Stayed here a week ago and discovered a gem. Beautifuly hidden away from main roads and the hussle bustle of touristy algarve lies arrifiana pines. A relaxed oasis, chilled out garden and wonderful home cooked foods by trained chef and owner Paddy meant for a real treat of a stay. My wife and I found four beautifully isolated beaches virtually all to ourselves thanks to Paddy’s local knowledge. The guest house was spotlessly clean (my wife’s main concern) and apparently it’s rooms and bathrooms were recently revamped. We stayed in our own room with en suite. Very comfortable. If you’re looking for something special in this neck of the woods you won’t go wrong here. Great place. Super genuinely helpful owners in Paddy and Izzy and a tranquil gem a stones throw from cracking beaches and tasty locally owned restaurants. A must stay. We’ll be back.......

Stayed in Arrifana Pines for 4 nights in May and had a great experience. Very quiet and relaxed location and we found some real gems of hidden beaches within a short drive thanks to Paddy's knowledge of the local area! Also directed us to a great burger spot nearby on one of the nights. The rooms and bathrooms have been recently upgraded to a high standard and Paddy also cooked for us some of the evenings. The pizzas coming out of the homemade pizza oven were amazing! Overall a great relaxed place with very helpful and friendly staff.

Spent 5 days here, and couldn’t have asked for more. Paddy & Isobel (the hosts) were amazing and super chilled. The rooms are very clean and recently renovated to a high standard. The food coming from the BBQ & Smoker was top notch (highly recommend the pizza from the clay oven) and most of the fresh veg coming from their garden. Excellent holiday all round!

Great peaceful location close to the 3 beaches, very friendly staff and the cutest animals I have seen. Decent surf in Arrifana and the coffee saved my life! Love everything about this place!

Awesome and relaxing place. Paddy and Isabel are friendly and easy-going, and the food is super tasty and healthy. We didn't want to leave the place, and especially not Mr. Benn who's charmed us completely. Finally, we were impressed by the handmade furniture and hours put into baking bread and making the cozy dinners. We hope to be back some day!

We only stayed for two days, but the people there were lovely and we immediately felt at home. Mr Benn and Crackers are adorable, and we will really miss them. They have a selfmade pizza oven in the backyard and the pizza was one of the best I've ever had. It's in the middle of nowhere, but we definitely don't regret coming there!

Amazing place! My girlfriend and I were looking for somewhere chilled out and relaxing to spend some time and we instantly found it at Arrifana Pines. We hung out, ate great homemade meals and drank some beers with the other guests in the evenings. Paddy has done an awesome job with the decor and overall vibe of the place. The beds were super comfortable and the whole place was spotless. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique place to stay.

Stayed here recently for 6 nights and had a great few days, Paddy, Isabella and Mr Benn will make you feel part of the family. Close to some great beaches and it is the perfect place to chill out and relax. Will be back again.

Arrifana Pines is a beautiful place! We went in August with Lucas my boyfriend, we rented one of the double rooms, we stayed 3 nights and we really wanted to stay longer. The place is really magical, with a special vibe. Paddy is a GREAT host, always willing to help us or give us advice about the trip in Portugal we were doing. The house is always super tidy, clean, the bathrooms are new and in perfect condition. The place is super quiet, it has a very nice park where you can rest and watch the stars at night. Also play with his animals, they have a very funny dog! The place offers an GREAT breakfast. Delicious, with oranges to make you natural juice, bread and homemade jam. They also offer paid dinners, very delicious. They organized a share long table in the living room of the house, we had amazing conversations at the table, having dinner with people from all over the world. No doubt if we return to Portugal, we will go back to Paddy’s place. Thanks Paddy for making us feel at home! Congratulations on this great place you have! El lugar es realmente mágico, con una energía especial. Paddy es un GRAN anfitrion, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos o darnos consejos sobre el viaje en Portugal que estabamos realizando. La casa siempre super ordenada, limpia, los baños son nuevos y estaban en perfectas condiciones. El lugar es super tranquilo, tiene un parque muy lindo en cual podes descansar y mirar las estrellas de noche. También jugar con los animales, tienen un perro muy divertido! El lugar ofrece un desayuno IMPECABLE. Riquísimo, con naranjas para hacerte jugo natural, pan y mermelada casera. También ofrecen cenas pagas, muy ricas. Arman una mesa larga en el living de la casa, la cual es compartida por todo los huéspedes que quieran cenar allí, hemos tenido unas hermosas charlas en la mesa, cenando con gente de todas partes del mundo. Es hat uns sehr gefreut dort gewesen zu sein. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, sehr freundliche Menschen. Die Bäder sind ein Traum. Das zusammen leben und essen am Abend war sehr schön und anregend. Weiter so.

