Einfache Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer war sauber, aber etwas klein. Sehr schön war der kleine Balkon mit Blick auf den Platz vor dem Hotel. Kein Aufzug, einige Stufen bis zum Zimmer. Auch wenn die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb des Zentrums liegt, ist man mit der Metro sehr schnell im Herzen Portos. Metro Station direkt vor dem Hotel. Rund um das Hotel gibt es genügend Angebot was Shopping und Restaurants betrifft.

Precio ecomico y bien situado (media hora a pie da Ribeira), habitacion amplia con terraza, tele, aire acondicionado y baño grande. Todo parece limpio aunque no me fijé, acabamos de llegar. La unica pega que podria ver es que no tiene ascensor, aunque en nuestro caso nos da igual jajaja

La localización es ideal. La plaza tenia un mercadillo el sábado y fue muy curioso.El wc estaba demasiado cerca de la mampara de la ducha y realmente era complicado sentarse.Por lo demás la estancia muy buena!

Excelente vista do Quarto.... atendimento 5☆. Adorei o quarto.. Perto dos transportes.. Foi muito atencioso até nos ajudou com as bagagens até ao quarto... O parque para o carro é barato 5€ Por dia e espaçoso... fica 100/200 metros até ao hotel... Adorei Recomendo..

Nice apartment close to many cafes and restaurants.The actual room was a comfortable size but the bathroom was a very tight squeeze, you cant get your legs in front of the toilet. The shower however is lovely and you can see it has been recently refurbished. Be advised that the area can be quite noisy at night and the street lamps are on all night too. So if you are sensitive to light take an eye mask as there are no light blocking curtains.The owner was very lovely. I had no problems at all during my 4 night stay.

We stayed in Porto for one night. Hotel is very central, close to the metro station and easy to get around and into the city centre. Clean room and bathroom and good value for money. Service was not the best as there was never someone at reception and we constantly would have to ring the bell and wait at reception for someone to answer.

so we stayed 5 nights, about the cleaning I give 10 out of 10 points ,but when it comes night its night mare you cant sleep with all the noises outside the streets and our room was as soon as you enter the outside door so when they ring the bell you can hear and even there walking steps , after 1 st night we immediately told 1 of the reception that was duty that day and he told me I cannot do nothing and we stayed hearing all the noises of in and out side .PS to the management try not to ignore this as its not fair you come to unstress your self and you will find the visversa.

Für die Preis-Leistung nicht zu schlagen.
Mit Metro und Bus vor der Tür ist die Lage sehr gut. Auch wenn wir immer gelaufen sind, ist man hier flexibel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn wir uns hier viel mit Händen und Füßen verständigt haben. Aber das hat auch super geklappt. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schlicht und schon etwas älter, aber es ist sauber und wir durften unser Zimmer sogar aussuchen.

L'immeuble et la chambre sont sympa. Mais le bruit dès que quelqu'un monte l'escalier vous réveille la nuit tout comme si quelqu'un est dans la chambre adjacente. Sinon effectivement le métro et le bus sont au pied de l'immeuble.

Personal muy atento y amable, dando toda la ayuda que se solocita.
El parking concertado está a 1 minuto andando por 5€ el día (cierra de 00:00 a 7:00).
Habitaciones tal y como se describen en las fotos, reformadas y cuidadas. Baño muy limpio con revisiones diarias.
Además tienen una pequeña nevera.
Andando a unos 10-15 minutos del centro y con la entrada de metro en la misma puerta (muy práctico para la vuelta que es cuesta arriba)
Zona tranquila pero con muchos sitios para desayunar y con supermercados y cajeros.

Nos colocaron en una habitación en la puerta del hotel y cada vez que alguien entraba al hotel sonaba el timbre y nos despertaban. Y si les dices de cambiarlo te dicen imposible. Una vergüenza. No pegamos ojo.

Limpieza en todo el residencial y buenas vistas habitación 7 tonos dulces buen vestidor para muy recomendable precio hospitalidad y calidad buenos lugares para comer cafe dulces tostadas boca de metro zona 2 recomendar la tarjeta diaria andante 24 horas de 4.75 euros uso ilimitado

Für den Preis ist es eine schöne kleine Unterkunft mit super freundlichen Personal. Sogar ein Kühlschrank war in unserem Zimmer. Nah an der Innenstadt.
Parkhaus für das Hotel ist nur 3 min Fußweg entfernt (5€ der Tag).
Meine Freundin vergaß ihren Kindle-Reader auf dem Zimmer und sofort wurde dieser uns zurück in die Heimat geschickt.

