Town House muito completa, piscinas espetaculares com agua morna. zonas verdes e de desporto interessantes.
Fiquei triste por ter visto o Ouriço caixeiro Morto.
Tinha estado á uns 6 anos neste resort e o bicho andava bem feliz.
Maldito COVID.

The facilities were great, but could do with a sweep around of old leaves etc. The awesome pool deck has the same spilt drinks from days ago visible and could also use a more frequent clean. In saying that, I am knit picking here... I lkved our stay and we are going back next year!

Fabulous place too stay . Two bed townhouse villa amazing and very well equipped. Definitely return and the resort beach is beautiful and pretty. Great for quiet get away with kids.

This was our second time to stay at monte santo and it was just as amazing as our first visit. It is everything you would expect from a five star property- clean, friendly staff,suites are equipped with everything you need and are so comfortable and spacious. We have two young children and monte santo was ideal- lots of space to run around,playground was great and they loved the kuddi pool. Quite simply- this property is luxury and we will be back!

Honestly one of the best resorts I've been to so far, the apartments and the surrounding flora and fauna are just fantastic, as are most of the staff. The kitchens in the apartments are really fully equipped, which is a rare treat when it comes to vacation rentals. You can spot frogs, birds, tortoises and other wildlife in the ponds and trees.
The only downside is that In some places cleanliness and maintenance could be improved a bit, particularly the indoor pool area. For example, the Jacuzzi water should be changed more often. Our apartment also had some broken appliances, and the plates and cutlery needed extra cleaning before we could use them. On the whole, however, everything was functional and clean enough.
The walk to the beach is quite far, about 2km from some of the apartments, and there are sections without sidewalk, so not quite the easy stroll, especially with kids. Better to take a car or shuttle.

Que delícia de local! O café da manhã tem tudo e com qualidade. Lembro-me o café do Grand Monarque, em Chartres. A moradia que ficamos é bem aconchegante e tem uma vista para a piscina menor. A piscina maior fica ao lado do restaurante. O serviço de quarto tbm é bom.

Fijn verblijf in een groot town house met 3 ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Goede bedden, iedere dag ruim aanbod van handdoeken, prima keuken en vriendelijke, behulpzame medewerkers. Buitenzwembad eind april nog flink koud, maar was te doen. Anders duik in binnenzwembad. Prima ligging voor vele uitstapjes. Uurtje rijden van Faro (bij rechtstreekse shuttle).

Amazing experience! The townhouses are spacious and make you feel at home. Facilities were clean and service was really good. They also provide transport to nearby beaches or can arrange a taxi if you need to travel further.

hemos tenido un problema de desabastecimiento de Gasolina a nivel nacional en Portugal, nos quedan justo unos 120 km de gasolina para llegar a la frontera con España y cuando les solicitamos la posibilidad de salir un día antes ya que no nos podemos mover para no consumir la gasolina nos deniegan la devolución del importe de una noche.. un detalle muy feo

Très joli cadre et piscine exterieure magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues. La piscine interieure n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Les deux jacuzzis ne fonctionnaient pas. Le hamman n'est pas assez chaud et absence d'odeur. Le spa n'est pas assez chauffée également. Le petit déjeuner de 8h à 10h n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. Le café nest pas fameux et seul un jus de fruit frais. Le personnel ne parle pas français. En résumé joli hôtel mais ne merite pas un 5 étoiles.

Fabuleux. Tout y est : le confort, le design, piscine intérieure avec accès au sauna, hammam, piscine extérieure, la suite est très spacieuse avec deux salles de bain, musique dans toutes les pièces. Un personnel très acceuillant, un petit déjeuner à l'occidentale très copieux et varié. Parking gratuit dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Possibilité de soins avec massages (payants).
À recommander surtout en période hivernale.

Comfortable, stylish hotel, gave us a large townhouse for our stay. Quite empty out of season, which was great for us. Outdoor pools too cold to use, but indoor pool was great. Beautiful weather for the whole week made exploring the Algarve a joy!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and peaceful. The resort had great facilities. The service from the staff was impeccable; they were courteous and cheerful. The food at the restaurant was to die for...literally...everything I tasted was so delicious and melted in my mouth. We - my hubby, our little girl and I, loved it!

Leuk resort met prima zwembad, maar geen 5 sterren waard, eerder 4 sterren. Het onderhoud van het resort en vooral rond de huizen is niet al te best, de meeste andere in de omgeving waar we geweest zijn, worden beter onderhouden.

