어디서 모기가 이렇게 많이 들어오는지 원...

La ubicación y la limpieza me parecieron perfectas.Estuvimos tres días, tres personas.En el baño dos toallas de ducha y dos de lavabo para los tres días. Poca luz en el baño y habitación principal. Baño muy pequeño y con poco servicio. Cocina muy oscura. Tampoco entendí haber tenido qie pagar 12.00 Euros, según propietaria por un impuesto del ayuntamiento y sin tener recibo alguno. La propietaria muy agradable ynos entregó llaves una hora y media antes de lo acordado.

Amplio acogedor moderno. Recomendable. Únicamente la calle resulta ruidosa pero es un problema que tiene fácil solución para quien no pueda dormir con ruido... tapones.

Localização excelente, mas muito barulhento, pois tem até um restaurante no térreo que funciona até tarde. Quem tem problemas com isso é um incômodo. Como tínhamos q fechar as jánelas, senti falta do ar condicionado e de mais ventiladores (só havia 1). O banheiro é excelente e os comodos são espaçosos. Porém o wi-fi não funcionou e a locatária não tomou providências. Muitas pequenas coisas quebradinhas.

Bonito apartamento duplex en zona muy céntrica de Oporto, la calle de las flores detrás de los apartamentos tiene mucha vida. Para mejorar, el menaje de cocina y una barrera para las escaleras para los niños pequeños.

The location is good -- very central and close to the train station and cathedral, and easy to access the riverfront -- and the apartment is spacious (except for the bathroom) BUT it is not comfortable, and is overpriced for what you get: 1) Even when Porto is not that warm, the apartment gets completely hot and stuffy during the day. There is no air conditioning, and opening the windows at night COULD help, but the problem is that (a) one of the windows was broken and unable to open at all; (b) it is very noisy outside; and (c) there are no screens so birds could fly right into the room. 2) The bathroom is not good. (a) The toilet is so cramped that you can't even sit on it normally -- no room for your legs, because the sink/cabinet is in the way! SO you have to actually sit SIDEWAYS on the toilet to use it; (b) there was no toilet paper when we showed up (although they brought some when we contacted them); (c) The shower head does not stay in its mount properly -- it flops over sideways, which means you can't simply stand under the shower head -- you have to hold it with your hand. 3) There is black mold on the walls of the shower and on the ceilings near the windows in the bedroom (probably because of the stuffiness / lack of air flow) 4) Even though the bedroom has space, they don't provide any furniture that could be useful, like a desk. I had a laptop, and the only place it could be placed/used was on the kitchen table. Furthermore, since it get so hot and stuffy, the room could use a floor fan... we searched the apartment and eventually found a small table-top fan (in a drawer labeled "emergency" in the closet), but... since there is no desk or table in the bedroom, there was no good way to use it. 5) Likewise, there is no coffee table in the “living room” area with the sofa… we watched the World Cup game… and, of course, we had some beverages in hand… but nowhere to set them down! 6) Also, the electric curtains in the living room were broken… If the price were lower, we might have been able to overlook the discomfort and inconveniences, but this place charges the same as some of the hotels in town so… there’s no excuse for skimping on these essential amenities, and it’s really not a good value considering the quality.

Super appartement ! Tout est propre, très bien placé! Claudia est arrangeante pour la remise de clés et elle est adorable ! Encore merci à elle pour l'accueil !

De amplitud está genial, parece más un apartahotel. El problema es que merece una mejora importante, en nuestro apartamento había grietas en las que cabía un dedo entero, por todo el piso. Por lo demás magnífico

Perfect place to stay in centre of Porto. Completely new, large, clean and in the rela centre of city. And the price for family with 2 kids is very affordable.

Positivo: Localização excelente , boas áreas , limpeza e simpatia da Cláudia que se disponibilizou para tudo o que fosse necessário. Negativo: Televisão muito pequena e podia estar colocada noutra divisão ou ter mais que uma , wifi com pouca cobertura.

Positif: Localisation, propreté, accueil, équipement, fidèle à ce type d'appartements nombreux à Porto.. Négatif: Le bruit, infernal, épouvantable, insupportable sans boules quiess ! Sur une rue hyperpassante, travaux, poubelles en face, remplies jusqu'à une heure et demi, vidée à trois heures... Il est incroyable que les voyageurs de cet appart n'aient pas souligné ce défaut majeur ! Pour nous c'est jamais plus !

Positiv: Det var dejligt at man kunne placere bagagen (både før og efter) i caféen lige rundt om hjørnet.. Negativ: Man skal være opmærksom på, at lejligheden ligegr ud til en befærdet vej. der var derfor en del trafikstøj. Det var vi nu forberedt på, så for os gjorde det ingenting. :)

Negative: No WiFi.. Kept dangling the carrot that engineer's would be out to sort it but did not happen. Offered to change apt. after 2nd. day but did not specify where or how to get there. Pouring rain so would be very difficult to move and repack and unpack every thing.. So much time to lose on such a short trip. This could have been sorted on or before arrival as I had been in contact with Claudia several times re location and arrival times. Very disappointed. No WiFi.. No TV. Only one shower towel each provided for the duration of our stay! Unacceptable. Also very noisy.

