François Golhen: Awful experience ! The staff was incompetent ! The only thing they do is complaining about you not staying in a small area even when you know how to manage the windsurf board. They were rude and talking to each other in Portuguese so we couldn't understand their complaints ! They also made us walk to a "starting point" by carrying the boards instead of riding them in the water... For the price we paid for an hour it was inadmissible. High prices compare to everywhere else - 45 euros/hour with insurance (that you MUST take to avoid any problems with them as read in other comments below). This place is to avoid if you're not from the Martinhal Hotel nearby !!

Eva Camus: I was here two years ago and I am still speaking about this amazing place very often. Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay for two nights at this camping place. It is not your usual camping spot, and surely if you need spotless cleaning facilities this is not your place to go. But when we looked at the reviews on google two years ago before and saw the polarisation between those who complained about the luxury and those who praised the romantic atmosphere and people, we knew we had to go. If you're like us and are looking for a quiet, non-touristy and basic spot, definitely go. If you identify yourself with the people from the 1-star ratings, you shouldn't. Anyway, if the owners are reading this, thanks for one of the greatest times of my life and please keep this beautiful place as lovely as it is!

Aparentemente, as pessoas não notam as placas afixadas em frente ao parque de estacionamento para a recolha na calçada. Quando cheguei, havia mais carros sem ninguém lá dentro, então havia para recolha. Enquanto eu esperava, outros clientes vieram e deixaram seus carros para entrar na loja também. Além disso, levou cerca de 20 minutos para alguém trazer o meu pedido, apesar de eu ter feito o check in quando cheguei. Pensei que seria rápido e eficiente, mas a minha experiência foi completamente o oposto.

Os gerentes nos pediram para ligar para o serviço de atendimento ao cliente sobre uma taxa de reabastecimento de 45 dólares e quando ligamos, por telefone eles disseram que o problema só é resolvido na loja, pelo gerente... nenhum profissionalismo e falta de treinamento nesta loja. Compramos um telefone que não estava funcionando corretamente e eles escreveram na nota pelo motivo da devolução mudou de idéia, e quando questionamos a taxa de reabastecimento eles apenas nos entregaram o telefone dizendo para pegarmos de volta então e nos dispensaram. E é assim que a Best Buy está a perder outro velho cliente...
