Fantastic hike along the cliffs, might even be better by kayak from a beach either side but stunning just to walk along the top admiring the view. Towering cliffs make your realise just how small and insignificant we really are.
Timeless and beautiful.

Calita perdida, acceso complicado. En verano cuando todas las calas están a reventar en pleno agosto esta es la única en la que puedes tener un pequeño remanso de paz. Aun así se llena. Cuando se llena la marea queda en nada.

La plage que j'ai le plus apprécié ! Petite crique sauvage pas encore trop fréquentée.
L'accès se fait par un chemin de terre puis une descente de la falaise par un passage assez escarpé.

A melhor praia do Algarve para ir em Agosto por ser mais calma e reservada que as restantes.
Um paraíso no resto do ano.
Cada vez mais vai sendo conhecida pelo turismo, acabando por tirar um pouco do seu encanto.
Otima para relaxar e beber umas cervejas.

Local super espetacular, com uma água maravilhosa, e quentinha, calma, optima para quem procura aventura, natureza, vista e banhos de sol.

Great hidden beach! You need to hike down a little steep trail, but not too bad. The water is surprisingly nice, and not a lot of people in the middle of August.

Rustig strandje. Wat lastig te bereiken ( wel met auto mogelijk) maar daardoor zelfs in het hoogseizoen rustig. Geen voorzieningen. Wel mooie gelegenheid om klifwandeling te maken. 30 wandel minuten oostwaards ligt leuk kerkje op een rotspunt in zee.

Da der Albandeira-Strand recht voll war sind wir zum Fontainhas-Strand weitergegangen. Der liegt etwas abseits und ist nicht so leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen (keine asphaltierte Straße). Das Auto kann aber gut am Albandeira-Strand stehen bleiben, es sind nur wenige 100 Meter oben an der Felsküste entlang - mit tollem Ausblick.
Der Fontainhas selbst ist zwischen zwei Felswänden eingefasst. Ein kleiner Weg führt hinab zum Stand und hier ist es bei Weitem nicht so voll.

Traumhafte kleine Bucht, ist nur durch einen engen Abstieg durch die Felsen erreichbar. Waren mehrfach ganz alleine an dem Strand. Mit Google Maps ist er gut über kleine Feldwege erreichbar.

Beautiful and secluded beach.
Keep in mind the difficult, steep, slippery access. Might be easier by kayaking or swimming in that case.
If you have your balance in order and have the proper footwear, it should be okay, though.

Sehr schöner Strand. Klein aber dafür umso schöner. Der Weg dorthin ist etwas steil und beschwerlich aber für gesunde Menschen ohne Probleme erreichbar. Der Weg lohnt sich! Es kommen auch zwei Typen die Getränke und Süßwaren verkaufen. Ab ca. 16Uhr ist ungefähr die Hälfte des Strandes im Schatten, was ganz gut tut, wenn man sich zuvor ausgiebig gesonnt hat.

Ein wunderschöner kleiner und ruhiger Strand, wo wenig Besucher sind. Es ist sehr angenehm wenn man den überlaufen, Tourismusstränden entfliehen will. Allerdings muss man selbst mobil sein und die Anfahrt zum Strand ist nahezu abenteuerlich, aber für jeden ein muss wenn man seine Ruhe haben will. Der Abstieg ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sachen, da er unbefestigt ist, aber für mich und meine Lebensgefährtin absolut kein Problem.

C'est un endroit tout simplement à la fois magnifique, a la fois discret, pas énormément de touriste et donc idéal pour être tranquille, je vous recommande franchement

Sehr schwer zugänglich, dafür ist allerdings oft doch sehr viel los. Momentan haben sich Spanier mit Hunden und Zelten dort eingerichtet zum Unmut aller Strandgäste. Dafür das die ganze Menschheit so umweltbedacht bedacht ist, wird auch hier der Müll einfach liegen gelassen und es findet sich überall Papier in den Büschen. Schade

Nice calm place, a bit tricky to get to but that’s probably the reason why it’s so peaceful. The beach was in shade around 17:30.

Not worthy the effort.
Beach is very nice, but it takes too much time and efforts for what you get there. The road is terrible, no parking and walking down the rocks.
Water is very clean, but a lot of people, plus many come with dogs. Gets too full during summer - difficult to find a spot.

Endroit magique! Minuscule crique avec plage de sable fin, accessible à pied depuis le sommet de la falaise. Avons passé la nuit sur la falaise dans notre van. Merveilleux!

Una de las mejores playas que he visto nunca. Se permite acceder con mascotas pero el acceso es complicado tanto como.o para encontrarlo como para bajar la vereda es estrecha y muuuy empinada pero merece la pena muchisimo
