Lamentable, servicio muy muy lento, media hora para una ensalada mala de atún que parecía una menestra escasa y cara y pescado medianamente pasable. No volveré.

Si lo puedes evitar, mejor. La ensalada de atún... madre mía, ni se te ocurra pedirla, el bacalao a brass, lamentable, era una plasta hecho con una antelación de 2 semanas, lo único bueno fueron unas patatitas asadas que venían con la lubina.

Ho mangiato una cataplana di marisco (frutti di mare) buonissima, con pesce freschissimo e saporito. Camerieri accoglienti ed allegri, non si formalizzato di fronte agli orari. Ho potuto apprezzare la cordialità, il cibo e i prezzi modici, per una qualità superiore... Non mi aspettavo tanto, considerando le altre recensioni, ma ho imparato a vedere soprattutto quelle dei miei connazionali, di cui mi fido. Bravi ai gestori del Kinkas. Consigliatissimo, se si conosce il pesce.

Very dirty place with all stuff well used and very little attention to hygiene.. asked for olive oil and bottles were very soiled on the tops as was pepper grinder. Child seat was also very dirty and staff were more interested in chatting to passing feiends than keeping the place well. Had Sea Bream which was okay but my wife got prawns that were incinerated and not good at all.. would not go back and there must be better places around than this one.

Locale con orari più flessibili rispetto agli altri. Proprietario e camerieri allegri e aiutano alla convivialità. Prezzi onesti per del pesce freschissimo. Abbiamo mangiato l aroz di marisco porzioni per due(25 euro) ma abbiamo mangiato in cinque. Molluschi all' interno freschissimo. Consigliatissimo

First of all, it was a chaotic atmosphere. We got the menu pushed in our hands when we were waiting for a table, everything to get the table free again. Secondly, we had to wait long for one of our soups, which we finally got cold... When we were finishing our soups we already got the main course and the warm soup together. It was one big chaos. Had to wait long for some drinks and the bill. Asking for it over and over again.

Cibo ottimo con pesce molto fresco... il proprietario è molto divertente ed il prezzo delle portate è onesto e più basso degli altri.

No muy atractivo a la vista,pero ojooooo la comida buenísima (arroz caldoso de marisco) y muy buena atención. No como el resto que a las 15.10 ya te dicen que no hay cocina.

Random stop. Tried cataplana and it was really delicious. Didnt eat anything else but this cataplana marisco con carne was really good. Lots of seafood.

More smashed plates than people enjoying kefi in Greece, however it was not too bad, mixed fish plate, sea bass and pork medallions between three of us, fish nice and fresh from market opposite and pork was tasty, owner sat in corner staring was off putting, normally try to avoid places where they try "grab" you off the street but wasn't bad at all.
Just have to put up with the rather clumsy waiters smashing plates and glasses, but was entertaining to watch, also waiters were nice and did a good job, beer was nice and cold.

Nous, on a super bien mangé. Cataplana langouste : délicieux et copieux. . . Personnel accueillant et attentif. Pas vu de patron dont il est fait mention dans les avis précédents. Pas d'attente, mais novembre n'a sans doute rien à voir avec août.

Franchement ce resto ne mérite pas cette note. Serveur au petits soins, parlant parfaitement le francais et l'anglais. On a très très bien mangé, le poisson est succulent et le gateau a la figue une tuerie. Par contre n'y aller pas pour une pizza elles ont l'air bof.
Allez une très bonne note !!

A fuir ++++++, attente interminable, aliments froids , recuits???? ,Viande origine indéfinissable, hygiène plus que douteuse, le serveur utlilse un chiffon.? pour a la fois nettoyer la table puis s éponger la transpiration et vice versa .De plus que le cash exige.

Experiência péssima, as bebidas demoraram cerca de 30 minutos a chegar há mesa e o prato principal 2 horas. O comer estava horroroso, os empregados pareciam ainda estar a gozar connosco, não recomendo de todo.

