how is that possible that after have paid a whole week before the corona crisis, this hotel management comes to the decision that we lost our reservation and therefore our money, worst thing, they do not offer to book another dates neither give us back the money. How is this possible? is this the way you treat customers? i will never come to this hotel. This is literally a RIP OFF. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THIS SITUATION ON CUSTOMERS MONEY

Amazing historical building, just 10 min walking from Trinidade station and city center, recently renovated. The room is actually a junior suite, huge and clean; the interior design is fantastic, a great combination of modern and renovated old pieces of furniture. Fatima gave us a very warm welcoming and advice us on how to experience Porto as a local. Small things like an hair dryer with diffuser attachment (barely found even in luxury hotels) , small fridge, umbrellas and kettle are clear signs that everything was made to make enjoy a comfortable stay at the Guest House Bonjardim Suites

Very nice building and nice interor design. I would suggest a few details to make the stay even better; - the toilet in our room was not attached well - the shower tray was leaking and wett all bathroom - light in the toilet was not working, also not in the toilet in the hallway. - as there is no house keeping during the stay i would suggest to leave extra towels and toiletpaper - shampoo in the shower would be nice Thanks!
