Terible and horible back up service. Vehicle only 1 year old and still quarantee. No back up vehicle so I had to make my own arrangements for another vehicle and no stock of parts. Have to wait almost a week to get spares from Lisbon. Very upset. Will never buy or recomend a VW again...

They nearly destroyed my engine on a simple service! They forgot to attach the oil filter, all the oil came out, and I was far away when all warnings went off! I then tried to call 5 times without getting through so had to call a different mechanic and get a rental car! When I went back to them they said that I should have brought it to them and now their was no proof it was their fault! Complete lack of human decency and terrible mechanics!!! Cost me €300 on top of the €280 for the service and they aren't giving me a penny back! Outrageous!!!!

Alors moi je vous le déconseille fortement. Véhicule français en panne on le laisse pour les réparations vous le récupérer une semaine après avec des objets en moins notamment la protection sous le moteur allume cigare qui fait chargeur et tout ce qui s'en suit !!! Allez ailleurs!