Muy decepcionados. A evitar a toda costa. Hemos pedido una ensalada mixta pequeña, un arroz de marisco y cuatro cañas. Total 39€.
La ensalada nos la han servido al cabo de una hora de espera, estando el restaurante medio vacío. No entendemos como han tardado tanto en servirnos. La ensalada consistía en un poco de lechuga, dos trozos de tomate y verdura hervida (patata, moncheta verde y zanahoria).
Un poco más tarde nos han servido el arroz. Servido en una olla mediana, con bastante cantidad, el caldo no sabía a nada, solamente a cilantro, puesto que llevaba bastante cantidad. La calidad del marisco era justita, más aún teniendo en cuenta que el restaurante está delante del puerto... Solo nos hemos comido el marisco ya que el arroz no sabía a nada mas que cilantro.
En resumen un servicio muuuuuy lento y la comida regulera...

Vraiment pas terrible . Pratiquement une heure d attente avant qu un plat arrive à table.
Très mauvaise qualité de viandes.. limite des restes .... et quand on fait part de notre avis .. un patron très agressif

Went there for a nice dinner with our family. The receipt was very friendly. But then the disaster started. After one hour of only waiting no food was served. We asked a few times and we learned that they simply forgot us. But the worst thing to do is lying about it.
No sorry no nothing so they still had to start to prepare our menu and had to wait again. We paid what we used and disappeared.
The owner suddenly was fast and came to us. We did not pay enough!!

The food was ready he said.
So we were hungry and started the meal.
The French fries were like spaghetti. Full of oil and not really fried. The meat was very poor. So was the service.
No criticism was accepted.
Out of politeness we finished. Did not pay any tip and left.
The only thing the restaurant owner could tell me was: have a nice holiday.
So a bigger disappointment was hardly possible.
My humble advice: if you make a mistake, be honest to the customer and offer a proper solution.
Do not simply run away from a problem so customers will never come back again and force you to place a negative review.

We loved the waiter who was very polite and did everything we asked. The place itself is clean, but dated - in my opinion it adds to the character. We have ordered a seafood cataplana and it was gorgeous. In fact we tried food at several traditional restaurants whilst in olhao and Kinkas was my favourite. You can be picky and highlight that it is dated, but the food was to die for. The only thing that could have been changed was that there was a local chap who was very funny hanging out there, but to some he could have come across annoying, but the best advice I got about choosing places is - where the locals go food is the best. Enjoy.

Fui una vez y nunca mas. Pedimos un arroz de tamboril q no tênia tamboril ninguno, solo las espinas. Era solo por ser espanhola? No se, Pero ya no he vuelto

Ambiance stressante, service déplorable, hygiène qui laisse à désirer(j’ai pu compter les mouches).. Attente interminable pour la nourriture qui n’est d’ailleurs jamais arrivée vu que nous avons préféré payer les boissons: du « vin » (ce mélange vinaigre/ jus de grenade à la couleur douteuse et goût infecte) et fuir le plus vite possible.
Patron qui ne sait que crier et dit à ses clients de se taire quand on pose des questions.
On comprend mieux la quantité d’une étoile. A fuir.

Bonjour, nous deconseillons ce lieu, nous nous sommes fait littéralement hurlé dessus par le patron car mon amie à commandée de la sole grillée (sur les conseils de la gentille serveuse) la serveuse est revenue nous voir en nous disant qu' in n'y en avait plus ,elle à donc commander du bar... Le patron est arrivé il nous a hurlé plusque rapidement des noms de poissons en portugais. On lui as demandé de parler moins vite il s' est énervé nous sommes partis. Donc pour la nourriture je ne sais pas.

La comida estaba buena pero necesitan mejorar mucho en el trato al cliente , además ponen muy poco arroz en la catalana y cuando pedimos más nos lo cobraron a 3.50 un puñado de arroz.
El pan que ofrecen lo pagarás bien ..un trocito 4 euros sin nada .

Price is low. Took ages before the food was served but it takes time to overcook the tuna of course. The tuna was dry. Second round of drinks was forgotten but they apologized. Nice atmosphere.

The cataplan was really nice but there are some area's of improvement:
- pay with card
- serve more rice with the cataplan
- don't charge for the starters
- The house wine was a bit bitter
- replace refined salt for seasalt
But the ambiance and the staff were really nice and so was the food.