Estuvimos en el mes de junio y nos encantó, la habitación era grande y estaba muy limpio y con buena climatización. El personal era muy agradable. El día que nos fuimos, aunque dejamos la habitación a las 12 nos guardaron las maletas todo el día para que hiciéramos turismo sin cobrarnos nada. El metro y la parada de bus estaban justo en la puerta.

Muy acojedor, empleados muy amables y un encanto especial que sentirás nada más subir por sus escaleras. La única pega por poner alguna es que no hay ascensor pero únicamente son dos plantas y los empleados muy amablemente te ayudarán si lo necesitas.

Uber found the place easily and we got a friendly and helpful greeting from the staff who thankfully helped us with the luggage up 6 flights of stairs to room 8 (no lift but good exercise for the thighs!). The room was generally very clean except for the top of the wardrobe, firm beds as is the norm in Portugal but slept very well. The accommodation is traditional and we had a great view of the park. Within the park is a cafe and access to the metro, at the front door is a bus stop and taxi rank, all very convenient.Lots of coffee shops surround the park where you can get breakfast for €2 each and a good Chinese restaurant a 5 minute walk away. Great value for money basic accommodation.

Im in love of this hotel. Excellent location, safe, with everything close. Many places to eat, the metro is in front of the hospital, the hop on hop off bus is close also. The only thing I would change is to put an elevator just in the case youre traveling with many bags but in other case doesnt matter. The room was so nice, so clean but a little cold even that doesnt matter because they offer you great bed sheets. I definitely come back to this hotel and absolutely I would recommend.

I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend. The room was excellent and the staff was pretty friendly. The bed was big enough for the two of us. For my next visit in Porto I will definitely go there again.

El hotel está situado muy cerca de una estación de metro que te deja en el centro sin trasbordos. Es un edificio clásico bien cuidado, la habitación y el baño eran modernos, espaciosos y limpios. El personal es atento y servicial. Disponen de wifi gratis.
No tienen aparcamiento, pero tienen un acuerdo con un parking cercano donde puedes aparcar por un precio reducido. Tampoco ofrecen desayuno, pero por la zona hay varias cafeterías donde se puede desayunar correctamente por poco dinero.
El principal problema del hotel es el ruido. Nuestra habitación, en la planta baja, daba justo al lado de una parada de autobuses y, principalmente al principio de la noche, el ruido de la calle era molesto.
El hotel no tiene ascensor, lo que lo hace poco adecuado para familias con niños pequeños o personas con movilidad reducida.

Vriendelijke mensen die dit beheren. Had kamer 14 met een klein balkon en uitzicht op het plein. Kamer wordt niet elke dag schoongemaakt. Badkamer erg nauw en lijkt voor personen met een iets groter postuur volstrekt ongeschikt. Voor herhaling vatbaar...

Très accessible de laéroport par le métro et à distance de 15-20 min de marche des attractions importantes. La chambre était très propre et le personnel super gentil. Seul point négatif, nous avions des voisins très bruyants et nous pouvions parfaitement les entendre et ce jusquau petites heures de la nuit.

Gut gelegenes Hostel in der City. Wer sich nicht für ein paar Schritte zu schade ist, ist in diesem Hostel bestens aufgehoben. Wir waren von den Zimmern sehr positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer waren riesig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das eigene Bad war sauber und klein aber nicht zu verachten. Einziges Manko war die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür durch die es etwas lauter war, aber alles zu verkraften. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis einfach der Knaller.

I was fortunate to have a back room and quiet neighbours in the room next door. The room was basic but very clean, with a good mattress. There was no table, but the owners quickly provided one for me when I asked.

Hotel is in a perfect location, the bus stop is right out the door, metro 10m away. The park in front of the hotel is lovely. We had a very nice view to a nearby church from our room. However, a hotel itself is not that great. It was ok for us since we were there only at nights, but..it definitely needs some renovation. The walls are so thin that we could hear people in another room having a normal conversation..and doing other stuff.. We were there in january, so it was quite cold and the a/c wasnt working properly. Everytime we started it, the power went off and other times it didnt even work. But we paid 80€ for 4 days in the hotel, so we didnt excpect something super fancy and wow. For that price, it was nice.Staff is trying to be super nice and helpful, but it is very hard since they dont speak any english. If you have a car, there is a garage 3min walk from a hotel, which is very cheap (you only pay 5€/day if you are staying in this hotel).

