This company operates under different names: "mudatudo", "transportes sra da agonia" and "removals to Portugal". I used the company for an international removal and I do not recommend it at all. Most of my moving boxes arrived smashed and dirty. Several pieces of furniture that was appropriately protected and covered with blankets arrived scratched and damaged. They also should improve their customer service: They are not able to schedule dates and times for pickup and delivery. They have no electronic payments (I was asked to pay cash). I contacted the owner, Mr. Cesar Curado, regarding the damages in my property. He was very impolite and rude. Started screaming on the phone and took no responsibility. I surely will never use their services again.

Remember me? Yes the one who moved in 2014, saw a few reviews so couldnt resist. I'm another one who paid for a terrible service, subcontracted the job to a Polish company, driver sent to the UK, couldnt speak English, he dropped my pride and joy motorbike on delivery and lied about being stopped in Spain for overloading. WOW, go with this company at your own risk, the damaged caused to my motorbike alone was twice what this cost in transport, don't bother saying you dont know me because I'll post the emails you sent me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

UNETHICAL BUSINESS I was recommended / referred by Nate from Truck & Man in Copenhagen. I contacted César Curado of Transportes Senhora da Agonia, Lda, as soon as the moving company he sent from Poland began damaging my antique furniture. Instead of finding a solution & reassuring me that insurance would cover the damages, he instead became very rude, made excuses, & also refused to take any responsibility for the damages. I cannot recommend him unless the condition at which you furniture arrives is of no importance to you.

Very dodgy company! Probably illegal once they refuse to give costumers contracts and want payment upfront. Do not ever trust your belongs to be transported by this company. Extremely rude staff and not worth your trust!!!! Stay away... Pay a bit more but make sure you won't get robbed in the end.

Porque as pessoas que comandam essa empresa são pessoas fantásticas

Esta empresa foi contratada para efectuar a mudança internacional dos meus bens pessoais de Portugal para a Bélgica. Para fazer a mudança optei pelo transporte exclusivo e individual numa carrinha VAN com serviço de carga e descarga efectuada pela empresa.,opção pela qual paguei mais 300€. Quando recebi os bens, verifiquei que: o transporte foi feito em conjunto com outras cargas, tive de ser eu a efectuar a descarga onde verifiquei várias peças danificadas num valor acumulado de 300€ aproximadamente. No próprio dia a empresa foi contactada e nas semanas seguintes via telefónica e por e-mail, à semelhança do efectuado para a contratação do serviço, sendo que a empresa não assumiu qualquer dos erros. Posteriormente deixou de responder à minha tentativa de contacto.