Great Place, everything you need in the townhouse, kids loved the kids clubs all staff and maid/cleaners are very friendly and nice apart from the bold manager guy who’s very unhelpful didn’t get his name. But enjoyed my stay here! Just a quick tip there’s no first aider on site bening a 5 star resort there should be a first aider.

Die Anlage ist grossartig, sehr gepflegt, wie auch der Pool, auch das Restaurant mit Terrasse und ebenso die täglich wechselnden Speisen. Nur die Einrichtung der Zimmer sollte mal überholt werden, Türen quietschen und einiges mehr.

Het si een 5 sterren aparthotel maar in de afgelopen jaar is het resorts er wel op achteruit gegaan.wij komen hier al 8 jaar maar elk jaar zien wel het slechter worden. Het lijkt erop dat ze het 5 sterren concept hebben los gelaten en voor het geld gaan.

Wunderschöner Urlaub, in den Zimmern fehlt es an nicht ebenfalls in der Küche vom Weinöffner bis zur Käsereibe war alles zu finden , großer kühl und Gefrierschrank auch vorhanden , Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber dafür fein ! WICHTIG AUTO MIETEN ohne Auto ist man vor Ort aufgeschmissen! Carvoiero selbst hat eine schöne Strand Promenade zu empfehlen ! Alles in allen kann ich nur 5 Sterne geben , perfekter Urlaub! Perfekte Region!

Belle endroit avec du potentiel mais très mauvais entretien, zone spa (piscine intérieure, jaccuzi,hammam et sauna)une horreur aucune hygiène ni nettoyage pendant une semaine, la chambre avec un léger nettoyage de surface et le personnel de la réception insuffisant et très lent et au moment du départ même pas un" votre séjour c'est bien passé " je deconseil vivement ce n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles.

El complejo tiene unas instalaciones espectaculares, pero la falta de limpieza desmerece el lugar. Nuestra estancia duró 7 días, en ningún momento limpiaron la Suite ni los baños. La playa de la piscina, tampoco la limpiaron ningún día de los que estuvimos allí. Por lo que, el suelo estaba sucio, de caer restos de bebidas, comida, tierra. Hasta en las zonas comunes se notaba la falta de higiene. Es una pena, que siendo un complejo tan bonito, no cuiden esos detalles, sobre todo porque se trata de un Resort 5 estrellas

Dejlige faciliteter og en restaurant der serverer retter af overraskende niveau.
Uden og indendørs swimmingpool.
Vi boede i et townhouse, hvilket var noget af det bedste vi hidtil har prøvet. Komplet køkken, opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine/tørretumbler, privat badeværelse til alle soveværelser.
Kan på det varmeste anbefale dette sted.

What has happened this once amazing place?
this is our 4th time staying here, we always had a fantastic time, great service from Jose and clean rooms.
Our flight and transfer got us to the hotel at 12.30 we checked in with our 7yo and 14 moth old. we where told the room wasn't ready and just left us sitting in the lobby for an hour. after our baby was kicking up a storm we asked what the situation was and how long it would be? the answer was a shrug and I'm not exaggerating. the service was the worst I have experienced in my life. we decided to go to the local supermarket to pick up a few bits. got back to the hotel around 3pm room still not ready and no interest or attention given to our crying baby. after complaining many times only to be shrugged off and eyes rolled at us the room was finally ready at 3.45pm
We got to our room very tired and not too happy. the room is not clean at all, it smells of body order, the bath is filthy and the dishes have food on them. we are still here and will be seeking the management in the morning.

We got the new hotel manager this morning he could not have done more for us moving us personaly himself so I will update from 1 star to 4 losing a star for the check-in crew. although there attitude was totally different when the manager was in.

This is not a 5 star resort and is terrible value for money! Facilities were relatively poor, the spa area was under repair / construction and the parts that were open were clearly in need of modernization. The pool area was too small and way too busy. The staff at reception were incredibly slow and did not acknowledge people waiting. The tea and coffee in the room was included as part of the mini bar at a couple of Euros per tea bag!!! The hotel itself is too far away from the town center.

Trata-se um um resort muito bem equipado e decorado. Tem uma Piscina belíssima com uma ilha no centro e algumas Palmeiras, também duas pontes de madeira ligadas à ilha. Tem estacionamento privativo gratuito. Pode-se ir a pé até ao centro do Carvoeiro, mas para voltar ao hotel é capaz de ser melhor chamar um táxi pois é a subir. O staff é simpático e atencioso.

