Very difficult to find the front desk. The address was not at all where we were supposed to be going...The mobile phone number was useless as the phone was off... Once found though, the room was fantastic. We even stayed an extra two days.

Die Anlage ist schön groß uns sauber. Die Appartements sind großzügig und schön eingerichtet und sauber! Parkplätze befinden sich vor der Tür. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand.Das Foto und angegebene Telefonnummer stimmten allerdings absolut nicht mit der Anlage vor Ort überein, hier sind die Daten auf der Expedia-Seite total veraltet!

The appartments are not within the hotel.... They are at 750 meters away from the check in place. The wi-fi is thus at 750 m from the room! The room is old and we ear everything! The shower is dangereous since there is nothing to stop the water from splashing everywhere on the bathroom floor. The floor thus becomes really slippery and dangereous. The staff is rude and dont want to be disturb..... Certainly not if you want advice for restaurants and for nice place to visit! We went away from there angry and out of sleep! Do not go there! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It is scary and dirty too.

Ne restant quune nuit, un 31 janvier, le maître dhôtel nous a proposé de rester dans une chambre de lhôtel principal LUZ BAY. Un hôtel quatre étoile, avec 3 piscines, un sauna, jacuzzi et bain turc pour moins de 20 euro la nuit, je dis merci et bravo.A 10 min max à pied de la plage, dans un charmant petit village dAlgarve, je suis pleinement satisfaite de la prestation.Il est difficile de faire mieux! je le pense scincèrement.

Good location. Front desk staff excellent. pool bar staff ok but price for beer outragious, Food ok if you like buffets. also additional facilities such as sauna,whirlpool etc all at additiional cost which i had never seen before

el cheking hay que hacerlo en un hotel que esta bastante lejos de los apartamentos y no te acompaña nadie, el tostador averiado y saltaba la luz , encontramos cucarachas, de piscina nada, de ginnasio nada todo mentira y de internet tampoco, no volveria por nada en el mundo.

Simplesmente não presta. É um engano e aquilo é mesmo velho.
