Do not trust this company if you want to purchase a flat in the Algarve. I was about to buy a flat from one of their employees, I had seen the flat, put an offer, and was contacted by the director of the company whom did not have a valid phone number on his email, saying that the employee had been dismissed and he didn't know anything about an offer. I tried to call him, to his phone number which was not valid, and then was corrected, and asked about the issue. He told me that someone had a view this morning and had put an offer. I asked how much was it and he refused to say. He then emailed me saying that the agency and the owner of the flat didn't want to do business with me. Meanwhile the dismissed employee contacted saying that they wanted to keep the commission for them instead of giving it to her and that she informed the agency about my viewing. This is flat listed for sale "A 2 minutos a pé da Praia da Manta Rota". I don't know who is telling the truth, but I certainly would not want to make business with them. They are not professional and do not defend the seller interests.
