The rooms r a little bit run down but it's a nice place to stay if u want to try out old buildings in Porto with a wide range of basic food at breakfast. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. They will always tried their very best to fulfil Yr needs. Its very near to subway and lots of nice restaurants too. Very accessible.

Muito menos que o esperado. Quartos muito frios, roupa de cama velha, não oferecia boa imagem, casa de banho a precisar de obras, barulhento, pequeno almoço básico demais. As funcionárias é que são simpáticas, nada mais que isso. Sinceramente, parece mais uma pensão.

Gostei muito do staff, principalmente os funcionários brasileiros. Muito simpáticos e acessíveis. O hotel é muito mais residencial do que hotel. O pequeno almoço deveria ser incluído. Não faz sentido que assim não seja. E poderia ser mais completo com ovos mexidos e bacon, tendo em conta o preço pago á parte pelos pequenos almoços. O jardim é agradável. O quarto é um quarto. Não é nada de especial. Mas no geral foi agradável. Staff muito bom. Obrigada.

Fui muito bem atendido. A equipe jovem e com muita qualidade.
Acomodação pequena e café da manhã muito fraco. Tem estacionamento mas é pago ;

Para empezar no tiene ascensor, nos dieron la habitación en la tercera planta ,no funcionaba la calefacción y nos dio la recepcionista un radiador que pasamos frio. Las camas regular tenían sabanas pequeñas que se salían y dejaba el colchón a la vista .Las toallas pocas y malas (con la fama que tiene Portugal de buenas toallas) .El desayuno básico ,frío en el comedor. Lo mejor de este hotel es el personal que fueron muy amables. No lo recomiendo

Gestori gentili ma la camera è piccola , il bagno essenziale con aspiratore non funzionante, la colazione non è stata All'altezza delle aspettative.. da 1 a 10 il voto è 4. Unica nota di merito è che l'albergo è ubicato abbastanza vicino al centro e per chi vuole visitare la Città è una cosa positiva

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé non loin des sites touristiques et d'une station de métro, Lapa.
Le personnel est très accueillant, ma chambre était de taille correcte et propre dans l'ensemble [sauf sous le lit], bruyante la nuit car située sur une rue passante et pavée comme beaucoup de rues de Porto.
Je recommanderais cet hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité prix même s'il m'est arrivé un incident assez désagréable : le lendemain de mon arrivée, après une journée de marche à travers Porto et ne rêvant que d'une douche, je découvre que tous mes effets personnels ont disparus de la salle de bain, jetés par la femme de chambre pour une raison que nous n'avons pas su saisir. L'hôtel m'a remboursé sans aucun problème tout ce que j'ai dû racheter mais ma trousse de toilette contenait des objets que je ne retrouverai jamais.
Attention également à la porte de la chambre, la mienne ne se vérrouillait pas automatiquement en sortant, comme il se doit , il faut passer la carte magnétique. La femme de chambre ne le faisant pas, ma chambre est restée non verrouillée une journée entière.

Pessoal muito simpático, instalações limpas. Camas muito confortáveis. Quarto a precisar de arranjo (azulejos partidos na casa-de-banho, portas de madeira de armários a cair). Pequeno-almoço com muito pouca variedade. Quarto junto à estrada principal, por isso com barulho. No geral, qualidade não justifica o preço.

Good hotel almost at the city center of Porto. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was quite spacious and overall decent. The only downside is the noise level, too noisy if you need to have a good sleep.

Pozytywne : mały kameralny Hotel, lokalizacja , super dyskretny personel, wygodne łóżka, mały ogródek na zewnątrz za hotelem, codzienne sprzątanie, zmieniana pościel, ręczniki ,wysoki strop.
Negatywne: mały pokój, wymaga odświeżenia , wszechobecny zapach stęchlizny od nawet ładnych mebli w pokoju, łazienka do odświeżenia, słaby odpływ w prysznicu, złamany uchwyt w prysznicu, słabe WiFi
śniadania: ser, wędlina ta sama codziennie, gdyby choć zmienić jej rodzaj, nic na ciepło brakowało mi jajka, kawa niesmaczna. No i te wszystkie szklanki należałoby umyć
Cena ok, takie drobne poprawki i było by dużo lepiej:)

Hotel muy antiguo aunque barato, algo alejado del centro. Le falta una renovación y que pongan al día las instalaciones del WC, ya que no funcionaba correctamente. La
habitación era muy estrecha y los muebles antiguos. La cortina daba grima y lo peor de todo fue el ruido toda la noche con el paso de coches sobre el adoquinado de la calzada de la calle. Seguramente si te toca una habitación interior que de al jardín, la cosa cambie un poco.

Un hotel de dos estrellas acorde con lo que ofrece. Una habitación limpia y un baño limpio. No hay ascensores, tiene parking en frente por €10 por día. Nos olvidamos una crema y luego que nos digieran que la habían tirado y que insistimos la devolvieron. Habíamos dejado el hotel al mediodía y volvimos por la crema por la tarde.

