Save your money and time with this law firm. If I could give this firm negative stars for having the worst experience with a law firm, I would give them negative stars. They took on a case which was paid for in advance in June 2017, we got no feedback for 2 years. No responses to emails, and after a face to face meeting with the law firm, we were promised feedback on the status of the process. Nothing. I sent an email again requesting feedback and added my disappointment that they had not provided a service that they were fully paid for. I received a call from the law firm where I was shouted at for about 5 minutes. I never in my life expected a law firm to be so unprofessional. My response to her was that I was truthful in my email and she took great offence to that. It was a shocking experience and being told that she is in charge of her law firm and how dare I send her an email telling her that they took money (which they did) without providing any service. I subsequently found out that it was pointless lodging a complaint with the board that oversees complaints on law firms in Portugal, because lawyers are protected. My husband and I walked away from this case, a few thousand euros less. It was better to walk away, move on and forget about this bad experience.
