The best restaurant in town. Authentic portuguese kitchen. The best Pastéis de Bacalhau we ever had! Everything is made from fresh ingredients. Great for eating fish and seafood. Take a bit long sometimes but lunch is served quickly. Very nice staff.

Comida simples e gostosa como de nossa casa.

Almoço bom, contudo quando foram à mesa dizer os pratos disponíveis esqueceram-se de mencionar que, apesar de se poder ter de esperar um pouco, havia arroz de lingueirão e um outro prato, que só viemos a saber quando uma outra mesa pediu e, no final, quando pagámos. O bacalhau grelhado é bom, apenas poderia estar um bocadinho menos na grelha e ser colocado num prato com um pouco menos de azeite. O bitoque foi bem servido e estava bastante bom. Pratos como o arroz de lingueirão podem ser encomendados para evitar eventuais esperas

Excellent restaurant, surtout le poisson grillé est vraiment à ne pas rater: dorade et sardines sont des merveilles. Les palourdes sont incontournables! Par contre, il faut s'armer de patience, le service est très très très lent, Carla fait tout et est complètement débordée mais l'attente vaut vraiment le coup !

Bom ambiente e boa comida mas muito lento e descoordenado. Se não quer esperar uma eternidade tem que chegar antes das 20h. A cozinheira é brasileira pelo que os pratos de tacho são especialidade.

Very friendly ownwer with amazing polvo a lgareiro. There is a little terrace ylif you reserve creating a perfect little sanctuary in the middle of the village. Loved the food there.

Lugar acolhedor e comida muito boa

A Curva è il tipico locale portoghese che obbligatoriamente bisogna provare nel corso della propria visita in Portogallo. Semplice, a conduzione familiare, offre piatti tipici della cucina portoghese di ottimo livello e molto saporiti. E' meglio prenotare e magari anche decidere in precedenza il menù con la cuoca Carla che è davvero molto brava. Noi siamo andati una prima volta senza prenotazione e siccome tutto viene preparato sul momento abbiamo aspettato un po', ma la volta dopo abbiamo invece mangiato in tempi molto più brevi. E' l'equivalente di una nostra osteria, o trattoria, quindi non bisogna spazientirsi se si aspetta un po' di più o se il servizio non è impeccabile. Loro sono bravi, gentili e ce la mettono tutta e i piatti che vengono messi in tavola meritano davvero l'attesa. E' tutto buono in questo posticino, compresi il pane, il patè di sardine e il burro salato serviti nell'attesa, il vino della casa. E che dire dei dolci, alcuni dei quali preparati in casa. Occhio al Metronio, liquore locale servito alla fine...fortissimo !! Prezzo onesto e porzioni molto abbondanti. Poco parcheggio nei dintorni, ma girando per il paesino si finisce sempre per trovarlo. Il locale è piccolo ma siamo riusciti a farci entrare più di trenta persone !!

Un endroit fort sympathique dans ce joli petit village. Merci Carla la patron ne pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. N'hésitez pas à déjeuner sur la petite terrasse couverte. C'est bon et copieux. De plus une jolie cave de vins régionaux à des prix très abordables.

Outstanding restaurant run by the amazing flamboyant Carla. One of the best 'polvo a lagareiro' you will ever find. It is worth the trip to Meixilhoeira Grande. And the 'molotof' at the end (egg white tart) was light, delicious, unforgettable!

Um lugar excepcional. Em uma vila pequena, descobrimos o local sem querer, sem indicação alguma e tivemos uma das melhores experiencias culinárias. Pessoas atenciosas, comida incrível, super saborosa, fresca, com tempero correto, o peixe do dia é algo divino. Não poderia ser melhor e além de tudo fecha tarde, pode-se ir comer a meia noite que vai ter comida de qualidade

Alguma falta de organização, demasiado tempo à espera... O bife à portuguesa era bom, mas o bacalhau à Bráz muito mau. Não voltarei de certeza absoluta.

We did a stop over to have some lunch with a very good surprise! The food was very tasty. We order the 3 different choices for the menu from that day. We were a bit confused because because they charged us 3 menus which did not include the drinks or the desert. The menu was only including the single plate of food which was 8 euros and then apart the drinks which were 3 euros for a little jar of wine and 1,50 euros for a beer. Normally a menu will include drinks and desert but I guess here they don't understand it that way...

We had a pleasant time with friend in this good restaurant. We felt like at home. And Clara did exactly what for to feel like this.

In diesem Restaurant ist eine Wirtin,die ihre Sache wirklich gut macht.Die Bedienung ist zwar freundlich aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Essen und der Wein sind sehr gut. Man wird aufgenommen,als gehöre man schon lange zu den Stammgästen.Was mir am meisten gefallen hat,man lässt sich beraten,was den Tag an frischem Fisch oder anderem Meeresgetier zu haben ist. Ein hervorragend zubereiteter Oktupus. (War vorher sehr skeptsch) wurde US serviert. In jedem Fall zu empfehlen ,für Leute die nicht unbedingt auf Schnickschnack gucken ,sondern gut und preiswert essen möchten
