Nicole McGeough: Villa looked a lot bigger in the pictures than it did in real life. The area was quiet enough but our rental car windscreen was smashed 5 days into the holiday even though it was parked in a secure safe place and on the last night we were broken into, the man had gained entrance through the patio door behind the sofa so please please make sure you check all windows and doors before going to sleep because I have seen other reviews stating the same thing whilst their stay. It states the check in is 4pm but we were made to go for something to eat and come back because the cleaners had not finished and to make matters worse when we arrived back the cleaners forgot to leave us the keys so we had to wait for a Jet2 rep to arrive with them. The location is good and near some good bars and restaurants but would definitely recommend having a car. The downstairs twin room is infested with ants coming in through the outside door and the patio/swimming pool area is also the same so you need to keep footwear on at all times! For the price we paid I will not be back to this villa, especially after seeing how many times it has been broke into in the exact same way and still nothing has been done to secure the place!

Sempre desorganizar, sujo, muito poucos empregados simpáticos devem deles não gostar de ajudar, aconteceu comigo algumas vezes que tenho uma pergunta a fazer e eles simplesmente me ignoraram e andaram para o outro lado, Napa Home Depot é a única loja que eu já experimentei isso. Já estive em diferentes Home Depot na baía e este Homedepot é uma porcaria!

Estou muito satisfeito com o nível de profissionalismo e honestidade da Designer Appliances e mais especificamente do Russel que me ajudou a escolher a minha máquina de lavar louça. De um grande fornecedor, já tive a minha entrega adiada duas vezes com um atraso de 2 semanas com ambas as vezes confirmando do suposto fornecedor de aparelhos sobre a entrega do item. Depois de ter sido enganado duas vezes, decidi procurar em outro lugar, onde o Russel foi capaz de me falar de um pedido em atraso em todo o país, sem uma estimativa real de itens disponíveis. Dada a minha frustração e urgência em conseguir uma máquina de lavar louça, Russel me deu toda a atenção e prioridade para garantir que eu não só recebesse meus itens, mas também agilizasse meu pedido para garantir a entrega o mais rápido possível.
