Sehr freundliches Personal, kommen einem sehr entgegen bei Bitten und Fragen, und sind sehr flexibel was das ausleihen der surfbords und der Neopren Anzüge betrifft.

Very Nice People at the Shop!!!
At first we heard our thoughts, but the guys there was so nice and helpful that I only can give 5 Stars. Ultra Flexibel with the rent, we rent for 3 Days. When there was no Wind, we just could bring them back for a day. They even have those things to put the boards onto the Car, they doesn't even charge money for that. Super nice People there

Terrible experience with this shop. I rent a surf board for 2 hours and at the time I gave It back the shop owner accused me to have damaged the board (I'm absolutely sure that the damage was already there when I rent the board!!!!). He told me to pay 40 euros, otherwise he would have charged the entire price of the board. PAY ATTENTION!!

Mas depois fomos mal informados sobre que tipo de protetor de colchão precisávamos e que tínhamos que comprá-lo no Nebraska Furniture Mart a fim de nos qualificarmos para a troca. Também não foi explicado que eram diferentes tipos e qualidades de protetores de colchão.
Ao conhecer a maioria das empresas da cidade que fornecem peças, este é o único lugar na cidade em que se pode confiar 100%. Compre a peça que precisa, dê-lhes o número do modelo e certifique-se de que o tem...ou eles não o poderão ajudar. Eles são um grande negócio, e têm o meu maior respeito.
Falei com Thomas ao telefone, muito conhecedor, prestativo e amigável. Cheguei à loja e fui ajudado pelo Thomas. Grande serviço ao cliente. Ele me explicou como instalar a minha peça e também ofereceu outras soluções para o caso de não funcionar, e com certeza voltará aqui quando eu precisar de peças de aparelhos. Tive uma grande experiência.
