RAW CHICKEN !!! Got a third of the way in to a chicken sandwich before realising it wasn't just cold it was completely pink... Took it back to be told by one of the waiters that it was not their fault. Excuse me... The manager refunded it but of course now the food poisoning awaits. Awful experience

Paid 30€ for 3 tiny baguettes, 2 cokes and a water. Staff was unfriendly and confused, prices we’re not shown correctly. Better go to Burger King here...

Atendimento horrível, paguei 6€ por 1 sumo de laranja e um croissant e ainda me cobraram 0,20 cêntimos por aquecer um biberão com água. Foi mesmo so aquecer 30 segundos no micro-ondas, a agua ja tinha nao foram eles que puseram. A senhora do caixa foi antipática e rude, não so cmg como com os outros cliente. Primeira e ultima vez que me encontram lá .

Unverschämte Preise, völlig überteuert!

Alguns funcionários chegam a ser rudes com os clientes, não se preocupam em garantir que as especificidades do pedido são comunicadas aos colegas que o vão preparar, o que resulta em pedidos de errados e desperdício desnecessário. Fica-se mesmo com a impressão de que nos estão a fazer um favor.

E' uno dei punti di ristoro all'interno dell'aeroporto di Porto che, nome a parte, non ha nulla di First Class, ma è piuttosto Average Class per il cibo e top per il costo, molto simile a quello italiano e, quindi, superiore alla media del Portogallo, aeroporto compreso. Noi eravamo di corsa ed abbiamo acquistato 2 bottigliette d'acqua, 2 piccoli sandwich (tonno e prosciutto) ed uno snack salato per un totale di 18,60...decisamente eccessivo con peraltro qualità mediocre del cibo. Il personale è molto sbrigativo e poco cortese rispetto alla media portoghese che è decisamente molto migliore. Spiace dirlo...ma direi un locale ...molto dimenticabile

Extremely expensive without any special quality in the food nor good service in the desk staff. It is a shame because in Portugal you eat wonderful meals in almost any place and with charming people. So this called "first class" location is only truth for its incredible high pricing, but you don't get what you pay. So it is a terrible negative experience just when you leave this great country. Really sad that airport management allows such kind of bad place.

What a rip-off. This is place has no respect for locals and aims only at ripping off tourists. An espresso is 3 times normal downtown prices. A bottle of beer, which ranges between 0.70 € and 1.50 € costs 3.65€ !

Poor and disrespectful service. We asked for 2 hot chocolate and couple of pastries. One of chocolate came with a coffee color so we noticed it to the lady to double check it does not look like chocolate. She said its chocolate. So we tasted the both in front of her, one was chocolate and the other was clearly milk coffee or at best cappuccino ... she again ignored us pretending it's the same there is no coffee. We invited her to taste by herself, she just took the cup and dropped the coffee away to serve a chocolate but in a very disrespectful way making us feel we are just dummies customers. By the way the new one was chocolate, so I am really wondering why making such big deal of it just to serve what was ordered... I totally accept a mistake, everybody can make, but I don't accept to be treated like that just for some stuburness or self esteem or whatever. I am working in customer services too, and one rule we have is that customer determines the company's success, in the end he must be satisfied.

This has the best muffins I have ever tried in my entire life, I was literally about to miss my flight because I went to get another one, 10/10 would come again just for the muffins

Very expensive (although not unexpected for an airport café). Food offer looks nice, but the taste is actually rather poor. Food warming options are limited to the microwave, which doesn't help improve the taste.

Friendly staff and quick service. The ingredients were of good quality and the flavours were tasty. Our group ordered a wide variety of dishes. The vegetable soup of the day was particularly good. Good quality from an airport cafe.

The worst and most expensive sandwich and service ever! I just ordered a chicken panini that cost me $7 Euro... there was 1 slice of chicken and one lettuce leaf... nothing else! Not even butter in the bread! As I went to ask the counter if Was anything missing, he was super rude! Still in chock! ...

São muito arrogantes, em 5 anos uso este aeroporto regularmente, nunca nenhum funcionário foi simpático comigo ou qualquer outro cliente. Este espaço é muito caro, preços são absurdos para o que é vendido, pouca qualidade dos artigos.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, probably the worst I’ve ever, ever experienced. Completely steer clear of this ‘first class’ cafe. I patiently waited to order, only to be remotely acknowledged with a head nod. I then asked to order pastries and pointed to the cabinet I wanted to order from. The ladies at the counter then screamed at me to pick up the water from the fridge myself. I proceeded to tell them I wasn’t ordering water. One of the ladies realised her mistake after she’d wrongly embarrassed me in front of the entire cafe and customers. I took my business elsewhere and I advise you to do the same. These women should get a lesson in how to speak to other humans.

The most expensive sandwich I have ever had. There was nothing special about it. Please avoid this place it's better to die starving. The funneral will be less expensive than eating there whatever. ☠

Sou cliente desde há vários meses e tenho sentido sempre uma enorme simpatia. Trabalham muito como em qualquer estabelecimento de restauração mas mantém sempre um sorriso e boa vontade para ajudar. Ein wirklich schlechtes Panini mit fader Mozzarella kostet 6,95€!!! Und dafür ist kaum Geschmack vorhanden! Auch das Wasser schlicht und ergreifend überteuert!! Auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen!