Just returned from a ten day break at Monte Santo resort
Just want to thank the wonderfully efficient, helpful and friendly staff who made our stay really special. Thank you Lena , Christiano, Pedro and all of the many other very nice staff who made it their business to make sure everything was perfect for us . Our apartment was kept immaculately clean and our restaurant meals were very superb. I can highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Just back from an amazing 10 day family holiday. The resort is truly a 5 star in every manner.Patrica in the kids club is brilliant at what she does.Cant wait to return next year for our next holiday. Which incidentally I tried to book before I left. But was unable too.

El complejo es precioso, puedes hacer paseos por la instalación y observar los pequeños lagos artificiales, al igual que ponerte en el césped junto a estos lagos y hacer un picnic con los críos, seguro que les encantará.
La piscina interior un buen punto tener el agua climatizada muy a su favor (en muchos sitios que hemos visitado por Algarve el agua estaba demasiado fria), si tuviera que buscarle un defecto sería el cambio de temperatura que hay del Locker room o vestuarios a la piscina, cuando vas mojado y hace frío......se nota...
Por desgracia el restaurante no hemos tenido el gusto de probarlo dado que veníamos preparado con bastante comida, si repetimos intentaremos pasar por el.
El equipamiento de la vivienda completísimo, había de todo, las sartenes y ollas de mala calidad pero bueno, no hay que ponerle demasiadas pegas a esto, el resto de la vajilla de categoría. Si tengo que destacar un fallo muy grande es el tema de la basura, nos vimos acumulados con basura de 3 días, ya que en el check in no nos informaron nada sobre esto (ni preguntamos , intuimos que el servicio de habitaciones se harían cargo, así de poner más bolsas) , las veces que hemos salido fuera no hemos coincidido, y el sábado estuvimos toda la mañana fuera y llegamos por la tarde...y nada. Si la basura debe hacerse cargo el cliente deberían informarlo en el mismo check in.
Otro día tuvimos la desafortunada sorpresa que sonó una alarma a las 7 a.m levantandonos asustados y a los críos, no sabíamos que pasaba ni nadie nos informo de lo ocurrido, también es verdad que tampoco nosotros informamos del incidente.
Son puntualizaciones sin importancia que no sabotearon nuestra estancia, en general estuvimos muy agustos, tranquilos y desconectamos de la rutina que es lo que pretendíamos pasando unos días en familia disfrutando de este fantástico complejo.

Logement spacieux, confortables et très bien équipés. Service hôtelier 5 * Grande piscine extérieure (non chauffée) et intérieure, sauna, salle fitness, resto. Commerces et plages à quelques km. Et si en plus le soleil de l'Algarve est de la partie, c'est parfait !

Je suis venue en février : hôtel presque vide , piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi et sauna + possibilité de massage et des piscines extérieures à 17° ( il y en a une petite pour les jeunes enfants )
Le restaurant sert des snacs à midi et des repas le soir.
Dans la maison qu'on a louer ils y avais beaucoup de choses cassées mais ils sont venu les réparer . Il y a un lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver le linge ( qui sèche aussi) .
Des femmes de ménage passent tout les jours et font les lits.

This resort is beautiful whether for a family or just a couple. Our family of 6 adults and 4 children had 3 x 2 bedroom luxury townhouses and they had everything in them for a relaxing holiday. There was loads of cupboard space and the cleaners came in every day and replaced all the towels and even left a dishwasher tablet. The grounds are immaculate and we all made use of the indoor pool but only the children were brave enough to venture into the outdoor pools which were very cold in February. The resort is ideally placed for visiting all the local beaches and there are many good restaurants. We will certainly hope to return.

The suite was nice, had a washroom and a bathroom so it helped getting ready in the mornings.The porch door would not lock and even after multiple discussions with the front desk, nothing was done about it. Even if the chance of thievery is low, it's a matter of safety and unfortunately, we were disappointed.Nevertheless, the resort was a nice place overall, good breakfast.

