und die Umgebung sicher. Das i-Pünktchen aber ist eine kleine Weinbar direkt neben dem Aparthotel

bnapartments is a great place to stay. Our apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. We had our own sunny courtyard and access to the beautiful garden, lawns and pool. Staff were great too, and the location fantastic. Would happily stay art bnapartments again.

The pool and garden are a fantastic retreat from the heat of the city. The rooms are cool and well equipped. Theres no full-time receptionist but staff are always contactable and will go out of their way to help you. Lovely place!

This is a lovely place close to the centre. The rooms have everything you need and the property is very well kept! There is also a pool and work out room. Enjoyed our short stay here and would highly recommend it. We had a studio and it was enough room for the two of us.

Accueil parfait, logement spacieux, bien décoré et avec des matériaux de qualité ( petit bémol pour la cuisine en osb). Cadre privilégié: un écrin de verdure en plein centre ville. A recommander car la localisation permet de découvrir Porto tout à pieds!
Cependant nous avons été incomplètes par l'humidité dans le logement, ainsi que par l'évacuation difficile dans la douche
Malgré cela, nous recommandons cette adresse et reviendrons!

Ubicación ideal, el personal muy atento y amable y las habitaciones recién reformadas y muy acogedoras. Tienen cocina, nevera e incluyen cafetera y tostadora. Hay una piscina y gimnasio, así como una zona para lavar tu ropa de forma gratuita. El edificio es un antiguo palacete que ha sido reformado para explotarlo como hotel. Hay una zona de parking exterior. 100% recomendado para quienes vayan a visitar Oporto.

Great location from which to explore Porto and enjoyed having the mini-courtyard outside the room. But the there is little sound insulation in the ceiling so if you have inconsiderate neighbours upstairs who stomp about, you will hear every footfall. Plenty of places to eat nearby and also a supermarket. The off-street parking, albeit at a cost, was useful.

Mooie locatie, rustig maar toch in hartje Porto. Ontbijt uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken en kamer gepoetst. Gastheer erg vriendelijk, altijd bereikbaar. Mooi zwembad.
Erg leuke wijnbar tegenover hotel, elke dag druk.
Enige minpuntje was dat de kamers erg gehorig zijn. Helaas hadden wij last van onze bovenburen met kinderen die om 7 uur ‘s ochtends al rond aan het rennen waren.

Üblicherweise ist niemand vor Ort und die Schlüsselübergabe ist telefonisch zu vereinbaren. Wir hatten das Glück, dass trotz verfrühter Anreise jemand hier war. Sogar das Appartement konnten wir vorzeitig beziehen. Der Check-In verlief freundlich, zackig und unkompliziert.
Die Location ist eine grüne Oase inmitten von Porto. Sehr gut gelegen; ein Besuch des Zentrums ist zu Fuss kein Problem. Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 100 m) und eine Abends geöffnete Bar gleich vor dem Tor.
Ein grosses Plus ist das Vorhandensein von Parkplätzen für mit dem (Miet-)Auto Reisende, wie wir es waren; und dies zu einem reellen Preis.
Wir hatten das Appartement Nr. 3 im Neubau; mit Gartensitzplatz. Alles recht neu und modern. Wie die Zimmer im Altbau sind, weiss ich nicht. Aber alle Mieter können Swimming Pool, eine Gemeinschaftsküche, Fitnessraum und grosszügiger Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten mitbenützen.

Positif: Son confort, son calme, sa tranquillité au coeur de porto. Une superbe chambre et une piscine pour se relaxer après les balades en ville. Idéalement placé. Il faut aimé marcher car la ville est petite, mais très pentue. Place de parking à réservé, indispensable. Très belle prestation. Petit déjeuner à prendre absolument, copieux et jus d'orange frais chaque matin, un vrai bonheur.

Positief: Middenin de stad maar toch heerlijk rustig. Prachtig onderhouden tuin met zwembad en terras. Personeel is supervriendelijk en ontbijt is een aanrader. Iedere ochtend warme broodjes, jus d'orange , koffie en beleg op je kamer . De kamer was prima en voorzien van een keuken met koelkast magnetron, vaatwasser en dolce gusto apparaat. Onze badkamer had een heelijke inloopdouche. Kortom een heerlijk plekje in een mooie stad.

Positief: Alles was leuk: aardige mensen, ruime kamer, iedere dag werd het appartement schoongemaakt, het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk, prachtige tuin, leuk zwembadje (hoewel het onverwarmd is, hebben we er toch van genoten).
De locatie is prima, het is heel dichtbij het centrum.. Negatief: Niks eigenlijk. Nou, 1 dingetje: in het begin was het even zoeken om bij het juiste adres te komen (het opgegeven nummer staat op het pand van de buren, je moet bij het hek bij de witte muur zijn)

Positivo: Muito perto da zona história, até deu para ir ao quarto repousar durante o dia. O espaço é confortável e acolhedor. Tem um jardim que permite desligar um pouco da Cidade e relaxar. Cozinha completa e com todos os utensílios.. Negativo: Ouve-se o caminhar nos corredores dos outros hóspedes, o que no inicio até parecia que estavam no quarto. O edificio é antigo (apesar de todo renovado) e possivelmente devido às madeiras não dá para melhorar mais. A disposição do quarto torna-o um pouco escuro, a vista deste quarto (virado para trás) também devia ser das piores.