Positiva: La recepción y seguimiento de Claudia durante la estancia. Siempre disponible en Wassup y al comienzo y fin de la estancia.. Negativa: El baño del tercer piso estaría mejor con una ducha. Esto es sólo una sugerencia de mejora.

Pozytywna: Obiekt położony w samym centrum, wszędzie blisko.. Negatywna: Pobrana dodatkowa opłata 15 euro za późniejsze przybycie - wcześniej nie było o tym mowy. Obiekt położony przy drodze - w nocy było dosyć głośno.

Positiva: Ubicación maravillosa. Negativa: Es difícil hablar con los anfitriones, tuve algún problema y no me contestaron en dos días

Positive: Easy communication with property. Fantastic location and fabulous services.. Negative: Given the location there is, as previously stated by others, road noise. Pack eat plugs and it makes a huge difference. Our second night was perfect!

Positif: Appartement bien placé par rapport aux choses à visiter et équipements proposent standards . Négatif: Le bruit !!! Je ne comprends d'ailleurs pas qu'il n'y ait pas plus de commentaires à ce sujet ! L'appartement donne sur une artère importante et pavées. Quand les bus passent, tout tremble et on dirait qu'un train passe sous les fenêtres !! Horrible. Nous n'avons pas dormi des 2 nuits y compris les enfants qui ont pourtant le sommeil profond

Apartamento muy amplio,limpio y con todo lo necesario tanto en cocina como baño y habitación. (Champú,secador,mantas,almohadas extras,sal,aceite,tostadora,exprimidor...) Claudia,la chica con la que hicimos el check-in, muy agradable y atenta. Nos dió un mapa y muy buenas recomendaciones sobre que visitar y donde comer. Y lo mejor de todo es la perfecta ubicación,cerca de todos los lugares de interés si apenas utilizar transporte público... Muy recomendable.

Positif: Appartement spacieux et propre. Très bon accueil.. Négatif: Pas de crochet / porte-vêtements dans la salle de bain. Tub de douche qui fuit.

Situación un 10, mala insonorización de la vivienda ( se oye todo lo de la calle). Nos dijeron que cambian toallas y sábanas, pero no lo hicieron en 5 días. Los teléfonos de contacto son m9viles personales y no hacen ni caso a las llamadas. Un 5

负面: 房东太太非常棒，看到我们有老有小，帮我们提着箱子上楼，第二个晚上，我们意外的将钥匙插在房门的里面锁孔上，导致外面开不进去，打电话给房东太太，半个小时之内工作人员就来帮忙，很快把门打开了。也没有收取开锁费。真的是特别感激！

Θετικό: Ο μεγάλος χώρος της κρεβατοκάμαρας και ο μεγάλος πάγκος της κουζίνας.Μπορούσες ν ακουμπήσεις ό,τι ήθελες, γιατι το μοναδικό τραπέζι ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό.. Αρνητικό: Το στρωμα του κρεβατιου ηταν σκληρό.Υπήρχαν ρωγμές στους τοίχους, που ηταν αρνητικό από θέμα αισθητικής και μόνο. Δεν υπήρχαν σακκούλες ούτε για το καλαθάκι του μπάνιου, ούτε για τ απορρίματα. Το τραπέζι στο χώρο ηταν πολύ μικρό.Μετά βίας έτρωγαν 2 άτομα.Το καθιστικό ηταν πολύ σκοτεινό.Επρεπε ν αναβεις το φως όλη την ημέρα.Επρεπε να είχε κάποιο τραπεζάκι μπροστα από τον καναπέ του καθιστικού.Ηταν μόνο ο καναπές σκέτος.

Positiv: Der schnelle und nette Empfang von Joana. Sie hat den Transfer sehr gut organisiert. Für 5 Erwachsene 2 PKW zum Preis von einem. TOP. Englisch sprechender Fahrer hat während des Transfers gute Tipps für Aufenthalt gegeben. Sehr pünktlich, auch Sonntags sehr früh morgens.. Negativ: Die Klingel funktioniert nur sporadisch. Nur ein Schlüssel für 5 Erwachsene. Wenn nicht alle gemeinsam gehen muss immer jemand vor der Kamera warten, wann jemand kommt um den Türöffner zu betätigen, oder auf Anruf warten zum öffnen. Aber das ist nicht auschlaggebend für den tollen Aufenthalt.

La mejor relación calidad precio que he disfrutado tras toda una vida viajando. Céntrico y tranquilo. Ideal para familias y muy bien atendido. Fácil llegar, fácil aparcar, supermercados cercanos y a dos pasos de todo. Sin duda volveremos. Ah y Oporto es una ciudad maravillosa.

Muy buen servicio, el apartamento es precioso y admiten mascotas. Mi experiencia fue genial!!

