Spiaggia ideale per surfisti ma anche per chi non lo pratica e cerca la tranquillità.Non ci sono servizi ,solo natura e l'oceano la fa da padrone!!

Ein schöner kleiner Strand. Eher zum Surfen als zum Baden oder Sonnen geeignet. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, die Brandung ordentlich. Dort rauschen deutlich grössere und längere Wellen an Land als an der südlicheren Algarveküste. Bei Flut wird der Strand recht schmal, bei Ebbe ist er richtig gross. Der Weg dorthin ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden aber Google Navigation hilft weiter. Das Auto sollte aber schon ein Stück Schotterpiste vertragen können. Einen Besuch, allein schon um der Brandung willen ist der Strand sicher wert.

Great for surfing but there are no amenities like toilets. The road to it has bad pot holes so I wouldn't attempt the drive if your car has low ground clearance.

Une plage incroyable, bien "cachée"... On y accède par une petite route qui se transforme en piste. Parking en haut, mais possibilité de descendre en voiture jusqu'en bas où vous trouverez un dépose minute, pour déposer le matos de surf ou les enfants qui ne veulent pas marcher.
Belles vagues, spot recommandé !

Ein hübscher kleiner Strand. Für Surfer ideal, zum Sonnenbaden eher nicht. Bei Flut ist zu wenig Strand und bei Ebbe ist der Sand nicht weich genug

If you are looking for Praia de Vale Figueiras you need to be adventurous. Following Google Maps will take you off the main road and through a small residential area. Soon after though the pavement ends and the area becomes farmland. If you are intrepid and keep going, the pavement ends becoming gravel. You then notice all signs of modern life slowly disappear. Continuing you descend down a steep gravel road that you trust is leading to beach. After 2.5 kilometers and the loss of cell service anxiety is high. Just at the point you are considering turning around, you see pavement again. As you turn onto the blacktop, you realize that you are in the parking lot for the beach. A short walk leads Praia de Vale Figueiras you to your reward, the amazingly beautiful Praia de Vale Figueiras. Take it all in!

El acceso cabrea, terreno sin asfaltar, al final un parking donde si está asfaltado y se pueden dejar autocaravanas. Más abajo otro parking solo de vehículos. La playa es genial, sobre todo para los que se inician al surf, hay olas entretenidas!!

Esta praia é lindíssima, com um grande areal rodeado por falésias. Tem, no entanto um ponto negativo em 2019: não é vigiada, ou seja, não tem nadador salvador nem bandeira (verde, amarela ou vermelha). Para uma praia que foi considerada pela Quercus com "qualidade ouro" é pena que não ofereça melhores condições de segurança. O mar tem bastantes ondas e a praia tem algum vento. É frequentada sobretudo por surfistas.

Nicht leicht zu erreichen, dafür wenig Leute und fast nur Surfer. Bei Ebbe am Nachmittag toller breiter Sandstrand. Bei Schön Wetter Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer möglich!

Beautiful beach. We went there with bikes. Was not the best idea. but great adventure. The beach has no cafes, but there is a good size parking place and trash boxes. Still a lot of organizated surfer groups come here. While being here I did little bit of beach cleaning.

Maravillosa playa ubicada en pleno corazón de la Costa Vicentina. El acceso es inicialmente por una carretera asfaltada y posteriormente por una pista de tierra que no está mal aunque hay que ir con cuidado. Cerca de la playa hay un pequeño parking. Playa enorme, muy bella e ideal para bañarse y para relajarse.

Large beautiful beach that's tricky to find but not usually busy. Apparently great for surfing. We went to the to of the hill south of it for great views.

I found this one to be one of the most impressive beaches at the whole westcoast in Southern Portugal. A bit tricky to reach, you will fine amazingly long but empty tidy beaches which are too scenic to believe. Make sure you bring your camera!

La prima volta che vidi l'oceano ero qui. Spiaggia fantastica, senza servizi, ideale per praticare il surf. Portatevi una copertura per creare ombra!