Reservámos (via site do hotel) a suíte de luxo romântica com estadia de 14 a 15 de Fevereiro de 2020, fizemos check-in por volta das 19h e quando entrámos no quarto, nada tinha de romance. Na imagem ilustrativa alusiva a esta suíte no site do resort não só existe pétalas de rosa, como champanhe e morangos e nós tivemos zero. Ao questionarmos na recepção acerca do sucedido apenas foram atribuídas culpas à governanta e ao housekeeping (algo que a nós nem sequer nós diz respeito) e no momento não arranjaram qualquer solução ou compensação para o sucedido. No dia seguinte, dia esse em que faríamos check out, por volta das 10h , hora em que nos dirigíamos para o pequeno almoço, é que nos foi dada a possibilidade de termos os morangos e o champanhe. Sim as 10h da manhã e que nos queriam oferecer os morangos e o champanhe. Isto faz algum sentido? Fizemos uma reserva de uma suíte romântica no dia dos namorados e o hotel falhou. Falhou não só naquilo que promete no seu website como na resolução de um problema. Não recomendo a ninguém! Não voltarei.

Instalações modernas e bem conservadas, espaços muito agradável e espaçoso.
Imaginem um villa de acesso reservado em que podem circular pelos seus diversos espaços no entanto mantendo a sua independência na sua vivenda. Staff simpático e com vontade mas precisam de mais "formação" no ramo. Em termos de cozinha é razoável mas não passa disso por isso não é referência neste ponto.

Großzügiges Apartment, super Bett, Bad mit Whirlpool, Gästebad, große Küche mit aller Ausstattung, großer Balkon mit Möbeln; Klimaanlage, täglicher Roomservice, Parkplatz vor der Tür; mehrere Pools (inkl. überdacht), guter Tennisplatz; 2 min bis zum Strand mit dem Auto, 5 min zur Autobahn für Ausflüge ins Umland. Lage in Cavoeiro sehr schön! Kritikpunkte: Spa Anwendungen zu teuer, Sauna zu klein. Fazit: Top!

A experiência ficou aquém da expectativa, pois logo á chegada o pack que adquiri incluía champanhe fruta e chocolate á chegada e nao foi considerado. As instalações embora com muito potencial estavam com falta de manutenção.
O melhor da experiência foi mesmo o jantar no restaurante " Aroma ", desde do serviço ao atendimento ( o empregado de mesa Cristiano) e a qualidade da comida servida tudo 5 estrelas.

Unfortunately for us the hotel has the looks of a 5* from afar but to us we felt it was more of a 3* . Starting with the positives, Miguel was wonderful and really attentive, a real credit to the hotel, the indoor pool was lovely and the massages we had at the spa were incredible . The not so positives, the sound system wasn't working, nor the telephone so when we needed something, even just information we had to go to the reception desk, we did raise this problem but nobody even came to have a look at it. The apartment was lovely but did have some wear and tear. We ate at the hotel on one of our pool days for lunch and were really disappointed especially given the price. Saying all of this, most people seem to have a good time so maybe we just got unlucky.

This place did not disappoint! Wow! We got a deluxe suite in the main building with a view of the pool. The suite was huge, had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. The bed was huge, and so was the private deck with an outdoor bed and table. The staff was very accommodating and the sauna and indoor pool were included with the room. They provided plenty of towels plus white robes and slippers. The parking was ample and free. It was located up the hill from the town / beach with quick (driving) access to the Benagil Caves. We sincerely enjoyed our stay here.

Ich kenne das Ressort nicht von Innen. Warum es im Eingangsbereich extrem nach Schimmel riecht ist sehr seltsam und wenig einladend.

