A hidden gem behind the mountains away from the pollution of the highways. A beautiful drive through wining roads that end in this little private place away from it all. A vineyard and old stone farmhouse that's been cleverly restored. Rustik yet comfy and just wonderful. The owners are welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We arrived very late as we booked it an hour before arrival. Had dinner waiting for us, a very pleasant surprise. Our well appointed room was very clean and spacious with its own private and modern bathroom. Breakfast was simple with everything home made, the jams were outstanding and so was the coffee. We extended a day to relax by the pool the following day to avoid the traffic of weekenders. This place is the getaway we needed from our getaway. Worth the drive as the only sound you will hear is the rooster from the neighbors. No cars, no trucks and no drunks at 4:00am. Just rest and long dipps in the pool. Joseph's rosé and Maria's grapes and figs to snack and refresh. Great food great wine in the mountains away from it all. Where you don't need anything else. Will be back to this place.

We showed up with no notice and received the best experience possible. Ended up extending and spending more time just to be with owners a little longer. Highly recommended!

Genuine old farmer's manor. Enjoy the swimming pool, hiking among shady Roman ways along the river. Really welcoming and cosy.

Local propício para um bom descanso. Sr José e D. Maria Nélia estraordinariamente simpáticos e muito prestáveis proporcionando um ambiente familiar e relaxante. Boa comida e um excelente vinho (branco tinto e rosé), produzido na quinta que pertence à casa.
