If you want to eat very good fish, avoiding touristic restaurants and beeing fully immersed in the real Faro's culture and habits, choose Snack Bar Sol Posto. I went there this summer with four friends. We had four fish dishes, chosen and suggested by the guy who works there. Everything was special and I've never paid so little for such a lunch. He was a really kind, available and a pleasant person. He explained us the history of the restaurant which is also a cultural and artistic centre. We couldn't have found a better place.

This is the place to visit while you are in Faro. I am not kidding. The food is the best ive ever had in the whole city. My friend told me about this place. Don't get put off by the atmosphere. This restaurant is like a private club for the worthy.

Ambiente descontraído, comida excelente. Cerveja magnífica. Grelhados, peixe, carne, entre outras iguarias deliciosas. Almoço. Recomendo.
