Excelente comida, a lembrar sabores antigos e alguns bem contemporâneos. Preços muito simpáticos. Funcionários top. Vou voltar ao Pinhão nem que seja só para comer aqui.

Fantastic, homely little restaurant. They were closed when we arrived but the owner kept the kitchen open longer just for us. The staff were extremely nice, and the food was hearty and delicious, and very reasonably priced

Great home-like food. Nothing fancy, but tasty as hell! The owner was very engaged and willing to help, which is always nice. Mostly meat/fish based dishes, but they also have vegetarian option (it may not be directly in the menu, so you just have to ask).

Perfect choice to have a meal and Döme wine after the train ride. Very friendly waiters, actually two dishes you can choose from, but both fresh and tasty. And cheap. So, do not miss, if you want to avoid the masses.

My wife and I went here for dinner and were thoroughly impressed. Nice family run restaurant, mother does the cooking son does the serving. Food was plentiful, and reasonably priced. The only downside was that they had run out of pastries. So there was no dessert available. Definitely recommend.

Es una taberna pequeña típica portuguesa. Aunque tardaron un poco en servirnos fueron superamables en todo momento. La comida exquisita una caldereta de marisco y unos pastelillos de crema deliciosos. Incluso aunque no podían entrar perros nos hizo sitio en un lateral y se molestó en traernos incluso agua para el animal. Todo un detallado. Muy recomendable

Quite the best place to have your lunch at pinhão, don't miss this chance! Even though it's open only 12-15 it's worth a try! Don't misjudge this place, amazing value for price, they won't let you go out unhappy or not full to the limits

Excelente escolha para hoje, restaurante familiar pequeno mas muito acolhedor, e muito atenciosos. Comida de pratos regionais maravilhosos, fica em lista para regressar e recomendar!
Convem ir cedo pelas 12h e pouco, depois começa a ter fila de espera.

One of the best meals we had in Portugal. The place is filled with locals and tourists alike. Menu changes daily. Waitress will lock the front door if they’re full — so be sure to arrive a little early : )

A tipical Portuguese tabern with original flavour...
You can even see then cook behind the counter..
The staff came asking if everything was ok at least once a course...
I had the dish named "Ossos de suã", and had to eat it with my bare hands.. it was ravishing..
Deserts are homemade and very well made

What can I say! The best little restaurant to have a traditional meal in town. Do try the pork bones soup, veal, house wine and the cheese cake.

Sympathique restaurant familial avec accueil très charmant.
Notre serveur parlait français donc il était facile de communiquer.
Tout est fait maison, mention spéciale à la tarte au citron meringuée !
Le resto propose deux plats végétariens certes très simples mais qui ont le mérite d’exister.

Vu le nombre d’avis positif j’ai cru m’etre trompé d’endroit..
C’est un Lieu peu reposant en bord de route, accueil moyen
Nous avons essayé les deux plats végétariens ; absolument aucun interêt
Disons que c’etait digne d’une cantine d’entreprise bas de game
Un point positif sur les jus d’orange pressés mais bon, trois euros piece quand même

We had the Misto de Carne dos Batata Grelhadas -- or a name similar to that.
It was grilled pork with french fries and salad of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with oil and vinegar dressing. It was really good.

Pequeño local, bar o tasca frente a la estación de tren en el que comer a un precio razonable una muy buena comida casera.
El sitio tiene pocos platos a elegir pero todos muy buenos.
A mejorar que solo se puede pedir como copa de vino el vino de la casa. El precio de la copa de vino de la casa es de 1,5€
El baño unisex es muy pequeño. Recomendable dejar bolso y chaqueta, mochila o cualquier cosa que lleves fuera...
El lugar muy sencillo pero con buena comida a buen precio.

Restaurante pequeno ,mas muito agradável ,muito limpo comida caseira muito boa qualidade ,muitos pratos diversificados ,sobremesa caseira ,simpatia sempre a correr mas sempre atentos aos pedidos que eram feitos ,comi um arroz de marisco que não é típico da zona mas com uma qualidade como nunca comi em restaurante algum .Éramos 4 pessoas tudo pratos diferentes mas todos adoraram .É muito bom preço .Recomendo. Vous passez à pinaho alors ALLER Y absolument ! La famille qui gère ce restaurant est adorable et les plats bien que simple sont délicieux avec des tarifs plus que correct ! (tout plats à moins de 10€). Merci encore pour votre générosité !

Home from home kind of food where the staff all eat the same dishes in front of you after service is over. We had the fish stew which was interestingly with a base of bread, and the meat stew with rice, and of course local wines.
The homey food with the welcoming service makes this a great place to eat. We ate on a wine cask shaped table which was very appropriate for this trip.

Andei para trás e para a frentes à procura deste restaurante e não o encontrava pois o 29-B não existia.Olhei para o outro lado da rua e lá vi um toldo amarelo em que estava escrito o nome do restaurante
Dirigi -me ao mesmo e qual o meu espanto e deparei -me com uma casa de porta aberta com umas ventoinhas no teto, um calor insuportável lá dentro e um amontoado de mesas e ainda por cima com cheiro a fritos.
A minha experiência neste restaurante ficou por aí ou seja à porta do mesmo.

Really lovely restaurant with such tasty food! It’s been my best dish so far in Portugal over the past 9 days! I had the rabbit stew and my teenage fussy son had the veal steak with chips. The port served was also delicious. We arrived very late in the afternoon for lunch and they kindly accommodated us. Really friendly team of f staff. Highly recommend!

Situated right in front of the train stations, this is one of the best restaurants found in Pinhao. Traditional feel, and run by a family, there's no better place to get a soothing plate of traditional Portuguese food.
Every day provides with three different options along with desserts prepared in-house. The prices are cheap (most importantly the wine), the food is delicious and the family are welcoming.

After waiting 10 mins to get served at another restaurant just up the street, we left and came here (because we were impressed by the smell of the food when we'd walked past earlier). Almost as soon as we sat down we were handed menus and our wine orders taken based on the waiter's recommendation. And we were given a chance to try each wine even though we were buying by the glass. The menu was very basic and varies daily, so it is probably worth checking before you decide. They do have some standard dishes, but we found the roast pork and rice for 6.50€ a bargain. Good food at great value and great service.

Best francesinha in Portugal. We had some in Porto, but this one is a much superior version and they pour the special kept recipe sauce at the table. Awesome experience, great cheese board selection and great wine advice. All and for all a great experience. And the staff is super friendly too

The restaurant is located just in front of the train station and it offers very tasty food for good price. We had amazing baked codfish with potatoes, chestnuts and vegetables accompanied by delicious sangria! Family running the place was very nice and helpful. It is a great place to visit, to taste local food and feel local atmosphere!

Nos serviram um bacalhau com natas todo ressecado que só poderia ser o resto que fica grudado na panela; para não dizer que eram restos de pratos de outros clientes. O mesmo prato e a mesma salada eram muito bem apresentados na mesa ao lado. Torça para irem com a tua cara.

Icky food at premium prices. The veal we ordered was so briny as to make it practically inedible, served with a few pieces of equally distasteful and salty root veggies. We couldn't even figure out what they were as the saltiness was so overwhelming. This was our worst food experience in Portugal. Yuk!!!
