My go-to place in Porto for a genuine barbershop experience. Great value and excellent quality. The best fade haircut and the best beard trim I've found in Porto (and for that matter anywhere else, too). A very, very good barbershop.

Went from long hair to a fade buzz for the first time in my life. The barber exceeded my expectations. Great vibe, music, and very professional. The dude knows what he's doing and is all business -- (I wasn't even able to catch his name!). I'm looking like a fresh Vincent Cassel over here. Obrigado!

Very kind and responsive to messages. Awesome service, he takes all the time he needs and makes you feel relaxed. He did exactly what I asked. No useless chat (for me a plus), good music, nice products and fair prices. I am glad I've chosen Velho Jack for my hair cut and shave.

É só a melhor barbearia da cidade. Depois de 20 anos a viver fora precisava, não de um barbeiro mas de "o" barbeiro no Porto. Demorei 4 meses mas finalmente encontrei. Excelente relação qualidade-preço.

Trabalho péssimo, sai de lá com mais cabelo do que quando entrei! Fui atendido por um rapaz novinho totalmente sem experiencia e o valor altíssimo 16 euros para esse trabalho cansado. Dou 1 estrela por não poder dar 0.

Nothing bad to say. The staff speaks English.
The places itself is really cosy, you'll just feel like at home, they don't do appointment but I was lucky enough to arrive when it was empty, so no waiting time at all.
The barber I had was smooth and gentle, he took his time to make my beard and haircut perfect

Necesitaba un corte de pelo y ajuste de barba, y fue una buena experiencia.
El peluquero fue muy amable, y pese al impedimento por el idioma (yo hablaba español y el portugués de Brasil) no hubo problema.
