The location was fantastic. We had the ground floor unit and one on the second floor both were great. Loved the patio area on the the ground floor unit. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment right next to the river. Checking in was a bit off due to not having internet access but once sorted out it was a breeze. We had a great time.

We stayed in duplex in early April and had a great time there. The apartment has a great view of the river and bridge. It is comfortable and clean. The host is extremely helpful and reacted promptly to our request.

The apartment is just 2 min walk from the Louis Bridge. I can see sunrise and sunset view each day from the apartment. Every tourist spot is within walking distance. Will book this apartment when I’m back!

Fantastic apartment that is modern, clean, comfortable, and with beautiful views of the Douro River. Marissa was lovely, and very helpful and thorough with our check-in - she’s the best. Our only issue was how audible the other floors were - we heard every footstep coming from the floor above, which made for a noisy stay. In fact it was noisier upstairs than it was from the street. Apart from that, a fantastic stay.

제가 다녀본 숙소 중에서 최고의 숙소 중 하나입니다. 모든 것이 갖추어져있어 제 집처럼 편안했습니다. 침실과 거실이 구분되어있어 공간 활용에 유용하며, 화장실도 넓고 샤워 공간도 따로 되어있어 쾌적합니다. 유럽 숙소의 고질적인 문제인 배수와 온수 그리고 물살에 대한 불편함도 전혀 없었습니다. 물론 온풍기도 원활히 작동하여 전혀 추위를 느낄 수 없었습니다. 주요 스팟이랑 가까우며, 걸어서 5분거리에 슈퍼마켓도 있습니다. 어딜 나가지 않아도 창문에서 바라본 뷰는 환상적이었습니다. 엘리베이터가 있어 짐을 옮기는 것도 문제없었으며, 안내를 해준 사장님도 굉장히 친절했습니다. 예정시간보다 일찍 도착하였지만 얼리체크인으로 12시에 입실할 수 있었습니다. 만약 포르투를 다시 방문한다면, 다시 이 숙소를 예약할 것입니다.

Great location, right on the river.Owners are very responsive and polite.The building was secure with easy access.The apartment was very clean and very nice, modern.The bed was very comfy!Kitchen was loaded with everything you need to prepare food in.

The property is updated throughout and is right on the Douro River with beautiful views. The property owner met us at the property and we had no issues. The property was clean and ready to relax with A/C and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended

Ground floor Riverside apartment, very nice, great location. The noise insulation from the flat above was not great, the family wasnt noisy but you could hear every footfall.Lucky we took ear plugs

Right next to the river and very close to the ponte Luis and funicular. Nearby lots of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep of abolina bar. The pillows and beds are not the best overall it serves the purpose.

Great location, so close to the river and restaurants. Beautiful view of the ruins accross the river. We had the ground floor apartment which had a nice outdoor area at the front opening up to the street and overlooking the river. Quiet street as the apartment is at the end of the street. Bar/restaurants a few doors up which was great and only a few minutes walk to the Riberia area and the Gaia district accross the bridge. Apartment had all amenities required and there is access to washing machine/dryer if you ask, although this is not in the apartment we were provided with a key to the laundry room so we had access. Communication was by email which worked well for us but would have been better if we had local SIM so could telephone. Only downside was that if not staying a week or more there is no housekeeping so towels and sheets not changed during our stay. It would have been better if we’d been provided with at least an extra set of towels. But this doesn’t detract much from the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed Porto and the apartment and would definitely recommend.

Positive: great place with a wonderful "inside tarrace" to sit by the river beautiful view, close to the city centre and all the historical buildings quite close to the metro station (there's a railway going down - don't make our mistake and don't go down by stairs :P) Very close to some restaurants clean, cosy and nicely furnished

Positive: It was a fantastic stay from the first to the last and the representative of OTA was reactive and helpful throughout.

Positive: Location is perfect. . Negative: Upper bathroom in duplex suite is a mess. Shower doesn’t work and toilet has a glass door so there is no privacy. Room smelled like cigarettes when we came.

Positiva: La ubicación. Se aparca bien y está en la zona de la ribera. El equipamiento, camas grandes y muy cómodas. Menaje muy completó.. Negativa: Lo único malo es que se oye mucho a los vecinos de encima porque los suelos y techos no son de hormigón.