Lugar autentico y familiar, muy limpio y comida sana.

Staff is great and incredibly friendly and talkative. Breakfast was nice, including freshly squeezed orange juice. Rooms smelled a little strange but nothing serious. Bathrooms seem to be completely new, really nice. Loved the cat and dog, so much fun to play with them. Nice garden to sit in the sun, have a beer and read a good book. Location is a perfect starting point for surfing, e.g. in Monte Clerigo or Arrifana. Overall: great value for money.

After busy few days I couldn't find a better place to stay. Hidden gem hidden away from busy traffic and everyday life of Algarve. Dinner and breakfast were amazing with vegetarian options. Wish I had time to stay more than one night.

What a great place to stay. More than another boring B&B, Paddy creates a familiar and cosy experience. Cudos for Mr.Ben. everyone was always nice and prestative. I will return!

Muy buen ambiente y buen trato. Pasamos solo una noche Agosto. La habitación resultó ser algo ruidosa y las almohadas de la cama algo bajas por lo que no descansamos bien. Pagamos ochenta euros por una noche con baño compartido

A nice bar to have a drink at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. The food is outstanding using only loacl or home grown produce.

The place has the best layed back atmospheres in Aljezur. Paddy's pizzas are the best in the Algarve and their cocktails are so unique you'll be craving them anywhere else you go after trying them.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks over the summer and had such an amazing time! Paddy is a great host who always ensured we had a hearty breakfast before surfing each morning and provided us with the best info on surrounding areas including the best beaches and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean and the house is amazing for relaxing whilst enjoying a beer or two! Paddy's dog, Mr. Ben is just the coolest dog too! Say hi to him! We spend at Arrifana Pines 3weeks and it was one of the best experience in my life)! Beautiful house with beautiful international atmosphere! I strongly recommend this place for all people that looking for real surfing lifestyle and want to spend unforgettable time in Portugal!!! It is place that you want to come back again and again! I visiting Arrifana pines late in the season. I had expectations that because it was end of season the experience or expectations would be different. But I have to say everything on the stay was in tune with great service. Paddy is a great host and was very helpful with directions, surf spots, and getting around the other cafes and restaurants. The House is amazing, very big with lots of space to chill out in, The rooms are huge and I enjoyed waking up to the call of the sea and the local birds. O and of course Mr Ben paddy's assistant I truly recommend staying in Arrifana Pines and checking out the local area's. The beaches are stunning, The surf is great "when it is on". Plenty of west, north facing beaches and not far from the south facing beaches either. Beautiful part of the world and a great house to stay at.

I stayed at Arrifana Pines for a week in early September 2016 and had a fantastic week on "Arrifana time" in a beautiful and relaxing location with a most welcoming and informative host. We arrived to the aroma of fresh baked pizza from a recently built clay oven and were treated to it after checking in to our spotless and thoughtfully decorated room. It even had an electronic mosquito killing tennis racket just in case, but we had no problem with them. Paddy the owner was most helpful in advising us on sight seeing and surfing in the area and helped arrange gear hire too. He's created a very relaxing and homely environment with plenty of places to chill out. We had several great meals in-house from home grown produce and there are several fantastic restaurants in the area which I recommend, especially the Peruvian and Italian ones! The surrounding beaches are stunning, have great surf and the non-surfers in our group didn't feel them to be crowded. It was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend it. Paddy and Mr. Benn, the dog with a heart of gold, run a great bed and breakfast and I look forward to visiting again to see how the garden plans develop and to get more great surf in!
