We stayed for 4 nights for a relaxing end to our holiday. Out of season towards the end of September - the bar wasnt always open but we were allowed to bring drinks to the poolside and looked after our own rubbish. Time of year also meant great weather and a quiet shared pool!We stayed in a townhouse: ample parking space (2 cars), lots of room, great outdoor spaces including balconies. Provision of simple amenities including all white goods and potentially necessary accompanying household items (dishwasher tabs, laundry powder, washing up liquid etc). Perhaps the only fault would be a number of ants dotted around the apartment and probably could have done with basic goods being available such as cooking oil or oven gloves - not really anything worth being bothered about!Easy drive to several supermarkets nearby. 10 minutes walk downhill to Carvoeiro beach/cove, plenty of restaurants and several bars. Lovely short boardwalk along the coast or a longer, slightly more adventurous walk continuing to the small lighthouse still in use.Perfectly safe and clean environment. Friendly and helpful staff and security. Be careful finding this place with your satnav - its too new and a lot of roads are unnamed!

Fantastisch nieuw complex met mooie villa's

Établissement au calme, maison très propre et bien équipée avec jardinet et deux sdb. Table de jardin un peu petite. Literie confortable. Clic clac avec matelas un peu fin. Piscine spacieuse.Personnel très gentil. Proche du centre ville et des plus belles plages de la région.

Nice quiet area out of the main bars and restaurants but just a short walk down a steep hill (and remember you have to walk back up at the end of the night and after a few drinks!) The pool area is nice and peaceful and beaches not far away. We hired a car so we could explore the area. I would recommend the boat trips to the caves

Dans une résidence surveillée, des maisons jumelées, une belle piscine. Le personnel est très agréable surtout les dames de laccueil. La maison est moderne, spacieuse, très propre, bien équipée, 2 salles de bains dont une avec baignoire thalasso, une cuisine toute équipée, clim dans toutes les pièces, télé, wifi gratuite. Le seul bémol cest la literie, les ressorts des matelats ressortent et cest assez horrible ! Dommage, le reste est parfait, je navais jamais eu loccasion de réserver une location aussi bien !

Lovely villa well appointed just a 10 minute walk to Carvoeiro centre. Very clean and well maintained, however a hair dryer would have been good.Friendly staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Abbiamo affittato un appartamento che in realtà era una villetta su due piani. Bellissima. Tutto completamente nuovo, dotata di elettrodomestici di ultima generazione. La casa, anzi la villetta, è dotata di posto auto privato e giardino. Nuovissima, con serramenti e mobili nuovissimi. Le tapparelle addirittura elettrificate. Sono presenti lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo, ecc. Le villette sono all'interno di una zona residenziale alla quale si accede attraverso un cancello. È presente un servizio di sorveglianza 24h. C'è anche la piscina! Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo vivamente. Alla reception personale cortese e disponibilissimo. Il paese si trova a 10 minuti a piedi.

Good location, very clean well equipped accommodation. Close to the centre of town although a steep hill walk back but a taxi will only cost around €5.

A very nice place with superb service and the personals are very nice and friendly. The houses are midern and well cleaned. The only down sides are that there's no locks for neither of the bathrooms and there isn't many activities to do inside the hotel (there's only the pool), but there's many other activities to do around the hotel, as for example Waterparks (I advice Slide and park)

The staff here were awesome. So accommodating that I kept staying extra nights. The rooms and the pool were fantastic. Everything is up today. The area is very peaceful and safe and so close to the main town area.

Haus gut aufgebaut, sehr gut ausgestattet. Mehr benutzbare Steckdose in den Schlafzimmern und in der Küche wünschenswert.

Property very spaciuos and well presented inside but the gardens needed to be looked sfter as very over grown esprcially the back garden. The only villas that had the gardens attended were those near reception!! The only reason why i did not give you top scores

The property was a 3 story house yet only one bedroom. This gave the 2 of us more than plenty of living space. Negative being no working aircon despite reporting the issue twice.

Fantastic accommodation, great modern villas in a beautiful complex. The staff were all great and couldn’t do enough to help. A ten minute walk downhill to Carviero we didn’t fancy the walk back up the hill but a taxi was around €5. Would definitely return to this accomodation and would recommend it!

Great friendly staff and excellent facilities well located to the town or Carvoeiro! We will be returning!

The villa was much bigger than we were expecting.Excellent cooking facilities. Dishwasher. Private balconies and garden.The staff were friendly and helpful.The villa was visited every day by cleaning staff.The communal pool was well maintained and had plenty of sun-loungers and parasols.

Lovely villas. Very clean and up to date. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed a lovely stay there. Only down side is the steep hill in and out of town if yr a walker.

Well designed, modern and in excellent nick. Well situated at the top of the hill but still in easy walking distance of local restaurants and shops.

The Villas Mourim cannot be faulted for facilities or cleanliness. These are modern buildings beautifully fitted out to a high standard in a quiet part of Carvoeira. The pool area is quiet and there were always enough sunbeds. The reception/security staff could not be more helpful.The only negative is that the villas are located at the top of a very steep hill so be prepared for a good 10-15 walk after a day at the beach or meal at night. A taxi costs 5 euros however later at night there is high demand for taxis so expect a wait. There are no parking problems if you have a car.

New apartments, clean, but the beds was hard as rocks. A few but important kitchenutensils missed. Sunny, good service, nice area with swimmingpools, sunbeds and a small playground for kids. Unfortunately no snackbar or small shop.

Very comfortable with plenty of room. I did not take the bus, but noticed that the bus stop is right by the entrance to the properties. The town of Carvoeiro is a beautiful and picturesque town with lots of shops and restaurants.

Great place , going there again ! Large villa equipped with everything you need . Living room, kitchen, bathroom on the first floor, bedrooms and bathroom with jacuzzi on the second. Laundry in the bacement . 2 balconies , patio, parking .Great , very friendly staff. 15 min from the beach

We visited Aldeamento Villas Mourim end of September , 2016. This resort is great. We rented 3 floors villa with pretty back yard and private parking. On the first floor are the living room, the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen . On the second floor are the bedroom ,bathroom with a jacuzzi and a spare room. In the basement is the laundry room. Beautiful pool ,plus childrens pool. Very quiet place , 10 -15 min. walk to the beach or centre of the city. The weather was very hot (28-32 C), but we didnt feel like using the AC. The windows are protected with heavy automatic blinds and theyt keep the house cool. The staff was very friendly and qualified. I really want to thank Cristina Almeida who manages the place. She was very helpful and very professional. Big thank you to the guards Fabio, Vitor and Luiz who were always there , ready to help. We definitely going to Villas Mourim again and highly recommend this place to anyone. P.S. We booked with Hotels.com. The street name they have on their website is wrong. You have to look for RAMPA Mato Serrao, not for Rua Mato Serrao.Stayed September 2016
