Service un peu long mais vraiment tres bon !

Starter, if you like Iceland frozen food you will enjoy. All starters ready made and heated up. Mains, picture is of chicken korma, heard the microwave ping prior to serving, picture says it all. Miffed that going in the reasurant the guy standing across the street getting people to a different diner came took our order and left to stand across the road. When saying the food wasn't nice and uneatable two guys arrived to speak to us after the guy on the till was very rude about us to them. Would not recommend the food or the service. A very uncomfortable experience.

Just visited this restaurant for an excellent meal. We have been visiting the Albufeira area for many years and have tried numerous Indian restaurants during this time, this one is the best :-) Previously visited Clay oven (liked that but closed during our visit) and also the number 1 rated resturant in Albufeira "Jaipur" (that was absolutely terrible, small portions and poor quality on all courses. We went home hungry and shocked that was rated number 1 last trip) Noticed Curry Lounge as we walked past so did a bit of research on tripadvisor and Google. Very pleased to say this resturant delivers in all areas food quality, portion size and price ( we had a 30% off for pre booking via tripadvisor) Example, we both ordered onion bahji for starters and couldn't believe when 6 turned up on each plate. They also do an all you can eat option for 14.95 if you are a VERY big eater, I normally leave most resturants without being full, but not here with the standard menu working out better value with the 30% off (30% not available on all you can eat) Keep up the good work, see you on our next trip to the area.

Top quality food and excellent service from kind and polite staff. Everything you could want from a fine dining experience,the ambience is superb.

Good food but a 90 minute wait between starter and mains and NO offer of an apology does not court good favour with me....

Firstly it looks CLEAN and hygienic from the outside. It can feel a bit offputting to approach the restaurant as it looks like a very posh high end expensive restaurant. And yes it is all of that until you understand the word RODIZIO. That basically means it's all you can eat (like a buffet) but you order a starter, main and side dish. Its then specifically cooked for you and served. If you finish it and want more of the same or a different dish, you ask and it gets done. You pay for drinks on top. The buffet (Rodizio) is roughly £14 per person and drinks cost on top of that. The tables are covered in clean linen. Quarter plate already set and wine and soft drinks glasses with cutlery already laid. The toilets have hand wash. The entire place looks immaculate and the toilets are still new and clean and maintained nor do they smell. There are paper towels to dry your hands. A clean toilet and hand wash facility is the difference in me eating in a place or walking away. The soft drinks come in cans. Real coca cola is served as well genuine UK taste. A full bar of drinks are available by the glass I presume. We also had masala tea though not great was ok at £2.50 ish per tiny tea cup. The chef (owner) himself came out to us and asked how our food was. I gave him my honest opinion and returned the next evening. The food was to the same high standard as well. All in all it's a place where you can feel fully content before walking away and you dont need to empty your bank account. We went as a group of 3 lads. Its suitable for families when quiet late evening. They close at midnight. You cant smoke inside the restaurant. Free parking if not packed out already immediately outside. It's on the main road and clearly visible. My only suggestion is if the lights were slightly dimmer or windows lightly tinted, you dont get the passers by gorping through the big clear glass windows.
