Clive Hawes: Lovely villa well equipped and a large heated outdoor pool! Plenty of parking both behind gates and on the quiet road outside. Villa is set in a residential area. Pool table, table tennis table, sun beds, bbq, 4 beds and 3 bathrooms, uk tv channels and Wi-fi. Only minor criticism is that there were no pint sized drinking glasses at the villa.

Jane Shillito: A very lovely, large, clean complex with well kept grounds. Fantastic restaurant O Farol on site, a shop, a coffee shop, ATM, pools, play park and tennis court. Plenty of lovely restaurants nearby within 10 min walk- Rocha Mar opposite main entrance - beautiful food and service. We found this info out from other holiday makers on site! I'm not sure why resort cannot give local information about shops restaurants etc... or maybe even give you that information when you arrive??? Would be informative! Only big negative the reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful. ... shocking service no smiles no caring comments.... not impressed!!! On arrival sat 15th Feb 10.30 at night with my elderly friend we checked in got given a map of village and told go outside and it's on left!?? Really dark no lights and a flight of stairs to negotiate in dark!! Not helpful?? Or considerate?? We had to go back for help! Atrocious greeting!! The times we did have to visit reception we got a response but felt like it was all too much trouble!! The restaurant staff friendly and maids too. Has put us off revisiting! !

Hoje no Home Depot na CT Ave em Norwalk testemunhei uma jovem funcionária dizer a um empregado mais velho que ela não precisava de usar a máscara correctamente, como ele tinha pedido, porque ela era a sua supervisora. Esta interacção fez-me sentir receosa pela minha própria segurança, e pergunto-me se a gerência está a tomar as medidas adequadas no treino dos funcionários. Por favor, certifique-se que são tomadas medidas para corrigir estas acções. Muitos funcionários não tinham máscaras a tapar o nariz, enquanto alguns até tinham a máscara pendurada no pescoço. É agora uma lei e ordem executiva para que todos os funcionários adiram.

Tudo o que eu precisava era de um tubo de alumínio de 6 peças de 5/8 para reparar o assento da minha bicicleta. Não tive sorte no caixote do lixo, então fui ao escritório de vendas (sem muita esperança, devo acrescentar). O vendedor olhou para o meu assento, saiu no armazém, puxou um tubo de 12 pés da prateleira mais alta (pelo menos 12 pés, talvez mais!), cortou o tubo e deu-mo SEM CARGA! Essa é a minha definição de atendimento ao cliente. Eu os recomendo a qualquer um e a todos!!!!
