Positif: L'accueille de bienvenue de Bruno qui nous attendait pour la remise des clefs et le relationnel par téléphone pour lui indiquer notre départ. L'appartement est très bien agencé et de très bon goût. Vraiment un bonheur d'avoir passé 3 nuits dans ces lieux.. Négatif: Rien, je pense que tout est parfait !

Negative: A very annoying dog nearby barking all night long. It is not exactly the problem of this property, but it did ruin one of our nights.

Positif: Porto Bello était exactement ce que nous avions besoin ! Parfaitement situé (près de la station de métro Trindade), propre, dans un immeuble récemment et joliment rénové, l'appartement ne manque de rien : serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, WIFI, etc. Bruno, notre hôte, est d'une gentillesse extrême et nous a renseigné de tout ce que nous voulions savoir. Je recommande cet établissement chaudement !. Négatif: Une broutille : le tapis de la salle-de-bain est un peu trop grand (ou trop épais ?) et se prend dans la porte...

Positiva: Apartamento recién reformado. Limpio y acojedor. Negativa: La cama y las almohadas. Es una cama individual que se hace dos. El colchón está bien pero la persona más alta tiene que dormir en la parte exterior para no dar con los pies y la cabeza en la madera. No dejaron cápsulas para la cafetera, ni azúcar. Tampoco hay armario en el colgar la ropa.

Positiva: La decoración El balconcito La ubicación del lugar. Negativa: Las almohadas son muy delgadas

Positiva: La localización y la disponibilidad del dueño para entregarnos las llaves.. Negativa: No tenía calefacción y en Diciembre hace falta.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet,geschmackvoll und außergewöhnlich. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles schnell zu erreichen,wenige Schritte entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, der alles hat,was man braucht.. Negativ: Auf der Booking.com Seite gab es ein Bild von einem Balkon,der gehört wohl zu der Wohnung,die von der Straßenseite abgewandt ist.Das hätte man in der Beschreibung genauer herausarbeiten können. Es gibt zwei Wohnungen Porto Bello auf der Etage,eine zur Straße,wohl etwas lauter, und eine von der Straße abgewandte. Am Wochenende kann es nachts auf der Straße ziemlich laut sein (Partygänger) von den Szenekneipen am untersten Ende der Straße.

Positive: Gorgeous, fully equipped for comfortable living flat in the city centre within walking distance to all attractions. The apartment has oven, microwave, coffee maker. The balcony offers views of the city. Description of the apartment corresponds completely to the apartment.Friendly welcoming host, all requests, even unusual ,fully executed. Thank You, Bruno!. Positiv: Super Unterkunft. Sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.

Positive: The apartment was really nice! I liked very much the way it was decorated :) A very big plus is that there is a private parking place right next to the building, and it only costs 5euros/night. The apartment was clean and has a good location. The host is very very nice :) We recommend staying at Porto Bello!

Positif: Tout . Tout était génial propre spacieux décoration avec goût. salle de bain magnifique équipements très agréable . Appartement clair et lumineux . Au top Appartement à louer sans hésiter pour les prochains vacanciers. . Négatif: Rien à signaler

Positiv: Super gute Lage, man kommt fast überall zu Fuß hin, bzw. gibt es viele Buslinien und die Metro in der Nähe, die Bars und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind entspannt, gemütlich, lecker - toll. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und sehr hübsch eingerichtet, man hat einen schönen Ausblick und fühlte sich sofort wie zu Hause. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und die gesamte Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.. Negativ: Ein paar Möglichkeiten, Blusen und Kleider oder Jacken aufzuhängen wären gut, auch ein elektrischer Wasserkocher wäre praktisch. Leider hat fast jede Nacht ein Hund im Nachbarshof lang und laut gebellt und uns einige Male den Schlaf geraubt - dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts.

Positive: La casa era perfetta per le nostre esigenze con l uso cucina , comoda come posizione ,vicina a tutto, il padrone di casa e stato gentilissimo e disponibile , lo raccomando moltissimo. Negazione: Niente

Pozytywna: Mieszkanie z super pozytywnym klimatem. Lokalizacja rownież godna polecenia! Jedzcie śmiało!!!

Pozytywna: Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo łatwy, mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji, bardzo ciche. W pobliżu sklepy i piekarnie. Niedaleko do obiektów turystycznych. 5 minut spacerem do stacji metra Trindade. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.

Positive: Molto bello l'appartamento, ristrutturato da poco e curato. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e per recarsi all'aeroporto.. Negazione: Consiglio di aggiungere un mobiletto e degli appendi abiti per appoggiare le proprie cose.

Положительный: Чисто, дом после капремонта, хорошая планировка квартиры. Доброжелательные хозяева. Рядом 3 больших супермаркета, что важно для апартаментов. Метро, от которого без пересадок до аэропорта. Центр города, всё в шаговой доступности. Напротив живёт чудный полосатый котик.. Негативный: Заказывали две одноместные кровати, получили 1 болшьшую, правда, 2 комнаты и в гостиной 2 спальных места. У хозяина в заказе от Booking стояло Porto belo 2, а у меня просто Рorto belo. Кто виноват в путанице - не ясно, но некомфортно.