Para 2 estrelas, está bom no atendimento, simpatia, higiene. Cada de banho com banheira alta, dificulta entrada e sai da para quem tem pouca mobilidade. Duche estava com.base quebrada e água saía com mais pressão apenas em um lado.

Hotel confortable, con muy buen servicio. Las únicas pegas que se me ocurren, es que aún siendo céntrico, se tiebe que andar bastante para encontrar un bar/super/restaurante abierto. También el look antiguo de los muebles, puede estar bien para algunos, mal para otros. Un punto a favor es que tiene parking.

Muito limpo e bem conservado. O prédio deve ter uns 500 anos e ainda está perfeitamente usual. Parede novo.

Good experience, prople very nice. Carolina was very kind and was fantastic to us, always truing to help. Cleaniless was impecable and breakfast was nice! I would just suggest they make the wardrobes mote functional to help us keep our clothes when they are folded away. Overall it was good experience.

We had a wonderful 5 night break in a family room at the Hotel Miradaire in Porto. It was between Trinidade and Lapa metro stations. The room was excellent,very clean and a lovely continental breakfast laid out. The owner and staff were extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr nett, insbesondere wegen des außerordentlich zuvorkommenden Hoteliers. Seine Frau wirkte leider teilweise ziemlich hektisch und machte die angenehme Atmosphäre deshalb vor allem beim Frühstück etwas kaputt. Ansonsten kann man über die Sauberkeit oder den Komfort des Hotels nicht meckern. Unser Zimmer (3-Bett) lag im Keller, allerdings war es sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Anscheinend sind aber alle Zimmer durch einen Luftschacht verbunden, sodass angeblich Gespräche aus unserem Zimmer in das Badezimmers eines Paares mit Baby schallte. Auf diesen Umstand wurden wir gegen 2 Uhr morgen etwas unsanft mit den Wort Please Sleep hingewiesen. Davon abgesehen war das Frühstück vielfältig und ebenfalls nicht zu bemängeln, wenn man den Preis beachtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch in Ordnung; es dauert zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten in die Stadt, wobei man durch die Fußgängerzone geht...

Words cannot describe how friendly and helpful the staff here was. My boyfriend and I only planned to be in Porto for one night and unfortunately our luggage was delayed on our journey from Malaga. The staff spoke great English and were extremely helpful in calling the airport multiple times to check on our luggage and even helped us change our train tickets (which involved a lot of Portuguese on the phone and internet) to Lisbon the next day so we could wait for our luggage to arrive before we left. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Porto.

The hotel is run by a lovely couple who are very helpful and friendly. Service was fantastic. I was impressed with the cleanness of my room and the hotel. Also, I should mention that the bed was very comfortable. However there were two minor drawbacks. 1) The rooms facing the road are a bit noisy night time. If you have trouble of falling asleep then book the rooms facing the rear garden. 2) I stayed at this hotel during winter time, my room was hot enough but the breakfast area was a bit chilly. Therefore, I couldnt enjoy my breakfasts as much as I like. To sum up, I really enjoy this hotel and I would recommend it.

The hotel was nice overall. The owners were always available when we needed something. Breakfast was also great. The room was nice, it had a old look, but everything was very clean, including the shower. The bed was a little bit too small for two people, and a little uncomfortable for me but it was bearable and I didnt had much trouble sleeping on it. We had a couple of nights were the room neighbors were noisy, so you could hear a lot of whats happening in other rooms.The location is ok, you have to walk around 15 - 20 min to get to the river from there.

Excellent value for money within a ten minute walk from the city centre. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and gave some very useful advice regarding things to see and do upon arrival. The room was spotless and comfortable enough.

charmant hôtel typique dans le centre de Porto. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, laccueil est charmant.les hôteliers parlent parfaitement le français, et sont de véritables guides touristiques.on peut facilement aller dans le centre et sur le bord du Douro à pied pour les marcheurs.très bien

Good quality, friendly hotel in a convenient location. We had a small but cosy room with a very clean bathroom - it was very quiet despite the hotel being located at a quite busy road. The manager was extremely helpful, she ordered a taxi for us and said goodbye when we were leaving at 5 am for the airport. Breakfasts were tasty but you could tell the ingredients were not of a premium quality. Also, the room and bathroom were a bit cold (we stayed there in November - a warm weekend, but still...). The only major disadvantage (for me) was that you had to ask for tea/coffee to be provided (I am an excessive tea drinker). We had an electric kettle and cups in the room and it wouldnt hurt to put a few bags of tea there too... But in general, I can definitely recommend.

Our hosts were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and Madame in particular was ourstanding in the way she provided information and help. Some lovely restaurants at the end of the street and despite torrential rain on the first day we were in Porto we enjoyed the care and warmth that was provided by Mira DAdaire.
