Christian Wagner: Fantastic place! Super friendly & helpful staff, great location with nearby restaurant and bars. Very nice rooftop with great views (from where you can enjoy your breakfast). I also found the atmosphere really "hostelesque" where people hang out together in case one gets bored from a day alone at the beach :)

Derek Couper: We booked this hotel simply because few other choices were available for our dates in the local area. Our visit was in August 2019. The staff are friendly, and we were allocated a very large room which was cleaned every day. There are two pool areas to choose from, each a decent size. However, the decor is very dated and the entire hotel would benefit from complete modernisation. It was also disappointing that I left my Kindle at the hotel, and although the staff called me to tell me about it, they refused to send it to me in the UK even though I offered to pay any price for them to do so. The staff simply didn't return my calls. However, I want to be fair so I will give this hotel three stars. My favourite thing about it is the bold colours in the pool area and how photogenic this feature is. Hopefully you will see that from the photographs I am posting!

Fui pela segunda vez hoje e me senti muito desconfortável, uma certa funcionária continuou seguindo-me e à minha amiga como se fôssemos roubar e continuava a dar-nos olhares sujos... ela nunca sequer perguntou se precisávamos de ajuda. Nunca sou do tipo de pessoa que escreva críticas, mas depois de hoje tive de o fazer. A loja era agradável, mas eu não podia fazer compras em paz por causa daquela certa senhora.

Esta loja deve fechar permanentemente. O funcionário da loja responsável por atender o telefone permitiu que ele tocasse durante 16 minutos. Eu sei porque eu fiquei na fila e vi o Eric não atender. Entrei porque eles falharam miseravelmente na preparação de 2 itens para a recolha na calçada. Então, para piorar as coisas, os 2 itens não estavam em estoque. Hmmmm. Então porque é que o site da loja dizia que eles tinham em stock. A terceira vez que esta loja vendeu itens que eles não tinham. Fechou e deixou Menards assumir todos os suprimentos de construção para trabalhadores de serviço profissional no relógio. O gerente da loja, Paul, deveria demitir-se. Este lugar tem demasiadas más críticas. Nunca mais vou perder 2 hrs. do meu tempo