Bij deze wil ik reageren op de reviews over de staat van onderhoud waar mensen over klagen.
Ik ben zelf eigenaar van een T2, 2 slaapkamer appartement, en ben redelijk op de hoogte van de staat van onderhoud. De appartementen zijn van 2008. De buitenmuren, binnen muren en omheining zijn gestucte muren wat heel gebruikelijk is in Portugal. Dat vergt jaarlijks onderhoud. Wordt regelmatig bijgewerkt en geschilderd. In 2019 en 2020 wordt het hele resort van buiten opnieuw geschilderd.
De tuinen worden dagelijks bijgehouden.
Jacuzzi's zijn 2019 vervangen, tennisbaan is opgeknapt, kinderspeelplaats opgeknapt en nieuwe blokhut opgezet. Verder wordt er regelmatig reparaties en onderhoud uitgevoerd.
Nu even over de binnenkant van de appartementen. Ik heb 6 maanden geleden mijn complete woning laten opknappen om het deel te laten nemen aan het verhuur programma van monte santo resort Algarve . Alle wanden en plafonds gerepareerd en alles laten sauzen. Alles up to date laten maken. Nieuwe hoezen over de bank, alle deuren en lades gesteld en gerepareerd. Enz.
Nu 6 maanden later heb ik het idee dat ik opnieuw kan beginnen. Overal de Muren beschadigd, zwarte schoen afdrukken op de wit gesausde muren, vette handdrukken achter de bank op de muur, deuren en plinten beschadigd, gordijnen gescheurd, wc bril kapot, halve banaan in de subwoofer, bananenschil achter het tv meubel (naast de zoek geraakte ab van de airco) , glazen plaat koelkast weg, 2 plastiek flessen rekken van de deur van de koelkast stuk, vuinis bak in spoelbakkast aanrecht stuk, nieuwe overtrek van de bank onder de vlekken en de achterkant met banaan bewerkt. Enz. In 6 maanden tijd. En dan te bedenken dat het misschien 50 % bezet is geweest.
En dan de service. 1 mailtje naar de monte santo resort services en de volgende dag is het geregeld.
Gasten van Monte Santo resort Algarve, alstublieft respecteer andermans spullen.
Zodat de staf van Monte Santo resort Algarve zich kan bezighouden met hun dagelijkse taken.

L’endroit est très calme. Les unités sont grande et bien équipées. Les épiceries à proximité en auto. Nous avons beaucoup appréciés ce resort.

Excellent apartment - spacious with every extra you could need. It is slightly on outskirts of town - easy walk downhill but preferred to get a taxi back up, particularly in evening. Some good restaurants within 10/15 mins walking but you need to seek them out, the same with the small supermarkets. Car is needed to get to two big supermarkets on Lagoa road. Used restaurant once for breakfast and it as very nice but slightly on pricey side.

Très bel hôtel, avec de très belles installations et un personnel très à l'écoute du client. Le cadre est enchanteur et féérique et la nourriture est très bonne.
Seul petit bémol peut-être, la température du hammam était beaucoup trop élevée pour être agréable et le sauna par contre était parfois presque froid.

A lot of thought has gone into this property. Nicely laid out, spacious, kitchen is fully equipped. It would be nice if they put a mirror in at least one of the bedrooms by the dresser so that you can sit down and do your hair/make instead of the bathroom. The house was very good and had top end quality furnishings, ie granite worksufaces and nice furniture, except....for the beds. For a 5* property they really were awful. I didnt get a decent nights sleep. I could feel the springs, the mattresses were well worn and dipped in places. If they cant change them all, then at least put good mattress toppers on to save peoples backs.We paid a lot of money for this holiday and the other downside was the cleaning. For 5* the bedding should have been changed daily. On day 5 I called reception and asked how often the beds should be changed. I was told every day to which I told them I still had the same bed sheets and pillow cases. I asked for the manager to call me and I am still waiting for that call, which is disappointing. They sent a new team in to clean our townhouse and I saw a difference, the new team mopped the floors every day and wiped surfaces and changed the beds. I should have been refunded for the days of non-cleaning and an apology but I didnt even get a call back let alone a discussion. The last thing I wanted was to have arguments on a holiday that we had paid a lot of money on so they can have this review instead.

So relaxing! The main reception area houses the spa, gym, restaurant and pool area.
We arrived before our accommodation was ready so the lovely guy at reception allowed us to take advantage of the pool whilst looking after our bags.
The wraps and club sandwiches in the restaurant are amazing! We were in a townhouse which was beautiful, clean and cool. The townhouses are built in groups of ten and each group surrounds a small pool - perfect.
If you don't bring a car you may want to get a taxi to the nearest supermarket to stock up. Small children will not be happy walking!

It's a great hotel for families to visit, if you are staying in a villa near the main pool, you have it good. Both pools are open all year round (the indoor one is heated).
At the restaurant there is a big difference between the quality of the adults and kids meals, although the kids food is correctly portioned.

We loved the apartment. It was in an ideal position close to the pool on the ground floor opening on to the grass so the children could easily go out and play. The facilities were good, lovely pool, lots of space for sun beds, great for the kids. Access to the tennis courts was easy and we played a few times while there. The only thing I found disappointing was the breakfast - the selection was poor for a 5 star resort with no freshly cooked options available and most of what was on offer was cold before it hit your plate. I’m glad we only paid for that once and didn’t pay extra to have the breakfast included.

