Boa comida, mas relativamente ao atendimento deixou um pouco a desejar,uma vez que eramos um grupo grande e supostamente no dia anterior não haveria problema nenhum de nos sentarmos todos juntos, mas no final de contas tivemos de nos separar por não poder ficar uma mesa sem bancos.

Comi lá apenas uma vez, o sumo de laranja natural era fantástico, a carne do hambúrguer é super saborosa mas tenho pena que o pão do hambúrguer estava gelado, deviam de aquecer ou pelo menos estar á temperatura.
As batatas são mais ou menos, não sao crocantes, são muito moles.
O staff é simpático.

Péssimo.
Recusaram-se a servir o Menu do Estudante ao meu filho de 14 anos porque não se fazia acompanhar do respetivo cartão.
Tentei explicar que obviamente tratava-se de um estudante mas a responsável pelo restaurante negou-se a servir-nos.

Kleines aber feines Restaurant zudem die Einheimischen gerne zu ihrer Mittagspause herkommen. Das Essen ist sehr schnell da, obwohl alles selbst zubereitet wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mehrfach hier.

Very cosy and tasty. I live in Berlin, the capital of burgers, so it can be hard to delight me , but this place definitely did. Delicious beef, home made fries, great garlic saice. Perhaps the bun could be sightly better though. My 4-years old son found this place and he was also delighted. The guests can see, how carefully the cooks work.

They serve really well.
I asked for a Brutus. And damn... Biggest burger I've ever had. Perfect taste. And not that expensive. It was really nice. Loved it.

Great service, good prices for the area. Fries are with Garlic which I like, the bun of the burger was quite sweet and large though, that's why I only give 4 stars. Added bonus: Beer is cheap!

I guess hamburgers are the same everywhere. Service here is okay, and meat tastes fresh and juicy. The fries are way better, than in any popular takeaway chain - they are fresh and yummy while hot. Home wine is a little plain, but it is good enough for the price.

Die Atmosphäre war gut, aber die Burger hatten eindeutig Besserungsbedarf. Das Brot kann ruhig krosser sein und die Zutaten (z.B. Bacon) auch. Es ist in Ordnung, allerdings habe ich schon bessere Burger gegessen. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Die Soße zu den Pommes war allerdings genial! Ich habe lang nicht mehr so eine leckere Soße gegessen.

É complicado podermos avaliar um serviço com qualidade quando, entramos no espaço às 23h23, perguntamos se ainda dá para comer e por 3 vezes recordam nos que fecham à meia noite.
Compreendo que os horários são para respeitar e que todos merecemos descansar mas este tipo de atitude não convida cliente algum a ficar, a voltar e repetir.
Mata uma casa, se este comportamento for recorrente pois existem muitas formas de informar sem criar mal estar.
Uma vez servidos temos 2 funcionários a olhar fixamente para nós como que em modo countdown! É desagradável!
Sugiro que coloquem um aviso na entrada em como a cozinha fecha às 23h00/23h30.
Quanto à comida recomendamos. Bem confeccionada mas não é só isso que faz uma casa!

Lugar aconchegante, mas não muito grande. Localizado na cidade velha e muito perto da doca. Tem sempre muitos clientes e por isso, temos que esperar muito por um pedido, mas acreditam que vale a pena. Os hambúrgueres saem muito bem preparados e deliciosos, também há muitos menus diferentes ao seu gosto. Estive lá duas vezes e realmente gostei. Recomendo esse lugar

Hamburguesería en pleno centro de la ciudad de Faro rodeada de bares con buen ambiente.
La hamburguesería está muy bien decorada y con un ambiente muy guay de jóvenes. La carta tiene en su mayoría hamburguesas con una opción vegetariana, que es la que veis en la foto.
Respecto a la comida, señalar que la hamburguesa estaba muy buena, pero se deshacía un poco al morderla. Venía acompañada de patatas. Su precio rondaba los 7€.
Como pinta había super bock, delicioooosa.
Pudimos pagar por separado.

Fries are great. Sauce is also great but a bit heavy. The burgers are good but nothing amazing, they lack creativity. The also should heat the bun. The service is good.
From Faro it's the best imo, but if you go to Olhão you have a better option.

