Excepcional atención profesional, agradable y coqueto sitio para tapear y tomar un buen vino. De esos sitios apartados que supera enormemente a la mediocridad de la primera linea de terrazas con buen producto y mejor atención.

What a great place! This is a little gem close to Porto’s Ribeira (waterfront). I live in the UK with my husband, who is originally from Porto, and we occasionally visit Porto to see family and friends. On a 19 degrees sunny Sunday afternoon (December), we decided to walk around the area. Needless to say, the waterfront was buzzing and crowded, nearly unpleasant to walk and impossible to find a quiet place to sit for a drink and eat. We were so happy to walk just a little bit further along the waterfront and to stumble across with Wee Porto! This place is amazing! We were lucky enough to meet the owner who is one of the most knowledgable persons I have met on food, tapas, nibbles, drinks, etc, you name it, he knows it! After advising us, everything he brought onto our table was just excellent! A 30-45 minutes sit for a quick drink and tapas turned into a 2 hours stay with lots of different dishes, wine, beer and dessert! It’s totally worthy, for just a 5 minutes’ walk away from the crowded Ribeira, you will find a quiet place where you can sit and peacefully enjoy some great food & drinks!

Schwerpunkt liegt auf Tapas und Weinen. Kamen auf einen Snack vorbei, es wurde ein Abendessen daraus. Kleinigkeiten, ambitioniert zubereitet, aus denen man sich zu einem günstigen Preis ein Essen zusammenstellen kann, wie man es nicht so leicht findet. Dazu ausgesprochen guter Wein im Glas und ein Wirt, für den das Wohl der Gäste ganz oben steht. Angesichts des Touritrubels in der Nachbarschaft und dem sonst doch sehr sparsamen Gebrauch von Kräutern und Gewürzen in den einfacheren Restaurants eine echte Perle.