A truly five star resort, found the staff quite friendly once you engaged with them. Apartments are equipped to a very high standard and the air con is very effective. Yes, it is pricey but the quality is there. Also, the planting and gardens are lovely and provide the perfect setting. Self catering can be a bit of an issue if you haven't hired a car as the nearest grocery shop is 12 minutes walk away but this is just a minor inconvenience.

Ich habe hier 4 Nächte mit meiner Freundin verbracht und ich muß sagen das es mir schleierhaft ist wie dieses Resort zu seinen 5 Sternen gekommen ist.Die Zimmer waren schön und großzügig eingerichtet,das Bett war sehr gut.Allerdings waren in beiden Bädern die Klodeckel unbefestigt,eine minibar mit Getränken (die man selbst in einem 3 Sterne Hotel bekommt) war nicht vorhanden.Die Schiebetür zum Balkon konnte nur mit allergrösstem Kraftaufwand geöffnet werden.Nirgendswo in den Zimmern fanden wir einen Hinweis bzw. Preisinfo zu einem Roomservice (war normalerweise in dieser Sternekategorie Standart sein sollte).
Das Frühstück war ok aber keinesfalls auf ein 5 Sterne Niveau sondern lediglich mehr auf Englische Gäste eingestellt.
Der Service der Angestellten im Poolbereich lässt absolut zu wünschen übrig denn hier lässt sich absolut niemand blicken und man wünscht sich das jemand der Angestellten kommt und eine Bestellung für ein Sandwich oder ein kühles Getränk aufnimmt.Stattdessen muss man sich selbst in die Bar begeben um etwas zu ordern.Im Swimmingpool herrscht so gut wie immer hohe Lautstärke und buntes Treiben duch spielende Kinder (hier kann wirklich nicht von einer romantischen Unterkunft die Rede sein).
Der Service am Empfang war Nett und freundlich und man war bemüht den Gästen gegenüber alle Fragen zu beantworten.Mein Fazit:Ich bin schon in 4 Sterne Hotels gewesen wo man uns die Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen hatte und man das Gefühl hatte in einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu sein.Dem Monte Santo Resort würde ich persönlich in die Kategorie eines guten 3 Sterne Hotels einreihen.
Nichts desto trotz hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt was wohl mit Sicherheit auch daran lag das wir uns in den 4 Tagen kaum im Resort aufgehalten haben sondern Unterwegs gewesen sind um die Umgebung und die Strände zu erkunden.

Ist nicht das was man erwartet wenn man ein 5 Sterne Resort bucht. Kaffee aus genau einem Automaten zum Frühstück, Apartment schon sehr verbraucht. Alles in allem würde ich diesem Resort 3 Stern in der Hotel- Kategorie geben, mehr ist es nicht, leider.

The thing that let this resort down was the staff. On reception they were unhelpful. At the bar you had to get your own drinks as they never seemed available to serve you. This is down to management as they were also unhelpful and lack of good training. The resort was kept clean but the pool was freezing cold. This resort is fine if you own a property there but not if renting a Apartment for a couple of weeks.

Amazing resort. Apartments are exactly as on hotel photos. Facilities are fantastic on site only downfall is not on site shop for basics this would be of huge benefit to the resort especially when arriving with small kids

Resten ligger fint til i gangavstand fra Carvoeiro, i et rolig område.
Anlegget er supert, med fine leiligheter og uteområder. Bassengene er fine og servicen topp. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake

Pool towels had holes in them, main pool extremely cold, that nobody dare go in. It's self catering, but the nearest shop is way to far without a car. I could go on, but you get the picture. This is not a 5 star hotel.

Nice resort but nothing that warrants 5 *. Too pretentious to rate it as "Most Romantic Resort in Europe". You have to pay to enjoy the king size beds at the pool, absurd. The gym is very run down, employees go through space to "cut way". For those who want to rest and sleep until later is impossible, when dawn light enters the room, there is no black out, the noise of the lawn mower ... and the cleanings interrupt the sleep!

Lovely family friendly place. The indoor facilities are great. Outdoor pool is also great but rather cold in the winter. The kids club was fantastic. Our children lived Patricia and were very sad to leave. The restaurant was super accommodating to our families varios special diets. All staff very helpful.

