Estou seguro que é o espaço de cowork com melhor relação qualidade-preço da cidade. É super confortável, com muita luz natural e há um excelente ambiente de trabalho no dia-a-dia. Obrigado ao Mário e a todos os colegas que partilham o espaço pela boa disposição e companhia.

Gosto de tudo no Land: do espaço, da oferta para os co-workers, dos workshops, mas essencialmente gosto das pessoas. O Mário Gomes  lidera o espaço como ninguém, acompanhado pelo Luís Carvalho e pela Carolina Castro. Receberam-nos de braços e coração abertos e nunca desapontam. Não podia estar mais contente. Se estão à procura dum espaço para trabalhar ou de workshops este é o sítio. Sem dúvida, o melhor espaço de co-working do Porto.

The motto here is, "I'm looking for someone to share in an adventure." It's a quote from Gandalf, and sums up the feeling in the air at Land. Something is always "brewing," on the horizon, and the synergy of the coworkers is both supportive and motivating. The environment inside Land is open and soothing, with good organization and lots of plants. The wi-fi is great. The members at Land are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, too- Cedofeita. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

The community here are ACE! They really made us feel welcome during the month we spent in Porto in July 2019. Not only were they fantastic coworkers, they also became our personal tour guides for the month :) We even had some items sent to the workspace which arrived before us, and they were happy to receive them on our behalf. WiFi was perfect - we never had any speed issues or disconnections. Great location with plenty of cafes, supermarkets and parks nearby. Would highly recommend Land to anyone visiting Porto. Land was my home for three weeks and I couldn't have been happier here. It's a few streets away from the tourist hotspots, so you get some relief from the busy-ness, but it's only a 10-minute walk to the centre of Porto. Perfect location in my eyes. The workspace is very open with a ton of natural light and greenery. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I think nearly everyone introduced themselves to me as soon as they saw me which was very welcoming. It was easy to make friends and get great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Everyone at Land works hard and are focused on getting their own work done, so there aren't many distractions at all. I would highly recommend Land if you're looking for somewhere to stay productive while also meeting some amazing people who will be life-long friends.

Land is a really cool and chilled space suitable for various types of professionals from different industries. The amenities are great, the wi-fi is good, private room for conference calls and the people here are the highlight! The location is perfect! Really central with everything you need few steps away: restaurants, barber shop, supermarket, bars, photocopy shop (for professional marketing material, although we have a printer here that works really well). Definitely the place to be to get work done!
