Excelente farmácia, colaboradores simpáticos, atenciosos e competentes, aconselho.

Extremely shocked & horrified by the way I was just treated here. I went here to pick up a medication & while the pharmacist went to the back to get it, I looked & selected various lip balms to buy. I put them in my paper bag next to the other prescription I was going to pick up next. As soon as this happened, the person attending me came out violently screaming at me, accusing me of theft & making up lies such as: i have come there last week (i havent been to that pharmacy in over a month), that last week i played around & messed with the displays (once again, i havent been there last week & have only come there once before & absolutely did not do this). Next he DENIED giving me my medication (it was late & this is the only pharmacy open 24/7) & kicked me out of there almost using physical force & threatening to call the police, once again stating the events of last week (that did not happed) as proof he could use to get me arrested. He also said that the pharmacist that supposedly took my order last week was a woman, so it was not even him (!). I considered calling the police myself, because not only is my life threatened if i do not take this medication in time, but also because i could not believe this person is working in a pharmacy & is putting lives at risk, but as I suffer from chronic anxiety & was on the verge of a panic attack, I simply left. This was a middle aged, thin, tall male with grey whitening hair. To any clients i strongly advise to avoid this pharmacy. A QUAISQUER CLIENTES EU FORTEMENTE RECOMENDO A EVITAR ESTA FARMACIA. If management is reading this, please I beg you, do a psychological evaluation to this man & consider dismissing him, because I was genuinely scared of him & I fear his erratic, paranoid & almost psychotic behavior may truly have a catastrophic effect one day, & that a person I believe to be almost certainly mentally disburbed should not exercise this profession.

O aparecimento desta farmácia foi uma mais valia para a população desta parte da cidade. Só havia farmácias do outro lado do rio Corgo. O horário alargado praticado por esta instituição também é uma mais valia para os moradores . Tambem tem Profissionais excelentes e muito bem formados sempre aptos a aconselhar os fregueses.
