Simon Fryer: Great books, well looked after... Not 'plush', I now know every spring in the mattress intimately. But all that said, great villa, great space, could do with mosquito nets, especially for the travel cots, better beds, and make even done doubles. The pool is amazing and really deep... As a father of two young ones or makes me a bit nervous as it does go to 2 meters... But on the flip side it is great to have the depth and volume of water. Great BBQ built in upstairs, only there is no light so by torch light when sun goes down... Seems an easy fix... Not sure why no light has been installed. Seems secure although there are a lot of warnings around security but I suppose that out to cover their backs etc. Would I come here again? Yes, but more prepared with repellant, mosquito nets etc.

Daniel Twizell: We have just returned from 8 nights at this apartment. The location is absolutely brilliant, perfect for anyone looking to be away from the tourist areas and have the beach on the door step. We had suspected there was going to be an issue before going as anytime we tried to contact MyChoice to ask about paying the final balance, nobody would reply back. This went on for months. However, when we first arrived at the villa we were greeted by a horrible smell where we found it later to be a terrible damp problem in the villa. This caused all of our clothes and the bed sheets to be constantly damp which was very uncomfortable. We noticed the villa hadn’t really been cleaned from the previous people, therefore we went straight out and bought cleaning products to clean throughout making it feel a lot more comfortable. The sockets in the main bedroom are hanging off the walls, the shutter is broken between the living room and the back room, the dining room chairs were very dirty, light bulbs missing throughout the house, door handles not even attached, main door lock was broken. We thought they may provide simple things such as hand wash, but you get the very minimum. We contacted MyChoice via email during our stay to give them the chance of looking into the issues we raised with them, but as expected no reply. Another note just to warn anyone looking at this appartment, the downstairs neighbour decides to party all night every night, meaning arguments and fights. This was often up to 5am. I understand this is something which MyChoice can’t control. This is the worst experience we have had with this company from day one. It’s such a shame as it is in a great location.

Na verdade eu estava aqui para trocar um produto defeituoso e o jovem no balcão de serviço cuidou muito bem de mim e até abriu a nova embalagem para mim para ter certeza de que iria funcionar.

Estou com o badcock há mais de três anos. Nunca tive nenhum problema. Óptimo lugar para acumular o teu crédito. Eu não fui aprovado para o crédito normal. Mas fui aprovado para o novo começo. Que é para a construção do teu crédito. Entrei para pedir algo. Disseram-me que eu não podia encomendar nada. Até que eles me dessem o crédito. Como porquê? O objectivo do novo começo era construir o teu crédito. Eu não quero voltar a ter o meu crédito. Estou contente com o meu crédito. Eles recusam-se a deixar-me pedir. A tripulação agora é desrespeitosa e tem um péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Especialmente a jovem com o cabelo castanho escuro curto. Vou fechar esta conta quando eu acabar de pagar.