Chambre très propre et décorée avec goût mais un peu vieillotte. Salle de bain réduite, notamment les WC... Volets roulants "manuels" mais sans manivelle ni sangle !... Lit de 140 très juste pour des gros gabarits ! Un peu bruyant (bruits de circulation etc... dû au simple vitrage assez ancien !Wifi efficace... Personnel disponible... Cependant, compte tenu du prix obtenu sur expédia.fr c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour des personnes de "dimensions" normales...Egalement très bien situé en ville avec métro à 50m (Station Marques) et ligne de bus à la porte de l'hôtel ...Nous y retournerons surement... Surtout si nous obtenons une chambre avec un lit de 160 !

The staff was nice. I had the single room. Room small as expected with no closet and two working outlets. One is in bath and one under bedside table. I saw no heat and air vents. Not sure what happens when it gets cold there. Area is very noisy in street facing room with bus stop below and park across street. The walls are thin. Bed was uncomfortable. Bath was adequate for my shower but for anyone large it would be tight. Sitting in toilet requires turning sideways to fit in by shower. The bathroom had an awful odor. It was a bargain and clean. The wifi worked fine.

We had a nice stay in Residencial do Marques. The room was clean and cosy. The hotel looked like it was recently renovated. Next to the hotel is a green square and a metro station. It is easy to go to the center by foot via Santa Catarina street or by metro line D, which takes one 3 stops. There is plenty of small cafes in the neighborhood for a decent breakfast for a low price.Unfortunately there is a bus stop under the hotels windows, so sometimes it was really noisy with the open window.The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, and the reception is open 24h. I guess that it was the best what we could get for that price.

The staff is very nice,is a family run residential. No air conditioner or fans, which can be a problem, since the window (balcony door) does not help much and the mosquitoes come in as well as the street noise. Close to the subway and nice cafes around. Good for the price

Direkt am Park Marques gelegen (incl. Metrostation Linie D) ist man mit dieser in 10min. am Hauptbahnhof Sao Bento.Die Zimmer in diesem Altbau mit seinen 3m hohen Decken sind überschaubar und das Bad mit seinen offen verlegten Wasserleitungen gewöhnungsbedürftig, was in Portugal aber durchaus normal ist. Die Betten waren aber angenehm hart und die Bettwäsche sauber.Wer schwere Koffer hat sollte sich darauf vorbereiten, dass man nicht nur die steile Treppe zur Rezeption im 1. Stock, sondern evtl. auch zwei weitere Etagen ohne Aufzug meistern muss.Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet, da man keinen Haustürschlüssel bekommt und nur über die Klingel eingelassen wird.Es handelt sich um ein reines Hotel ohne Frühstück/Mittagessen. Rund um den Park kann man aber in verschiedenen Cafes frühstücken. Am Abend empfielt sich die Churrasqueira O Palero in der Rua de Costa Cabral. Leckeres Essen für kleines Geld.Das Hotel hat keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit. Wir haben auf einem Parkplatz ca. 200m entfernt für 5,-/Tag gestanden. Am besten im Hotel nachfragen.

Wir buchten 2 Doppelzimmer, wovon eins sehr eng war, so dass man keinen Koffer öffnen konnte. Das zweite Do-Zi war gut. In dieser Zeit musste mit einem elektrischen Ofen geheizt werden. Die Zimmer zeigten zum Platz und waren dementsprechend sehr laut. Die Anbindung an die Metro war optimal, um überall hinzukommen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas alt und im Winter wird das Zimmer durch den mobilen Heizkörper nie wirklich warm. Aber das ist Original für Portugal und war in vielen Restaurants auch nicht anders. Die Zimmer sind in einem okay-en Zustand: sauber, Handtücher etc vorhanden, das Öffnen der Türen bedarf ein wenig Übung. Zum Schlafen reicht es wie gesagt durchaus. Besonders punktet der nette Hotelier, der leider nur Portugiesisch, Spanisch und Französisch spricht, aber einem trotzdem irgendwie versteht.