Absolutely stunning resort. The apartment is fantastic and everything is really clean. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and the the slfree shuttle down to the beach is a godsend when one doesn't want to drive.
We don't normally revisit the same resort again bit if we do we'll definitely come back here.

Kinderfreundlich wird hier groß geschrieben. Am großzügigen Pool wird jeden Tag etwas geboten. Die Villen sind sehr großzügig und fein ei gerichtet. Das Personal ist dezent und sehr höflich. Eins der besten Hotels das ich kenne.

This is a lovely resort, I stayed for a week in one of the townhouses which was spacious, very well appointed and comfortable. The resort has a number of pools, including an indoor pool which is heated, a main outdoor pool (which isn't heated) and a number of smaller outdoor pools dotted around the resort near the suites and houses.
The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff everywhere are very friendly.
There is a small fitness centre with the usual cardio machines plus a few resistance machines as well, in addition to a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
Despite the resort being fully booked whilst I was there, it didn't feel at all busy, as there is a lot of space.

Schönes Resort mit nur kleinen Kritikpunkten. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt und sauber, der Außenpool groß (jedoch unbeheizt) und der Innenpool + Sauna ausreichend dimensioniert. Was wir nicht ideal fanden: Kinderbetreuung erst ab 4 Jahren, außerdem war die Ausstattung des Appartements grundsätzlich 5-Sterne würdig, es fehlten aber Kleinigkeiten wie ein Küchenschwamm, Spülmittel etc. - all das, was man sich für ein paar Tage nicht unbedingt kaufen möchte. Außerdem ist die Lage etwas abseits, also gut 20min zu Fuß zum Meer.

Absolutely stunning resort with beautiful views. The staff couldn't be more helpful and actually happy! The spa treatment was so good both me and my boyfriend fell asleep! The food was really nice, although choice was a little limited for vegitarians the staff has made sure that all my wishes were met. Nothing seemed to be a hustle for them. It really makes a difference when staff are happy and friendly as well as the apartament being stunning. Definitely recommend it to anyone and definitely coming back next year! Well done to the staff as the make this resort absolutely fabulous to stay in! Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Schoon, ruim opgezet, super goede service, rustig gelegen maar wel goed gelegen. Maar vooral ons appartement was erg comfortabel. Heerlijke badkamer met goede bedden. Geen ontbijt genomen maar zelf bij de supermarkt ingekocht. Zeker een aanrader maar eerlijk is eerlijk dit is geen 5 sterren resort...eerder 4

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, ideal für einen Familienaufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern, da die Ausstattung des Hotels auch an Familienbedürfnisse angepasst ist. Hotelservice ist super- sehr nettes Hotelteam und man bekommt regelmäßig Anrufe des Hotelmanagements, ob alles in Ordnung ist und angegebene Defizite werden umgehend beseitigt. Das Frühstück ist für südeuropäische Verhältnisse sehr gut und umfangreich. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und weitläufig, so dass garnicht auffällt, dass bis zu 500 Personen in der Anlage übernachten können. Der Ort Carvoeiro war ein echter Glücksgriff, da es ein kleines beschauliches Örtchen ist mit ansprechender Gastronomie und vielen Möglichkeiten, ohne zu touristisch zu wirken. Als Familie benötigt man ein Auto, um gut in den Ort Carvoeiro zu gelangen.

Nous avons trouve l espace de la chambre très confortable, en revanche nous regrettons que lors du service de la chambre, les draps ne soient pas changés, salle de bain pas nettoyée le tout pendant 5 jours. Sinon resort très bien aménagé pour les familles

Pasamos cuatro dias de Semana Santa en este estupendo hotel. Es un complejo de apartamentos y villas separados del edificio principal donde se encuentra el spa, piscina cubiertas, bares y recepción. Puedes dejar el coche en la puerta y bajar las maletas comodamente. Tanto los apartamentos como las villas son enormes, el nuestro concretamente tenia dos dormitorios con un baño completo cada uno y bañera hidromasaje en ambos. El salón y la cocina eran enormes y teniamos un pequeño jardin con mesa y sillas. La limpieza era correcta, el desayuno buffet de calidad y especialmente destacable la amabilidad del personal. El único problema la situación, llegamos de casualidad. No se tarda nada en bajar al centro pero hay que saber hacerlo. Esta rodeado de urbanizaciones que parecen iguales y de noche se hace dificil regresar al hotel. A nosotros nos ha merecido la pena, pero creo que es importante que se conozca este detalle.
