Positive: La struttura è situata in un quartiere tranquillo con supermercati, ristoranti, la metro a pochi metri e facile da utilizzare e inoltre comodo per stare qualche giorno a Porto. L’appartamento è grazioso,pulitissimo con tutti i confort e lo staff sempre attento ad ogni richiesta.».

Positive: Tutto, la stanza era fantastica dotata di tutti i servizi che ci saremmo potuti immaginare, la posizione ottima, ottima anche l'accoglienza di Natalia. Tutto pulito e ordinato. Negazione: Non ho trovato difetti.

Positiv: Das Appartement ist einfach per Metro zu erreichen vom Flughafen aus. Das Appartement liegt in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums mit einem Supermarkt wo man sich kosten günstig mit Lebensmitteln eindecken kann, zudem ist gegenüber eine Halle wo diverse kleine Imbisse vorhanden sind. Ein Starbucks ist auch auch in der Nähe. Das Appartement an sich ist super, sehr modern und sehr sauber. Gerne wieder.. Negativ: Nichts negatives zu berichten.

Positive: A very attractive apartment within easy walking distance of Porto old town. Very clean and comfortable with well fitted kitchen. Negative: At the rear of the apartment block was a bus station. Sadly there were homeless people living in a garage doorway which was a bit of a shame.

Positiva: Todo perfecto!!! Para repetir!!! La cama muy cómoda y el apartamento muy limpio y bonito. Fuimos con un perro y nos dejaron una cama para él y un comedero. Súper recomendable!!.

Positive: Excellent, comfortable and spotless. Perfect for a few days in Porto. Negative: The only slight negative is that a few more mugs and glasses would be good so you don’t have to use the dishwasher when it’s not really full enough!.

Positif: la tranquillité coté ville ainsi que la bonne humeur et la disponibilité de la responsable du ménage qui nous a sauvé la mise plusieurs fois.. Négatif: J'ai loué un appartement Supérieur au 3ème étage coté ville et j'ai été mis dans un appartement standard au 2ème coté rue ! Comme je parle la langue j'ai protesté et l'on m'a trouvé un un appartement standard au second coté ville ! Certes je n'ai payé que le prix d'un appartement standard mais l'économie de 56€ je m'en moque ! On m'a sous sous-classé sans rien me demander et selon BO julio Dinis apartments je dois m'estimer satisfait ? Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait ! Ils m'ont juste mis dans un appartement standard et puis voilà pas un pardon, pas un désolé ! Sans compter la clé de l'appartement qui n'était pas la bonne et que la gentille dame de ménage a vite réussi à changer (heureusement qu'elle était encore là sinon impossible de fermer à clé). L'évacuation de la douche bouchée, l’ascenseur capricieux, la clé de la porte du hall d'entrée avec laquelle il faut avoir le coup de main pour ouvrir... bref 9.6 de note chez booking ??? ça ne les vaut pas ! Les jolies photos du site que vous relayez ne sont pour l'instant qu'un attrape nigaud qui m'ont fait réserver un appartement Supérieur pour au final être sous-classé. C'est comme si j'avais réservé dans un 5 étoiles et hop sans me demander mon avis on me place dans un 3 étoiles et qu'on me dise "voilà la solution, vous paierez moins cher soyez reconnaissant et fermez la!". BO julio Dinis apartments a pris ma réservation à la légère, ils ont sûrement reçu une meilleure offre pour l'appartement que j'ai réservé dès le 8 avril et ont trouvé l'astuce de me dégager sans me prévenir. Une fois sur place je suis bien obligé de rester là où on me met vu que sinon je dors dehors ! C'est forcer la main et malhonnête !.

Hostess is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Op 10 minuten loopafstand tot rand van het historisch centrum.. Negatief: Het lag aan een doorgaande straat en de geluiden van het verkeer zijn binnen goed hoorbaar ook al zitten alle ramen dicht. De lift naar de parkeergarage onder het appartement was de 3 dagen dat we er verbleven defect, dit was dan ook in het weekend. Daardoor geen directe route binnendoor, maar moet je buiten over straat omlopen..

Positive: Location is super, close to subway, close to market, close to mercado(lot’s of small restaurant). Host is kindly and helpfully.

Положительный: Современные, светлые, чистые апартаменты с полным набором кухонной техники и двумя балконами. Расположение особенно удобно для путешествующих на автомобиле, т.к. недалеко круговая развязка и подземная парковка за 8 евро в сутки (отель лучше предупредить заранее, чтобы успели взять для вас парковочный талон). Дополнительно предоставляется смартфон с навигатором и 30 минутами в сутки звонков по всему миру. Наталья нас встретила, все рассказала, показала и всегда была на связи. Рекомендуем!

Positiv: Wir hatten einen wirklich netten Empfang zwei Balkone Küche war gut ausgerüstet und die Betten waren okay. Negativ: die Sauberkeit sollte noch etwas verbessert werden leider ist das Apartment sehr hellhörig und wir hatten das Pech dass über uns den ganzen Abend Möbel gerückt wurden

Positif: L’appartement était très confortable et propre. L’accueil que nous avons reçu très agréable et tous les conseils de notre hôte se sont avérés excellents ! Il y a plusieurs cafés en bas de l’appartement pour prendre le petit déjeuner.. Négatif: Le quartier n’est pas tout près du centre de Porto (~25 minutes à pieds/15 minutes en transports).

Positiva: El diseño del apartamento.. Negativa: La anfitriona no estaba a nuestra llegada, no había indicación en el telefonillo. Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y nos abrió otra persona. El apartamento tiene buen diseño, pero no es especialmente acogedor, faltan algunos detalles como mantas en el sofá, y la mesa de comedor es muy pequeña.

Positivo: Fantástico desde o check-in personalizado, simpatia da Sra Natália e pela excelente localização. RECOMENDO!

При заселении показали каждый закуток квартиры и объяснили чем и как пользоваться. Проведен очень подробный инструктаж по достопримечательностям и маршрутам движения. В стоимость размещения входит смартфон с неограниченным интернетом по городу и путеводителем. 30 минут международных звонков. Ежедневная уборка. Рядом супермаркет. Идеально для отдыха вдвоем на удалении от туристических маршрутов, но недалеко от исторической части города.. Негативный: Полотеньчик для посуды появился на второй день :)

Positief: Alles was super geregeld door de host! Het was een heerlijk appartement met van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast was het ook een super en ook groot genoeg bed! Ik heb genoten van deze locatie!

Privé parkeerplaats onder het appartement, I phone met beltegoed inclusief mobiel internet, ruim 20 minuten uitleg over bezienswaardigheden en leuke restaurantjes aan de hand van plattegrond, zeer lekkere koffie, en nog veel meer. Daniela Cabral is een zeer kundig receptioniste. Een aanwinst voor ieder bedrijf. . Negatief: Dat ik niet langer kom verblijven ivm doorreis
