Location au top, vue magnifique, équipement optimaux et connexion internet excellente. Je recommande vivement cette location de vacances. Un grand merci a Miguel et toute sont équipe.

Apartamento muy limpio y acogedor. Cocina completa con todos los utensilios. Un poco molestaba el ruido de los demás apartamentos, se oían mucho los pasos, o quizás nos tocó unos vecinos un poco ruidosos. El dueño nos atendió muy bien y nos dio información de los transportes públicos cercanos. Genial !!

Bien de calidad y precio. Algo alejado del centro pero estupendo para descansar

El apartamento está muy bien, Tiago es muy amable y simpático, el único inconveniente que hemos tenido ha sido que el wifi no fu funcionaba bien, por lo demás todo perfecto

Pozytywna: Mieszkanie czyste, nowoczesne. W kuchni garnki, naczynia i sztućce, kuchenka mikrofalowa i płyta. Właściciele mili oraz pomocni,byliśmy w kontakcie telefonicznym podczas drogi z metra do mieszkania. Położenie dobre, blisko do stacji metra Campanha. ( Z Campanhy do centrum bilet za 1,20 E). Positivo: O restante em geral estava bem.. Negativo: Poucos utensílios de cozinha e pouca decoração. O sofá podia ser mais confortável.

Positivo: Estar numa zona muito calma e muito proxima do centro tendo estacionamento facil na rua para o carro.. Negativo: Um pouco improvisado

Positiva: Muy buen trato, alojamiento tranquilo, amplio,con buenas vistas y muy limpio.. Negativa: la ducha es un poco baja para mi altura y eche en falta algun mueble/balda para la ropa

Négatif: Un petit chauffage insuffisant et pas de cafetière ni poêle...difficile de faire à manger avec seulement 2 casseroles.

Positivo: Senhorio muito simpático, boa localização e vista agradável.. Negativo: Faltam alguns equipamentos mas dá para um fim de semana.

Negativa: No tiene calefaccion,te dejan un radiador portatil y lo tienes q ir cambiando de habitaculo

Positiva: A pesar de la ubicación estaba bien iluminado. Negativa: Para acceder había que subir unas escaleras de piedra estrechas

Positive: Nice apartment. Everything you need is there. Nice view. Location is a little off centre but that's okay if you like a quit place after a long day of walking trough Porto. Only 10 minute walk from trainstation campanha, from there you can go anywhere really easy. Host of the apartment is really helpful, service was great.. would stay here again for sure. Negative: The apartment is in a Nice and quiet place.. but you can hear every sound from the upstairs neighbours. Not suited for people with fisically disability, but that goes for most of Porto.

Positif: Situation calme et facilité de stationnement à proximité.. Négatif: Manque d'équipement (pas de cafetière ni bouilloire, pas de pose serviette ni d'étagère pour poser les articles de toilette). Pas d'occultant sur la fenêtre de salle de bain avec vue sur le voisinage. Dans la chambre juste un portant pas de rangements ni de lampe de chevet. Equipements réduits au strict minimum pour 2 personnes Coupure d'électricité dès que l'on sollicite un peu trop l'installation.

Positive: The view is very nice especially in a clear sunny morning. The bed is big and comfortable, enough space in it for 2 persons. The apartment is newly renovated and we had all the cooking facilities. Closed to the train and metro station Campanha, 10 minutes walk, which helped us a lot to go and explore Porto. Very close to the apartment is also a nice park with lots of trees and flowers.. Negative: The rooms were very cold during our stay in February, we had electric radiators but they did not manage to warm the place during the night. In the bathroom we had a small issue with the water going over the shower edge as this edge is very small and the water was over it. Although the apartment is renovated, it missed a lot of things we could use, such as kitchen cloths and utensils, a wardrobe and others. Everything is very basic in the apartment.

Positiv: Da wir im Dezember hier waren, war es sehr kalt und feucht im Zimmer. Das zimmer hat keine fest installierte Heizung. Der Besitzer hat uns aber auf Anfrage unmittelbar einen Heizkörper in das Zimmer gestellt.

Positiv: Bett war besonders bequem, Ausstattung, Lage, Ruhe. Negativ: Unterkunft war schwer zu finden

Positiv: Total ruhig, im Gegensatz zu der Innenstadt.. Negativ: Als Ausstattung nur das absolut nötigste, nicht einmal Haken für die Handtücher oder Ablage für Zahnputzbecher. An der Ausstattung wurde sehr gespart. Es ist alles neu, aber billig. Irgendwie Stufen in dem Apartment, da kann man nachts stolpern. Nur ein Fenster in der Küche welches man nicht öffnen kann. Und Fenster in WC. Wir haben nur dort geschlafen, also ging es. War aber günstig.