Me pedí una hamburguesa Americana y una jarra de cerveza. Todo por 10,40€. Todo muy bueno, la hamburguesa me lleno. Está en el centro el lugar por lo que es accesible. Algo que me gusto mucho es que cuando terminas de cenar pagas individualmente. Repetiría sin duda. La atención fue muy buena. De hecho cundo les pedíamos algo nos lo daban como por ejemplo salsas o cubiertos. Son muy buena gente.
Consejo: si eres estudiante lleva el carnet y tienen una oferta por menos de 7€.

Good hamburgers. The fries are really natural and great, super soft. Their own sause it also tasty but quietly oily and heavy. The biggest downside is the quality of the meat, the beef is very chewy and has lots of bits in your have to spit out. There should also ve chicken in the menu, it would be better. That beef is super thick and not for everyone.

Apesar de entrarmos com a casa vazia, o atendimento foi um pouco demorado.
Pedimos um pão de alho que veio como se vê na foto: com pouco cuidado na sua preparação em que os ingredientes foram mal distribuídos. Estava bom mas aquém do possível
O hambúrguer que pedi foi o "Bruto", que recomendo. (Tem 2 hambúrgueres separados por uma fatia de pão, um dos maiores da casa)

What an amazing place! Hidden away from the main street this restaurant offers charm, class and some of the best food I have eaten in my visit to Faro. If you enjoy hamburgers then this is the place to visit.
The whole atmosphere is great. The design and layout is modern and contemporary with a good amount of lighting and easy access to seating. They really have utilised the best of the space. The customer service was amazing. Very attentive and able to speak in various languages while providing us with an english menu.
The food was delicious. I knew from the moment that the garlic bread was brought out, that this was a great place. The burgers were amazing and made to our orders. We were not waiting for a long time to eat either. In and out in just under an hour. That's great! While not being rushed by anyone. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food that was being served.
I will definitely come back here and tell everyone to visit.

Wir haben uns draußen hingesetzt und eine Weile auf die Bedienung gewartet. Irgendwann wurden wir entdeckt. Die Kommunikation war eher rar. Wir bestellten vorweg das garlic bread, welches echt lecker war. Die vegetarischen burger waren ok, aber nicht besonders. Der patty bestand hauptsächlich aus Pilzen. Das Brötchen war nicht geröstet, dies hätte ich mir auch anders gewünscht. Nach Besteck musste erst gefragt werden. Hatte ich auch so noch nicht.
Was sehr lecker war, waren die Pommes. Da habe ich nichts zu meckern.
Es gab aber einen negativen Beigeschmack. Leider wurden wir am Tisch von Leuten gefragt, ob wir nicht joints kaufen wollen, auch wurden vor unseren Augen Deals beschlossen. Ich fühlte mich absolut nicht wohl in dieser Situation. Am Ende mussten wir wieder warten, bis der Kellner mit dem Gespräch einer anderen Kellnerin fertig war und uns wahrnahm, um die Rechnung zu bekommen.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen, schlechter Service. Seit mindestens 15 Minuten warten wir auf einen Kellner für die Rechnung. Besteck muss man sich selbst holen? Der vegetarische Burger Patty war roh, der angebliche Grillkäse war nicht gegrillt. Als „Sauce“ war auf dem Bürger nur Mayo und das zu viel! Pommes waren nicht schlecht. Die hausgemachte Sauce war eine Knoblauchsauce und auch zu wenig als Dip für die Pommes.

The staff was ridicoulously careless except one of them out of 5, maybe because they saw i was a tourist, totally ignored. The burger was mediocre even if it says that is made with the best meat. I asked for a coffe and i've been ignored so i asked again and it felt like i asked them the moon. Might be popular for locals but tourist: stay away!!!!

Como noutras cidades, espaço bastante acolhedor.
De lamentar, que ao estar a meio da refeição e ter solicitado mais uma dose de batatas e molho à parte, estas não tenham chegado.
De notar, que no final, aquando de fazer o pagamento as mesmas batatas estavam registadas para serem cobradas.
Por esta falta de comunicação não fico de todo bem impressionado com um espaço que já tenho tendência a frequentar.

