Loved this place, situated behind the marina, food was delicious, staff were so friendly, would definately go back if im in that part of the world again :)

I am going to report this restaurant to Trip Advisor-do NOT believe all the 5* reviews We came here due to the reviews. After finishing our average meal,a waiter (Onkara) offered to take our photo.After doing so,he asked us to leave a review on Trip Advisor,I said I would,but he still had my phone,& immediately went on to their Wi-Fi,he saw my battery level was low & said he would get his charger! Told him not to bother,as I felt I was being REALLY hassled,but he carried on, said HE would do the review quickly due to battery level.He stood there whilst I put the 5 stars in. Then he proceeded to tell me to state the meals we had & how good they were, & to put 'highly recommended '!! I couldn't believe the cheek of him,especially as the meal was average. The Papadoms were stale,when we told a different waiter he said it was due to the fact they are cooked @ 11a.m then left,so the oil would drain off!? ( we were there 9.30p.m!!) They also forgot the drinks.As soon as we arrived back @ our hotel I deleted the Trip Advisor review. Please think twice b4 trying this restaurant or @ least be ready to feel VERY intimidated!! UPDATE*******PLEASE READ THE 1* REVIEW placed by a DIFFERENT person on the 7th Sept *********

Pretty awful food and decor. The chicken is processed and the food not cooked well. It’s away from the main marina and not easily wheelchair or stroller accessible. I would not recommend it. I only gave 2 stars because they were polite and the service was prompt.

Vegetable pakora tasted like an onion bhaji, sizzling chicken tikka didn't sizzle very much it was a strange colour and tasted very dry, no sauce was offered. My husband ordered lamb bhoona and was given chicken bhoona. The guy in the street who was advertising the restaurant claimed it was the best Indian in the area, I beg to differ. He also claimed we would not have to pay if we didn't enjoy it. He gave us the thumbs up as we left but I gave him the thumbs down he promptly vanished into the darkness. It was our last night on holiday and we were left very disappointed.

Our Family visited here because of the great 5 ☆ reviews. Food was ok, staff were a bit slow yet everything was ok until at the end of our meal the waiter asked us to write a review at the moment, he told us to write great, fantastic service, would go again, etc. And stood over us until we posted a review 2/10 would go again.

We are vegan. We have struggled this week to be understood regarding what we can eat. These people totally got it, fed us 2 amazing meals, great service and kind staff. Kids loved it too. Please check them out if you are following a plant based diet as they provided us with delicious food and were careful to not use any dairy.

Deco a little dated, but the food was quite nice. Friendly service, especially from Onkar. We only had veg. so can’t say anything about their meat dishes.

I have tried a few Indian restaurants (though without reviews), but this is by far the best. The communication with the employees wasn't the easiest around Vilamoura, however don't stop yourselves from going there and trying their food. I was there with friend and ordered different things in order to experience the most. The chicken is tender and tasty and the sauces it comes with..... So fantastic! Completely recommend you to go there!

One of the best Indian restaurants i have been in Europe yet. Staff is really friendly and gives attention to detail. You can sense the traditon Indian taste.

Have eaten Indian food all over the UK. This is by far the very best Indian I have ever experienced. Amazing. Lamb roan josh medium heat. Absolutely perfect. And reasonably priced. Big portions, tender and fat free lamb

Delicios indian food, great service, staff was nice and very attentive, the place is close to Vilamoura Marina like 2 minutes walk. Had a spycy chicken, a vegetale starter and some a wine all were very good, not so expensive also. Highly recommend this place.

Food was amazing, service really good and was surprisingly cheap considering the prizes elsewhere around this area. only fault was the waiter asked so many times how are meal was not necessarily a bad thing but it was good the first few times you asked I'm doubting it's gonna change. But keep up the good work 10/10

We visited Chilli Lounge yesterday. We found the staff particularly attentive and helpful and food really good. It was definitely good value for money!!

Me and my partner Teresa had a meal here...the lamb jalfrezi and the chicken jalfrezi were absolutely delicious..so tasty n creamy..the best by far we"ve ever tasted of an indian meal.Highly Recommended.A credit to the chef.