Positief: We werden bij aankomst keurig opgewacht door onze host Hugo en kregen keurig uitleg over alles.. Negatief: Iets meer handdoeken en wc papier

Positiva: Un departamento con una buena remodelacion que lo hace acogedor. Negativa: Pedi una frazada extra, hacía frio, nunca la trajo. Parece que la disponibilidad de Hugo es muy poca! No se le ubica ni temprano, ni tarde, realmente poder ingresar al departamento fue casi una aventura. Al llegar cuesta ubicar la forma de entrar. Es sin limpeza y, sin cambio de toallas!

Positive: La posizione e il letto. Negazione: Il chek-aut. Doveva essere fatto come descritto entro le ore 12,00 invece la combinazione della porta alle ore 09,00 era già variata.

Positiv: Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach fantastisch! Das separate Schlafzimmer sowie das zweite, offene Bett auf der Gallerie sind sehr komfortabel. Zudem hat das Appartement zwei Bäder, sowie eine Waschmaschine und Küche. Der late Check in war super organisiert.

La estancia ha sido muy buena, los apartamentos son nuevos y están ubicados en una zona ideal, céntrica y tranquila de Oporto, junto al puente San Luis.

חיובי: מיקום מעולה, נוף מדהים, דירה שקטה כשהחלונות סגורים, בעל דירה אדיב וסבלני. קרוב למכולת, מסעדה ובר מקומי. קרובה מאוד לריביירה.. שלילי: מטבח וכלי אוכל לא נקיים, מעט צפופה ל 4 נפשות ואין פרטיות ושקט למי שישנים בסלון.

Positief: Bij aankomst konden we onze koffers al in de inkomhal plaatsen een dan iets drinken in het café van de buurman een super vriendelijke man! De gastheer regelde ons ook een luchthaven taxi om ons terug naar de luchthaven te brengen (die was beterkoop dan een taxi). Negatief: We zijn maar 3 nachten in het appartement verbleven en hadden alles wat we nodig hadden, dus geen min punten.

+modern und stylisch, optisch ansprechend (siehe Fotos), pünktlicher und freundlicher Empfang, kleine Terrasse vorhanden! +-verwinkelter Grundriss, interessant gelöst (offen), aber kompakt. Verbindungstreppe zur oberen Ebene ist für kleine Kinder ungeeignet. Lage zentral, dadurch allerdings auch lauter. - Dachgeschoss der 'Maisonette' stickig und warm (Juli) - schlafen war uns nur bei geöffneten Fenstern möglich (in der Früh laut). Bad im Untergeschoss sehr klein. Kaum Möglichkeit Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen (bleiben feucht, Wechsel alle drei Tage). -- Die Klimaanlage im unteren Schlafzimmer war defekt, Wasser ist in den Kleiderschrank geronnen, dieser war nass und roch modrig (in Folge auch das Zimmer). Wir wurden aufgefordert die Klima nicht zu benutzen, die Reparatur erfolgte an Tag 5 von 6. Die Koffer konnten wir nicht ausräumen, sie lagen im Weg (wenig Platz). Kann alles passieren, aber der Vermieter zeigte kein Verständnis für die uns entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Wir wären mit irgendeiner Anerkennung (Flasche Wein, Gutschein für eine Kleinigkeit im empfohlenen Tapas Lokal zwei Häuser weiter, ... ) als Kompensation zufrieden gewesen. Nachdem bis zum letzten Tag nichts kam, forderten wir 10% auf den Übernachtungspreis (ohnehin moderat) - das wurde schriftlich abgelehnt. Wir haben aber ein voll nutzbares Appartement gebucht und vor allem auch bezahlt.... so will ich als Gast nicht behandelt werden.

Très bon accueil, pas de réception à lentrée mais personnel à lécoute. Appartement propre et neuf.Nous étions au 3eme avec une petite terrasse à lextérieur.Rue calme avec des sympathiques petit bar pour le soir, ou petit repas le midi.

Positivo: Equipado com o essencial, muito acolhedor e com uma decoração agradável. Excelente localização e com uma vista fantástica para o rio. Lugar ideal para descansar e descobrir a cidade.
