ralph_eckhardt Topgunleaders: Horrible experience. As a very experienced snowboard instructor I came to check out Kite surf with Otto. But Instead of allowing me to experience Kite surfing under optimum conditions after about an hour of instruction on hour to fly a Kite, he told me to join the beginner group and practice flying the Kite on the beach for 5 hours. After 30 min I exhibited sufficient handling skills for a Kite and I asked to try with a board. This was not permitted. Instead Otto made me wait until the last 20min of the day. Then finally he gave me a board and wanted me to try using the board. Of course the wind had died by then and I did not get to try to use a board on the water. This course was a complete waste of money. 150 euro. Otto was arrogant and rude. Seems like he only wants to sell courses but doesnt really care abiut the people in the course. I heard the same from others on the course. They also felt not well treated. If I was asked again about an opportunity to Kite surf, I would definitely go somewhere else for a better service. Bytheway. I tried again somewhere else and after having told the course host about my experience I was able to Kite surf after 10min. I am still mad at Otto not to let me practice under optimum conditions. It was a wasted day.

Há algumas boas cabines. Mas o dono talvez ou quem quer que seja a mulher mais velha que está sempre lá é um completo idiota! Tenho sido um cliente repetido, mas depois da minha última viagem até lá, recuso-me a dar o meu negócio a pessoas mal-educadas que só falam beijinhos atrás do balcão. E alto o suficiente para que eles saibam que você ouve. Extremamente pouco profissional.

Eu entrei e quase toda a gente tinha lá a cabeça no telefone! Fui até o departamento de informática e 3 funcionários estavam de pé atrás da escrivaninha, em cima do telefone pessoal, ninguém se preocupou em dizer olá ou perguntou se eu precisava de alguma ajuda. Eu então continuei a esperar na fila para fazer uma pergunta e outro funcionário foi até o registro e me disse que eu teria que esperar mais 10 minutos antes que eu fosse ajudado depois de ficar na seção de computadores e funcionários andando para frente e para trás. Eu não vou voltar a este horrível serviço de atendimento ao cliente da Best Buy.
