Dermaßen leckeres Essen. Auch meine Frau, die längere Zeit in Indien gelebt hat, war begeistert. Besonders der chai am Ende war ein Genuss.

One of the very few places where I tasted a bit of India...outside India! Wonderful quality-price ratio. Very well presented dishes. I really don't mind if they don't speak Portuguese and if the place is not the most fancy or if the air conditioning is not working (as read in other reviews). In the majority of Portuguese restaurants you'll be treated with much less care than in this authentic Indian restaurant that really didn't disappoint on any level. Try the salt lassi, absolutely delicious! Good job and keep it up!

Maharani was truly a delicious surprise, one of the best Indian restaurants in Portugal by far (and I tried a lot) and the nearest Indian experience outside India. Tasteful and rich homemade food, very nice service and great location just 2 mins from Areia Branca beach. Definitely coming back and recommended!

Bom começo por diz que para eu dar cinco estrelas a um local é mesmo muito difícil, mas a este espaço temos mesmo de dar as cinco estrelas, pois tem uma comida maravilhosa (para quem aprecia comida Indiana), o atendimento também posso dizer que foi espetacular pessoas muito simpáticas, espero na próxima visita o tempo permita desfrutar da esplanada. Parabéns

Everything about it is just great. The Lamb Tikka Masalla was really good, served in very generous portions. For dessert I had the Mango Kulfi which was remarkably good, specially when it comes to the way it was presented.
Lastly, the environment was really fancy and nice.

Excelente em todos os aspectos. A simpatia e cuidado do atendimento, a oferta de pratos muito bem confeccionados com muita qualidade nos ingredientes e especiarias. Pena estar tão longe para ser uma escolha regular, mas é restaurante para repetir quando estiver na zona.

This place is great. We’re from Montreal and we have quite a bit of choices in our home town for Indian food; but this place is the best that we have ever had. We come here everytime we set foot in Portugal. A small cozy place with good quality food. Succulent tasting and fresh flavours. The service is exceptional and although I have bever been to India, I feel like this place takes me there.

Nos hicieron el 10% en la comida y todo estaba buenísimo, pero no tienen aire acondicionado en el local y comimos en el velador de la calle. Pasamos un poquito de calor... por eso le quito una estrella. Por la noche el local se llenaba y como hacía frío todo el mundo se metía dentro, fuera había que estar abrigado.

Comida rica y atención impresionante. En el interior hacía calor, y era un poco estrecho, por lo que optamos por comer en la terraza. No es para nada caro, y si comes pronto, te hacen un 10% de descuento.

Comida indiana optima e bom preço _qualidade. Entrsda pão com queijo e alho, prato mango prawn e chacuti regado com vinho branco Planalto e para finalizar com a sobremesa gelado de manga para ajudar a fazer a digestão.

This place offers great authentic indian food, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is really welcoming and polite, the beer glasses are frozen, so the beer is literally served ice cold - big plus! The menu selection is wide and all the food comes rapidly and with a great taste. Compliments to the chef!

Doses de tamanho normal. Preço médio.
Funcionários muito simpáticos, eficientes e organizados.
O que mais me impressionou foi a limpeza e arrumação do espaço (fique mesmo virado para cozinha).
Aconselho fazer reserva porque o espaço é pequeno.

Ein kleines nettes indisches restaurant mit sehr netter und zuvorkommener Bedienung. Das essen war lecker. Zu zweit haben wir mit einer Flasche Hauswein, einer Suppe, gebackenen Zwiebeln und zwei Hauptspeisen etwa 40 € gezahlt.

Minha experiência nesse lugar foi das piores , ao chegar com a minha familia nao pudemos entra devido ao fato de sermos uma familia numerosa...e o gerente totalmente despreparado pra tratar com o publico e muito mal educado nos mandou sair sem ao menos nos deixar falar. infelizmente, mais com total certeza, nao indico esse lugar a ninguem

This is very good Indian food, matched by good, friendly service. We have eaten there twice this week, and meals have been of high quality with fragrant spices and perfect textures. It’s very good value for money, with my only concern that the chillie heat has been significantly toned down for tender European palates. Ask for extra extra hot if you want some heat.

There's lots of dishes to choose so I asked for a recommendation and the master is polite and friendly.
The dishes I had was exquisite and flavorful that could taste several different spices but they combined appropriately.
Most of the main course is under 10€ and it's surely worth of it.
It's one of the best Indian restaurant I had ever try, so far.
