Not been for a few years but when we went today it was just as good as when we last went for a meal with relatives and to be remembered was very nice the meal and service was excellent

Best meal iv had. Staff so friendly and make it feel like your in there home. I had the pepper steak and it was to die for. Can't recommend enough. Must try.

Frango a guia muito bom ,batatas fritas excelentes e para terminar sobremesas divinais ,todas as que comemos.Preços dos acompanhamentos neste caso falo da salada,um exagero, mas tirando isso e o tempo de espera pela comida,foi uma boa refeição.

After having come here countless times, I have genuinely never been disappointed; the chicken piri-piri for me is the best in Guia (in comparison to 8 other restaurants I’ve frequented in Guia) and the other dishes are also superb. Especially their salmon dish.
This continues upon ordering dessert. I have had the carob parfait, the chocolate mousse and the almond tart, which are all equally as well made and presented, and as tasty as one another. But the star of the show is the apple crumble, which, not to overstate, is a contender for one of the best things I have ever eaten.
But what really makes the restaurant what it is, is the staff. Friendly enough to share a laugh with, multilingual and attentive to the customers’ orders. Plus the port at the end gilds the night with a little extra gold.
The place is a hidden gem. I recommend completely. Outstanding.

Bon endroit les serveurs sont très gentils ils parlent presque tous anglais et un serveur parle français seul reproche que je pourrait faire cerais que le poulet était un peu petit mais était très bon

Ottimo ristorante, siamo venuti per assaggiare il famoso piatto di guia chiamato piri piri, davvero squisito, un po' piccante e per niente spezziato. Il personale molto simpatico e cordiale, un servizio molto veloce, ve lo consiglio!

Visited during the day whilst walking with family on holiday.
The host was extremely friendly and the food was simply exquisite. Maybe my tastes are not on the extravagant side, but if I enjoy the food in a restaurant, then that is good enough for me.
The white wine Sangria was just right for a warm afternoon, whilst the gratis port afterwards added a nice finishing touch.
Recommended, and more to the point, I would certainly go back there.

Gostei muito desta experiência, logo para começar quando chegamos ao restaurante fomos recebidos com um caloroso bem-vindo que colocou logo um grande à vontade e tornou tudo mais agradável, sempre atencioso o empregado falou com um grande sorriso na cara. A comida é muito saborosa, mais designadamente o excelente frango com picante que nos comemos que claramente recomendo. A espera não foi muita e o lugar é muito agradável para se estar. O preço é acessível. A quem visita não sai insatisfeito.

Angenehme Erfahrung
Nach verwirrenden Exkursen bei Indern und Chinesen erscheint die Karte erstaunlich kompakt - und dennoch ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Karte und der Wirt sprechen gleich mehrere Sprachen, auch deutsch, aber man fühlt sich gerade NICHT wie in einer Touristenabfertigungsstation.
Die jahrzehntelange Erfahrung aus der gehobenen Gastronomie spürt man sehr angenehm. Alles geht zügig, aber eben nicht hektisch.
Wir hatten Piri-Piri- Hühnchen mit Salat, empfehlenswert und günstig und Seezunge und Tomaten-Fetasalat, ebenfalls empfehlenswert, aber für den dreifachen Preis davon mit einem günstigen, aber guten regionalen Rotwein. Das war damit das teuerste Essen unseres Urlaubs, aber sein Geld wert. Und man hat ja die Wahl.
Das Ambiente war neben dem Service ausgesprochen angenehm, bis ein paar sehr lautstarke Gäste hinzukommen, aber dafür kann der sehr freundliche Wirt ja nichts.
Ich würde wieder hingehen, hier fühlte sich jede der drei Nationen an den Außentischen gleichermaßen willkommen.

My wife Debbie & I have & still use this restaurant after 23 years of holidaying, reason The food is still the best in Guia & surrounding area,The owners Diogo, Maria,& son Juao, always make you welcome.The staff, Francesco, grandaughter Rafaila( hope I spelt her name right) are so nice, the restaurant is spotless, you could eat off the floor. Also as a bonus Cliff Richard frequents here when he's at his Villa, which is a stones throw away.