Положительный: Вокруг апартаментов своя огороженная территория с садом и бассейном-оазис в центре города. Номер светлый, просторный и красивый. Очень дружелюбный персонал - прекрасно сориентировали нас на местности, дали пару поленых советов и вызвали нам такси. Мы каждую минуту пребывания в данных апартаментах радовались, что забронировали именно их. Да, ещё буквально в 2 шагах были приятные winebar и ресторан.. Негативный: Нет лифта. Тем, кому это важно, можно посоветовать сразу оговаривать проживание на 1 этаже.

We were given an apartment in the annexe. On the first night, we could hear the strong winds and hailstones on our very flat roof...frightening noise. The WiFi is very weak in this place...just about every 30 secs, one has to reconnect. It became a nuisance as we stayed there for 4 days.

Положительный: Просторное помещение, высокие потолки. Наличие всей неободимой бытовой техники и посуды. Особняк расположен на закрытой территории, это удобно для тех, кто заехал на машине на ночь-две, не надо выгружать весь багаж. В аппартаментах тепло, окна первого этажа запираются плотными ставнями изнутри. Пешкрм близко до всего самого интересного, рядом супермаркет. До вокзала и старого рынка 10 минут прогулки под горку.

긍정적: 공항에서 택시로 이동했는데 18.5유로 정도 나와서 편하게 이동했어요 직원이 매우 친절하고 숙소도 넓게 쓸 수 있었고 짐도 맡아주고 택시도 요청하니 불러 주셨어요 위치도 렐로서점이 있는 곳으로 5-10분 이내에 이동할 수 있어서 걸어다니기 좋았음. 부정적: 다행히 1층이어서 캐리어를 편하게 가져올 수 있었지만 다른 층이었으면 힘들었을듯 해요 조명은 어두운편입니다

חיובי: המקום נפלא. הצוות, ההיענות, הנקיון, המיקום, - הכל 10. מיד כשהגענו קבלנו מפה של פורטו והסבר מפורט על כל מקום מומלץ וכן הסבר פרקטי לגבי התארגנות. גם קשר עם המקום בשעות שהצוות לא נמצא. . שלילי: אין מעלית. כשמקבלים חדר בקומה השניה זו קצת בעיה אבל הבחוקה שקבלה את פנינו עזרה עם המזוודות..

What an amazing place to stay for our little visit to this incredible city! We had 5 nights here but could have easily spent 2 weeks. Great place, very clean, great staff, lovely pool, short walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and the historic centre, hospital over the road(just in case). Oh and there is a quiet little bar directly out the front gate!!! Just too easy. Perfect place for a city stay. Will 100% be back here!

These apartments are the perfect place to stay in the centre of Porto. I can not rate them enough. They are close to everything and great for exploring but it is the apartments themselves that steal the show.The rooms are beautiful and have been completed to a very high standard. The pool area is wonderful and is the best place to relax after a day of walking around beautiful Porto. The owners have thought of everything from a Kitchen area next to the pool so you have cook and eat outside, a gym, and a washer and dryer so you can go home with all clean clothes.You can even borrow bikes but we did not do this so can not comment on it. Theresa is also incredibly welcoming and friendly - she could not do enough for us and seemed to work every hour of the day.We will definitely be back.

Pozytywna: Bajeczny ogród, cisza, spokój. Bardzo blisko do Centrum. Wspaniały personel. Do dyspozycji maszyny do ćwiczeń dla aktywnych.. Negatywna: Nasz apartament to byl przerobiony pokój w kamienicy z aneksem kuchnnym i lazienka (ale trzeba przyznać że bardzo pomysłowo i nowoczesnie) natomiast spodziewaliśmy się czegoś większego. Po za tym brakowało szafy na rzeczy a sam pokój trochę w ciemnych kolorach. Ale są ta tylko detale, które mogłyby nieco podnieść standard według mnie.

Czystość zapewniona przez przemiłą obsługę. Komfort pobytu dopełniał doskonale zadbany ogród, do którego był bezpośredni dostęp z apartamentu.. Negatywna: Nie stabilne połączenia Wi-Fi, słaby zasięg.

A beautifully landscaped property with a pool right in the middle of the city. We stayed once in the old historical building and once in the new single level building. All recently remodeled or new. Well equiped kitchen. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Teresa was extremely helpful. The location is up the hill from the river, but in my opinion it is a much better area for shopping and restaurants as well as churches. As with most cities the closer you get to the main tourist attractions, the higher the prices and the lower the quality. This facility is still very close to the riverfront, but away from the Disneyland atmosphere. We came in February, but the garden and pool would be so very pleasant after a hot day of touring when the weather warms up. Highly revommended.

Es un lugar genial. La casa y los apartamentos están impecables. Tiene pisicina, cocina, gimnasio y zonas verdes. Nos atendió Teresa y fue excelente, muy amable. Totalmente recomendable.

Seriously great location in an area full of quirky shopping and restaurants off the beaten track. The apartments themselves are like a mini oasis in this pretty hilly city. We got one of the ground floor apartments so our windows were facing a stonewall but others would have a better view. Easy to organise check in and luggage storage so don't let that hold you back.

The place is amazing, great location, huge and clean rooms, friendly staff... and the pool is a delight after a long walk in the streets of Porto.