긍정적: 숙소에 찾아가니, 호스트가 기다리고 있다가 맞이해 줌. 인근에 대부분의 명소가 있어서 도보 여행이 가능했음.. 부정적: 전기렌지 사용법이나 창문 개폐 방법 등 기본적 시설 사용법의 안내가 미흡했음.

负面: 房子地理位置太好了，出了地铁站走一两分钟就到了，离河边走路也不远，去咖啡厅什么的也很近。房东很热心的介绍城市给我们。. 正面: 没有找到垃圾桶

Positief: Ligging van het appartement - zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Claudia, die tevens hele goede tips gaf ahv plattegrond - dichtbij metro en treinstation. Negatief: Ondanks verblijf van 4 nachten tussendoor geen schone handdoeken

Positive: appartamento ampio e ben arredato.. Negazione: rumorosità, parcheggio vicino carissimo, alcune serrande elettriche non funzionavano e dagli infissi (mediocri) si sente tutto il rumore della strada sottostante.

Tenía una reserva realizada, y el día antes de mi llegada se pusieron en contacto conmigo para anular la reserva diciéndome que no estaba disponible el apartamento que había seleccionado. No me dieron ninguna alternativa ni opciones en algún otro alojamiento y tampoco querían anularme la reserva sin que supusiese un cargo del 50% del importe total de la misma (no siendo mi culpa). Con la gran oferta de sitios estupendos y con buen gusto que hay en Oporto, desde luego que no intentaré de nuevo repetir en Chateau Apartments.

好意的: 駅から近く、町歩きには最高に便利。夜も比較的安全な場所。周りにレストランも多い。窓を締めれば静か。. 否定的: キッチンの備品、キッチンペーパーが欲しかった。

Positief: Het appartement ligt op enkele honderden meters van het treinstation van Porto en achter de hoek van het appartement is een kleine supermarkt en winkels en eetgelegenheden.. Negatief: Je moet eerst 20 trappen doen als je in de inkomhal van het appartement komt alvorens aan een lift te komen. Het appartement ziet er op het eerste zicht netjes uit, maar als je nader gaat kijken, is het niet goed onderhouden. Babybedje had geen matras, enkel een dun houten plankje, kinderstoel miste een poot waardoor deze onbruikbaar was, braadpan was niet proper, vloerbekleding (laminaat) hing los en was met bruine tape vast gekleefd waardoor kindjes er meermaals over gevallen zijn. Toilet in duplex appartement boven mocht niet worden gebruikt omdat het verstopt zat, warmwater boiler stond gewoon open en bloot in het slaapgedeelte. Gebreken gemeld, maar er werd niets aan gedaan.

Positiv: Lage sehr zentral, große Wohnung, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Transfer vom Flughafen, den Claudia für uns arrangiert hat, war sehr unkompliziert. Auch die Fortbewegung in der Stadt mit Bahn, Uber, Taxi war kein Problem.. Negativ: Die Lage ist zentral und daher ist es auch nachts vergleichsweise laut. Leider ist die Wohnung nur spärlich ausgestattet - die Küche ist zwar riesig, die meisten Schränke jedoch (fast) leer. Auch ein paar Basics wie Salz, Tee, Kaffee (die oft vorhanden sind in guten Ferienwohnungen) gibt es leider nicht. Der Checkout hat leider nicht ganz reibungslos funktioniert.

Positiu: L'apartament és molt centric. Les habitacions molt àmplies. La noia que ens va rebre va ser molt maca!. Negatiu: En general tot bé, l'únic inconvenient va ser que si deixaves oberta la finestra de les habitacions per la nit, s'escoltava molt el soroll del carrer.

Pozytywna: Duże, wysokie mieszkanie w samym centrum miasta - niedaleko dworca. Pomimo walizek łatwo się tam dostać. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka obiektu - wydłużony pobyt plus organizacja transferu na lotnisko. Doskonała lokalizacja jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie Porto. Z tego punktu wszędzie można dostać się praktycznie na nogach w krótkim czasie. Restauracje, sklepy i główne atrakcje miasta są na wyciągnięcie ręki. Niemal bezpośrednio przy apartamencie autobus linii 500, którym można dostać się na liczne plaże.. Negatywna: W łazience kilka rzeczy wymaga naprawy. Wieczorami okolica niezbyt bezpieczna - po drugiej stronie ulicy zbiegowiska narkomanów i pijanych żuli - są bardzo głośni, wskakują na samochody, itp ...

好意的: 駅も近く周辺にはたくさんのレストランがあり大変便利な場所。ドウロ川にも徒歩10分。部屋も綺麗。. 否定的: エアコンとバスタブが無いのは残念。窓を開けたままでは騒がしく虫が入るので閉めていたが部屋内が少し暑かった。

坂の多いポルト。 サンベント駅に着いて直ぐの所なので便利。 部屋も広くてとても綺麗に掃除されてました。 キッチン用品も揃えられてて自炊も出来る。が外食に困ることは無い。

Positiv: Fantastisk lägenhet med mycket bra läge i Porto, gångavstånd till det mesta av sevärdheterna. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och ordnade för vår sena ankomst.
