What a fabulous find!! Set back in the Old Village of Vilamoura and is most definitely worth the visit. A pre-dinner drink on the rooftop terrace really set the mood for the night. The hostess brought us to our table and we could feel the vibe in the restaurant was great. We shared the crispy goats cheese salad which was so tasty, followed by crispy pork cheek for my husband and monkfish for myself. Both dishes were divine. We finished off with Creme brûlée..... mmmmm!! Staff were both friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Besides the fact that there is a cozy atmosphere, the food is really great! Everything is prepared with the greatest care and tastes fantastic! Even a simple salad is transformed into a real eye-catcher; a must to sit down

Excellent cuisine and very flavoursome. Definitely a must do when visiting or even as a treat for residents living in the Algarve . The staff are amazing and very friendly. The area is picturesque and after dinner we had a drink up in the roof bar which definitely made it so special.

Everything was fabulous, chef and staff amazing! Decoration and style is great, chill music on an ambience level. Even learned Portuguese cousine history while enjoying a fully flavoured dish with so much detail and love put onto it that really made the experience a lot better. Hope you try it!

Nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant et nous avons été très déçus. Le service n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Nous avions pris de la langouste absolument insipide pour un prix prohibitif par rapport au peu de plaisir que nous en avons retiré.

Wir finden die Bewertungen leider ein wenig zu gut für dieses Restaurant. Die Kellner sind sehr nett aber sehr unerfahren. Das essen war schön angerichtet aber es fehlte an geschmack. Das eigentlich schöne Ambiente ist nicht aufgekommen. Das essen kam so schnell, dass es leider negativ war, die Vorspeise kam 1minute nach dem uns erst das Couvert gebracht wurde also fast zeitgleich. Leider finden wir das Preisleistungsverhältnis vom Restaurant schlecht. Zu teuer für zu wenig Qualität, wir würden nicht wieder hier essen gehen.

Lieu très chaleureux. Cadre très beau. Accueil et service accueillant et très agréable. Personnel souriant et réactif au demande. Plats de qualités et excellents. Prix très abordable pour la qualité gustative et visuelle des plats. Merci au « Le Rendez Vous ». Restaurant à suggérer !!!

Très belle découverte ! Restaurant magnifique dans un cadre très agréable, calme, chaleureux et accueillant. Situé dans un quartier bien entretenu. Nous avons été au petit soin par une équipe souriante et attentionnée. Je vous conseille de profiter du rooftop "lounge" pour entamer votre soirée par un apéritif au grand air. Pour ensuite déguster une cuisine française avec quelques touches exotiques. Une cuisine soignée et gustative orchestrée par un chef assez pointilleux selon notre source Prix corrects au vu des prestations. Merci à l'équipe !

An excellent restaurant, five stars well deserved. We started with a couple of cocktails at the rooftop bar. A Long Island Ice Tea, and a Mojito. Both of them were fine in every single aspect. And one of the many nice details of this place, is that they were playing really amazing New Retro Wave music through the speakers!! Hands down with this, such a good taste. After the drinks, we went on for dinner. Foie gras escalops, with figue chutney and Porto wine jelly as a starter. They were really excellent, perfect cooking and sides to match. As for the main dishes, my couple chose Magret de canard (again, perfectly cooked), accompanied by some artichokes, gnocchi and carrot purée. Really nice. I chose the quails, with potato gratin, and again, they were really delightful. Finally, I took a caramel mousse, which was fine, and my girl the chocolate coulant with vanilla ice cream. It was absolutely fantastic. All the previous, plus a bottle of red wine from Algarve (Odelouca) was a mere 93€ bill, which I honestly think it’s a really fair price. Even more, if you take into account the excellent service provided. An absolute must if you are in Vilamoura or surroundings. Thank you to the staff of The Rendez Vous, it was a wonderful experience, and of course, we’ll repeat.

Beautiful, roof top bar and terrace lovely especially just before sunset, the swallows are fantastic, lots and lots of them putting on a show. Also keep an eye out for the ghekos on the walls looking for the ants to munch on!

Outstanding place. The food is superb! I have been there a number of times and was consistently impressed. The cuisine is creative, wonderful flavours and combinations, well presented. Wines list is great as well. The owners have great attention to detail and go out of their way to ensure the dining experience is consistently fantastic. They are proud of the service they offer and they should be! It is a gem in this category. Warmly recommended!

Appalling meal cold food, no potatoes, poor alternatives, very very poor customer service from the manager. Waiter was lovely and very apologetic. Would not recommend this place. OVER RATED AND VERY EXPENSIVE

Nous avons passé la soirée de la Saint Valentin chez vous très bon menu, produits de qualité , prix justifié très bonne ambiance musicale , dommage que les plats arrivés presque froids au premier étage a mon avis c'est un problème a régler rapidement . si non bravo !

While we had unusual issues with service on the terrace, I can now confirm they have been dealt with by the owners. Based on other visits I would highly recommend the roof terrace cocktails, and also the food is some of the best in Vilamoura. The sunset and general views from the rooftop terrace are absolutely second to none! No other bar can offer such magnificent views. Serv We will return in 2018 without a doubt. Un lugar precioso y tranquilo, con un personal absolutamente encantador pendiente en todo momento de que todo vaya bien hasta en los más pequeños detalles. La comida no sólo está exquisita, sino que la presentación es sobresaliente y la combinación de texturas y sabores también es sorprendente. El menú de menos importe es de 27 euros, así que no es un sitio barato, pero merece la pena. Recomiendo la ensalada César, el magret de pato con naranja y la croquetas de cangrejo.

A hidden gem in vilamoura. Well worth a visit. Great service. Good wines and fabulous food. Highly rated.

Bela experiência! Espaço bonito, sobretudo a esplanada, com requinte, os funcionários são bastante simpáticos e prestativos. No que diz respeito às iguarias... muito boas, elaboradas, bonitas no prato, e bem confeccionadas, um mesclar de sabores que nos invade a boca. Não é barato!