Some staffs were very unfriendly and unkind. The attitude of the kitchen staff(chef) also made me feel bad and the taste of the hamburgers was the worst.

Gosto bastante...
A comida é 5 estrelas mas existem 2 em Faro que acho que algo as difere.
A que está na baixa da cidade é bastante bom o atendimento, já a que está perto da Universidade quando lá fui não gostei do atendimento mas as hambúrgueres são mais saborosas devido ao equipamento que têm.
Digo isto porque a loja da baixa da cidade os fogões que tem são chapa onde são feitos os hambúrgueres e perto da Universidade são a gás difere um bocadinho o sabor da carne ;)

Bom local mas zona de estudantes... Por isso arrisca a ter uma refeição menos silenciosa ou calma.
Vale a pena experimentar por si, a carne não o vai desiludir!

Quite expensive, but good burgers and good fries. The buns are not warmed up which is a bit sad. But still worth going there.

Found this place by chance as I was walking through the streets of Faro. Although it was really busy the waiting pays off because rhe food was absolutely delicious. I had the vegetarian burger that comes with homemade fries and a homemade sauce (i guess all burgers have fries included). Also my drink, a fresh lemon juice, was amazing. The only drawback of this place is probably the athmosphere and the furniture. The seats are rather uncomfortable and because it is very minimalistic and modern the place is very loud. Maybe some pillows, curtains or whatever would help diminuishing the noise. I would love to enjoy such a wonderful meal in a little bit more relaxed athmosphere.
Anyway, the prices are absolutely reasonable and if it is sunny you can choose to sit outside.

Burger bun was cold, patty not really warm aswell. Normal fries were good (with herbs), but sweetpotatoe fries were absolutly not seasoned!
I wouldn't recommend the place.

Preis-Leistung ist gut, die Burger haben gut geschmeckt. Die Cocktails haben gut geschmeckt und und waren schön angerichtet. Allerdings mussten wir lange auf die Bedienung warten und da nur eine Kasse vorhanden ist, mussten wir für's zahlen auch lange warten.

The burger's and fries were quite good but the service was the worst.
From the beginning we were treated like 'not welcome', the worker who took our order was unfriendly, the drinks were nearly thrown on our table without saying a word and in the end ,not finished our drinks neither our burgers, we were asked if we are done in a somehow rude sound.
If you want to have a nice time eating a good burger, I can't recomend this resturant. Probably you will find much more service at the mc donalds on the other side of the street.

Vegetarian burger was very bland, regular burger was nothing special. The waittress did not speak english - hence we didnt know what would be in the veggie burger, and we werent able to communicate that we wanted sweet potato chips. Overall a very overrated place.

Serviço lento, com uma organização questionável dado que alguns dos empregados parecem não fazer nada. As mesas precisavam de alguma limpeza adicional. Os hamburgueres estavam agradaveis, assim como as batatas fritas, mas 3 em 4 membros da familia ficaram um pouco indispostos.

Péssimo Serviço. Grupo de 15 pessoas e não queriam deixar colocar uma cadeira no topo da mesa porque não se podia tirar de outra mesa, ou seja, um elemento do grupo tinha de ficar separado. LOL. Confusão nos pedidos e discussão entre os empregados por causa disso. Por trocas e baldrocas entre os pedidos normais e os menus infantis por culpa dos empregados, exigiram o pagamento de uma água que diziam faltava pagar (1€ numa despesa de cerca de 200€. Ridiculo). Perante reclamação lá acederam a devolver o dinheiro. Não era o valor que estava em causa mas a atitude. O Algarve no seu melhor.

Unas de las mejores hamburguesas que he probado. Su precio ronda los 7 euros, pero viene acompañado de.patatas fritas sin congelar y con un sabor increible. La carne buenisima. cada verano repito aki. hay cocktails mojito caipirinha sangria SuperBock. Hay musica de verano y el lugar es muy moderno. hay terraza fuera y dentro mesas altas y bajas. La cocina se ve entera y y hay pizarra con mensajitos para los clientes. La gerente muy buena y buen ambiente.

Ended up here because Alefs was closed (doesnt open till 1830) and we weren't disappointed. Excellent fresh tasty burgers with real potato chips.