Muito bom serviço. Batatas fritas e salada de muita qualidade. Só não dou as 5 estrelas porque o frango grelhado, pelo menos desta vez, achei inferior ao habitual nesta localidade capital do frango grelhado.

We went there for chicken piri piri in the evening as most of the restaurants were closed at that time. Usually we visit Ramires in Guia otherwise. We visited many restaurants in Algarve in the last 10 years so we wanted to give our opinion about this restaurant. Very nice looking place and great friendly service however chicken was just ok. Piri sauce that they use it’s very mild and portions are a bit smaller than in other places as well as desert and prices much higher. Small caramel desert more than 4 euro and bread and butter overpriced too at 4.5 euro ( 2 people). Nice place but well overpriced compared to other restaurants))

Just came back from an evening meal at Palladium. The food was spectacular and the service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive service, we weren't rushed to finish our meal even though we were the last customers to leave. The owners kindly waited until our cab arrived to see us off and make sure we left safely. Great peri-peri and a nicely run business.. definitely recommend!

Vim a este restaurante, aliciado pelos comentários sobre o frango. Alegadamente, o melhor da Guia. Confesso que foi uma desilusão. Frango seco acompanhado com batatas fritas requentadas. Não vou citar nomes, mas já comi bem melhor nos arredores e mais em conta €. Sobremesas sofriveis, sendo que a tarte de natas era maturada... staff simpático.

De todos os restaurantes que comi aqui no Algarve, foi o que menos gostei, não é que estivesse mau, mas...
Comemos frango, estava bom, mas as batatas... a qualidade do óleo é muito fraca ou o óleo já está a "rolar" há muito!!
No entanto a simpatia do dono vale muito e isso faz a diferença!!

Lugar acolhedor ambiente familiar, fui com a minha companheira almoçar frango da guia, 2 doses, 2 cafés, 2 imperiais 1 salada (5€) e 2 sobremesas pagamos praticamente 40eur, não posso dizer que é o lugar mais fantástico para comer o tão famoso frango da guia, o preço pago por um almoço tão simples não justifica a viagem propositada

Ottimo il famoso pollo piri piri da leccarsi i baffi e le dita! Le porzioni servite con patatine e insalata sono abbondanti se non siete dei mangioni basta 1 porzione in due. Servizio veloce e personale gentilissimo, il proprietario parla anche un discreto italiano. Da assaggiare anche i dessert squisiti. Prezzi bassi. vale la pena fare qualche km dalla costa dove ci sono solo ristoranti turistici frega soldi dove non si mangia bene. Bisogna andare nei posti frequentati dai portoghesi se volete mangiare bene.

We heard that Guia has the best chicken piri piri in Algarve or maybe in the whole Portugal. There are several choices of piri piri restaurants but we ended up choosing Paladium for the chicken experience. It's a cozy place with own parking for the guests. Also it has a terrace so we could take our dog with us. People here were eating mostly chicken piri piri. We had some feta salad and the chicken. Chicken was really tasty and juicy. Mild tingling taste of chili is addictive and we ate every last bit to the bones. Staff was very friendly and even our dog got a special treat. We all left with a smile on our face and bellies full.

Personale cordiale, atmosfera familiare e servizio veloce, cibo ottimo, consigliatissimo il pollo con salsa piri piri (una leccornia). Abbiamo preso i soliti antipastini portoghesi, un po' deludente che la crema di sardine non fosse fatta in casa. Non ho dato 5 stelle solo perché la scelta del menù non è molto variegata. Discorso diverso per la carta dei dolci, assaggiate assolutamente l'apple crumble oppure il parfait di mandorle e caramello.

Restaurant familiale, proposant un piri piri excellent à 7e50 et avec des frites maison super bonnes !!!

Super freundliche Bedienung, traditionelle Gerichte und das Personal spricht neben Portugiesisch auch fließend Englisch, Deutsch und Französisch. Es war sehr lecker, kinderfreundlich und gemütlich. Gerne wieder!

Sehr nettes Restaurant, wo man ganz lieb behandelt wird. Die Speisen sind so richtig lecker und der Juniorchef spricht auch sehr gut Deutsch....