Direkt an der Metrostation, aber man läuft sowieso nur 10 min zum Zentrum. Wir hatten Zimmer 5 im 2. Stock. Fenster nach hinten raus über einem Zwischendach, das einen leicht zugänglichen Eindruck machte. Deshalb haben wir bei geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen. Das Bad hat ne Badewanne, aber die Ablaufrohre waren verstopft, sodass das gesamte Badewasser ins Zimmer lief. Sauerei! Und mitten in der Nacht wird so ein Zimmer nicht so einfach getauscht. Die Elektroinstallation ist ebenso abenteuerlich. Es gab einen Kurzschluss an einer Lampe und die Steckdose im Bad hat meinem Fönstecker angeschmolzen. Es ist halt ein altes Haus und in Porto recht preiswert. Dafür sind die Besitzer wirklich lieb und hilfsbereit. Urteilt selbst!

This hotel is kind of old but very charming. It seems that it is owned by a nice Portuguese family who also run the place. The hotel is very old but that is what gives it a unique charm. Be warned, this hotel looks and feels like it was built in the 18th century. If you need a place to stay for cheap, for a weekend getaway from Lisbon this is the place.

Prix et emplacement imbattable. Jai pu tout faire à pieds. Pour le prix la chambre était très bien ( côté jardin). Par contre les murs sont en carton donc les voisins ne puvwnt rien nous cacher!Aussi il a beaucoup plus lors de mon passage et ça entrait par les fenêtres.Pas dascenseur

Location of hotel is good (just 50 meters from metro station, 30 minutes walk downhill to Porto old town attractions). But windows of most of the rooms are facing very noisy street, what makes terrible sleeping experience even with closed windows. In addition, you hear every sound in adjoining rooms due to thin walls.

situé à quelques mètres dune station de métro , ainsi que des arrêts de bus, nous avons passés plusieurs nuits dans ce residencial au confort simple , mais dune très grande propreté et d un accueil très chaleureux , le propriétaire, tres sympa , parle français et prend le temps de vous donner tous les renseignements que vous souhaitez.la chambre 5 est très bien, la chambre 18 est fraiche ce qui est appréciable en été.Pas de petit déjeuner mais possibilité de le prendre à 2 pas , car nombreuses confeiterias (salon de thé)

Jai passé une semaine au sein de cet hôtel, la propriétaire est vraiment très sympa. En revanche, il ny a pas de petit déjeuner. Néanmoins; la rue Catarina est toute proche ainsi que la station de métro (au pied de lhôtel), ce qui permet daller prendre le petit déjeuner très facilement et en très peu de temps pour le trajet.

Ich War mit meinem Bruder vor Ort für 3 Nächte.Der Empfang War nett, auch wenn man ein wenig gestikulieren musste, trotz guter englisch Kenntnisse.Unser Gepäck durften wir abstellen und uns nachmittags beim einchecken abholen.Super Lage. 13 Minuten bis zu lidl und die Metro direkt vor der Tür.Das Hotel ist günstig und gut gelegen. Der Zustand ist für den preis absolut annehmbar. Das Zimmer ist groß genug und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, TV, schränke und kostenlosem WLAN.Bei Abgabe des Schlüssels wurde das Bett gemacht und ein paar Sachen umgelegt.Auf Anfrage gab es auch einen haartrockner.Die Probleme:1. Es War im zimmer trotz kleiner Heizung echt frisch - es kam einem so vor, als wäre es kälter als draußen. Kann man aber verkraften.2. Und das War schon hart. Das Bad bzw die Toilette hat gestunken! Und zwar so sehr, dass es bereits eine Herausforderung War zu duschen. Woran es gegen hat, weiß ich nicht. Meine Bewertung würde insgesamt sehr positiv ausfallen, nur War der Geruch so penetrant, dass ich hier stark die Bewertung nach unten korrigieren muss!

Also wir suchen immer nur ein Zimmer zum Schlafen, da wir uns darin sonst nicht aufhalten, zudem sollte es zentral liegen und sauber sein. Deshalb können wir das Hotel empfehlen, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Super Lage, wir sind immer zu Fuß in die Altstadt gelaufen, aber auch die Metrostation ist direkt vor der Tür. Das einzige was wir zu beanstanden hatten, sind die doch leider sehr dünnen Wände. Dadurch ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und wenn die Nachbarn einen frühen Flieger haben, ist es doch sehr nervig (da helfen auch keine Ohrenstöpsel). Wir würden aber wieder dort hin gehen, da es das bietet was wir wünschen: günstig und gut unterkommen und bei nem Schnapperpreis von 25 Euro die Nacht (im November), gibts glaub ich nichts besseres.
