François Golhen: Awful experience ! The staff was incompetent ! The only thing they do is complaining about you not staying in a small area even when you know how to manage the windsurf board. They were rude and talking to each other in Portuguese so we couldn't understand their complaints ! They also made us walk to a "starting point" by carrying the boards instead of riding them in the water... For the price we paid for an hour it was inadmissible. High prices compare to everywhere else - 45 euros/hour with insurance (that you MUST take to avoid any problems with them as read in other comments below). This place is to avoid if you're not from the Martinhal Hotel nearby !!

Eva Camus: I was here two years ago and I am still speaking about this amazing place very often. Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay for two nights at this camping place. It is not your usual camping spot, and surely if you need spotless cleaning facilities this is not your place to go. But when we looked at the reviews on google two years ago before and saw the polarisation between those who complained about the luxury and those who praised the romantic atmosphere and people, we knew we had to go. If you're like us and are looking for a quiet, non-touristy and basic spot, definitely go. If you identify yourself with the people from the 1-star ratings, you shouldn't. Anyway, if the owners are reading this, thanks for one of the greatest times of my life and please keep this beautiful place as lovely as it is!

A parte negativa desta revisão e a classificação de 3 estrelas é dirigida à empresa e não ao técnico atual ou ao seu trabalho recente. Durante uma visita de manutenção semestral, o técnico encontrou um problema com uma panela de drenagem inadequada instalada há 3 anos com uma nova unidade. Este problema foi de alguma forma negligenciado durante cada visita de manutenção preventiva durante os 3 anos seguintes. Muito decepcionante que não tivesse sido identificado e corrigido mais cedo.Kudos ao técnico atual por identificar o problema e ordenar ações corretivas.

Esta tem sido, de longe, a pior experiência que já tive numa loja de retalho. Demorou 20 minutos a encontrar alguém que me pudesse ajudar. Enquanto eu andava por aí a pedir ajuda, outro cliente reparou. Ele disse: "Oh, você também não consegue encontrar ajuda? Eles têm todas aquelas pessoas no registo e conhecem uma para ajudar a encontrar coisas." Ele também estava à espera há algum tempo. A sua única graça salvadora foi uma senhora mais velha muito querida a arranjar uns carrinhos lá fora. Ela era amigável. Isto teria sido uma estrela se não fosse por ela ser tão querida.
