Needed a base in the centre of Porto for a week and this apartment was perfect. Located right next to Trindade metro stop, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, it was clean, modern and well equipped. Our hosts were welcoming, providing useful tips on places to visit and we were given a bottle of wine and snacks on arrival (nice touch!). Access is via a keypad code (so no keys to lose) although there is no elevator/lift, so may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. A great place and if we’re ever in Porto again, it’ll be our first choice.

The apartment is newer and modern. Self-check in instructions worked fine. Upon arrival, I called the proprietor to inquire about starting the a/c and was told that the controller would be delivered maybe that evening or the next day for sure. It was never delivered and the apartment was uncomfortable warm until late in the evenings. Another customer had a party until well past 2:00 am one night making sleep difficult.

Spacious place virtually stone throw away from metro/light rail main station ot Trindade which connects you to airport and all Porto area.Quiet,safe street.Everything is brand new including fully equipped kitchen with washer.Lobby has safe boxes for luggage so if you arrive early you can store your luggage there for 1€ coin and walk the city until check in.Very friendly english speaking staff.Our host was Fernando.He send us access codes day before arrival and checked with us upon arrival,suggested what to visit in Porto,where to eat,how to move around the town etc...We followed his recommendations and all was great.Fernando even printed our boarding passes for flights out...We really feeled welcomed and taken good care of there.I strongly recommend PortoSoul Trindade to fellow travellers - you will not be dissapointed!.

Modern/new space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Even came with a bottle of wine, which I enjoyed.

Close too center .Property had no ac ,so we needed to keep windows opened.Being next too train station it was quite noisy even late at night.Early morning starting at 8 am construction crew was working right outside.Not easy to find and garage for car was very tight fit.Host was very friendly though and offered good suggestions for dining and sight seeing.

Recién estrenado .tal como muestran las fotos.decorado con mucho gusto .amplio .cocina con todo lo necesario .colchones ,ropa de cama y baño impecables A 20m de Trindade la principal estacion del metro d Oorto..aparcamiento a 100m .(10€ día .) Un Super a 200 m En pleno centro de Oporto ,tiendas. Ayuntamieno, avda aliados .torre clérigos etc .A nuestra llegada nuestro apartamento tenía un pequeño problema y nos alojaron en otro mejor , con dos habitaciones, terraza, jacuzzi. Hemos estado muy cómodos y aunque era auto check-in, Fernando ,el responsable estuvo allí para recibirnos, con un oporto bien fresquito ,y un montón de información para no perderte nada, saber dónde comer y como moverte por Oporto. Estuvo pendiente de q todo fuera bien durante nuestra estancia incluso en nuestro viaje de vuelta. Gracias Fernando , ha sido un placer. Seguro q nos volveremos a ver.

Place is amazing. View of the city great. Close to downtown central. Pending on GPS be patient since it is a little tricky, count the address and you will find it. Will be better in the daylight due to the kind of alley way. Very comfy and cozy. Recommend this place.

Extremely close to metro and central area. Fernando was very helpful and informative. We loved the tips he gave us for restaurants. Lovely touch was a bottle of wine in the fridge in arrival. Guests need to be informed that the building does not have an elevator/lift. Otherwise fantastic.

Very new condo right in the heart of Porto. Very good communication, one of the hosts welcomed us with wine and a snack and took the time to show us around and provide recommendations and tips in the area. Condo building is brand new, right next to Trinidade metro station, and about 15 minutes pleasant walk to the Douro river. Condo was good - everything worked well, and being in the heart of the city was really exciting. Would definitely stay again. The building does not have an elevator so be careful if you have mobility restrictions.

Getting to communicate with location was very stressful. However, once we were able to establish communication, everything change and it became very good. Excellent apartment at a very good location. Right next to metro station and secure parking close by. Very modern and with everything you may need. Good restaurants nearby and a small grocery store.

Sin duda un excelente apartamento donde alojarte si visitas Porto! Tiene todo lo que necesitas, en un ambiente agradable y seguro. Cómodo y con elegante diseño, ideal para patejas o como en nuestro caso, en familia. El anfitrión es muy amable y detallista, si volvemos a Porto, repetiremos alojamiento porque es PERFECTO!

Amazing experience! Very clean, central, cozy! Everything you need for a short trip in a city! Also, one of the best customer service experience ever had :) Bruno is an excellent host and professional!

The apartment was great, however we were in one of the units without air-conditioning, which was not so great... with the windows open (it was too hot to sleep with them shut) there was a lot of noisy foot traffic throughout the night because the apartments are so close to the metro. This meant we were disturbed frequently and didnt get a great nights sleep. You either need to opt for a unit with air-con or go in the cooler weather when you can keep the windows shut. Having said all that I would definitely stay here again.

The property was centrally located, very clean, and the guest relations service was beyond par. If anything could be improved it would be the addition of some form of air conditioning (we were able to open the windows which created a nice cross breeze). Other than that it the facilities/services met all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Hopefully and well decorated. Very comfortable. I didn’t know there was a message waiting for me with the code for entry. It was only when selected to contact Expedia that I saw there was a message. I didn’t receive any notification. I was called the afternoon before arrival but no mention was made of the code albeit I was provided with a lot of other useful info.

Très bien dans tout son ensemble.Pour améliorer l’appartement, un petit salon de jardin dans le patio au Rez de chaussée serait le top.Et la climatisation dans la chambre ou bien un autre ventilateur

Really great reception with a bottle of wine and some snacks. Host checked in with us and was incredibly helpful. Location is within steps of metro so it was easy to explore Porto. Also easy to walk around the really nice neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The stay was not bad, the general feeling was good, but it will be better if they pay more attention to the details. For example room A07 the handle of the big window was broken, so I can never close the window properly, during the night I can hear everything form the street, quite noisy. The toliets lid was broken, but you wouldnt notice until you lift up! So general is a bit disappointed I will say!

this place was fantastic. id highly recomend it. the guy who let us in (early) was charming and helpful. the room was brand new and bright. everything clean. its in a great location and handy to everything. stay here. you wont regreat it
