eli capello: This person did not gave us our money back during the COVID-19 epidemic... We were unable to leave the country and Portugees government declared social containment.. We contacted this person 3 weeks in advance but we got no response. This person didn't make any costs due to our booking but is not open to any agreement on our money. I think this the opposite of hospitality and therefor I would advice you not to book this place.

Marcio Cordeiro Cajão: The hostel has the worst owners I have ever seen, they don't know anything about fair price. The shared room is more expensive than private. Kitchen is very small and some pans don't even have handle. I found bedbugs in my room, I told the owner about it and the answer was like "It is your problem, clean the room yourself". They rented me a bed in shared room and did't put anybody to clean the place, so the room was a mess because if you put three stranger in the same room, none of them will clean, of course! The only good thing is the living room and the big backyard, but it should be cleaned (one of the guests had to clean the backyard, what a shame!!)

Foi-me dito para voltar, pois tinha acções para declarar, o que aparentemente leva tempo extra, ninguém estava à espera...eram 11 da manhã, por isso a mulher teve muito tempo para completar o meu regresso...extremamente rude e mau serviço, foi à esquina do bloco HR e completaram o meu regresso em 20mins e muito amigável! Grande diferença quando você tem um bom serviço! Itp Beenleigh deixou uma má impressão, nunca mais os consideraria!

Fui até eles 4 vezes diferentes num período de 36 horas. O departamento móvel nunca estava na mesma página um com o outro, por isso continuei a receber conselhos/ajuda contraditórios relativamente à activação do meu jetpack wifi. Depois de muitas tentativas e demasiadas horas, voltei para casa e o meu filho de 12 anos foi capaz de ligar o dispositivo wifi instantaneamente!

O atendimento ao cliente aqui é ótimo. Eu jogo para conseguir um relógio inteligente para o meu marido, mas tive alguns problemas com as minhas recompensas para o meu cartão de crédito. O caixa que me assistiu foi paciente e levou o tempo necessário para garantir que tudo estava correto. Sempre que estive em qualquer lugar, alguém me perguntava se eu precisava de ajuda para encontrar alguma coisa.
