Best place for to spend 10 weeks of COVID-19 lockdown! Anita and Hobie run their place with so much dedication and joy. They try to fulfill their guests' every wish and help with any problem. They developed and implemented a great hygiene concept for the lockdown and handled the virus-situation very responsibly. We always felt safe. Sunshine Park is in a small valley. It is off major roads, very quiet and idyllic. Each parking space has its own water and electricity connection. Everywhere in the park you can discover loving details that show how much passion they invest in the park. We also enjoyed delicious food from SUNSHINE CATERING, which they also run. We really look forward to see them again.

Attention! I'm sure the park will be great but we arrived there today and it is not open yet! The was still construction going on.

A lovely site to stay at, with plenty of shopping and local areas to visit, The owners are very friendly and welcoming and lovely to chat to and know all the local info you could need. It's modern, and very well looked after, quiet and tranquil and away from any busy main roads, It's set amongst some lovely old olive trees so plenty of shade around if you want it. The pitches are level with a modern electric and water point within easy reach, and great wifi. If you are visiting this part of the world pay them a visit you won't regret it and will enjoy every minute staying here, we have!

Superb hosts who bend over backwards to make your stay memorable in this magical setting. Excellent and clean motorhome services. Surrounded by nature, with lots of walks in the local vacinity. In addition, there is the temptation of their delicious inspired menus from their catering facilities. Warning, you may go for 2 nights, but end up staying weeks!!!

We stayed here for a week with our caravan, nice location with good walking trails not too far away. The site has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere and Anita and Hobie, the owners, are very friendly and welcoming, we even had complementary carrot cake the day we arrived! We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

What a lovely find this was we stayed 4 nights Anita and Hobie were the perfect hosts very welcoming and friendly.Anita offered us her car to use if we needed any shopping which we felt went far and beyond our expectations. Also on the Saturday evening They came around to each van and offered iced carrot cake which Anita had made and it was delicious. The site is so peaceful and very clean and tidy there is water and electric on each pitch. Thankyou for providing a lovely campsite and we will definitely be back Sandy & Colin

We enjoyed our four nights at the Sunshine. Very welcoming hosts Anita and Hobie. When we realised we had left our battery connectors for our bicycles behind Anita and Hobie gave us their car enabling us to drive home to Portimao to pick them up. Thank you so much and on Saturday evening they both called at each motorhome offering a big slice of Anita's homemade iced carrot cake which was delicious. Great location in the countryside, only 5k to Sao Bras de Alportel, Santa Barbara and the city of Loule. Thank you for your hospitality, (a couple that go that extra mile) we will be back!

We hebben negen heerlijke dagen hier doorgebracht eind januari begin februari 2020. Anita en Hobie hebben ons goed verwend. Wij komen hier beslist terug❤️

Es stimmt für uns alles perfekt. Anita und Hobie kümmern sich rührend und unaufdringlich um die Gäste. Uns wurde ein Leihwagen auf Wunsch gebucht und ein anderer Gast nahm uns mit zum Flughafen in Faro zur Abholung des Autos. Es ist ruhig, nichts für Party oder Animation, und das ist sehr gut so. Eigene Toilette und Waschgelegenheit sollten die Gäste haben. Sanitärhaus wird als Nächstes gebaut. Wir haben auf 2 Wochen verlängert.

Mir gefällt es hier sehr gut. Der Platz hat seinen Charme und hat man genug Platz. Die Betreiberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tranquil place amongst the olive trees. Friendly vibe. Choose your own pitch on arrival. Good service facilities for A Motorhome. Could do with a rate without EHU though.

We were greeted with a warm welcome by the owners Anita and Hobie. The site is very clean tidy and spacious and a very quiet peaceful setting. There are a number of walks you can do or if more adventurous you can head into the hills mountain biking on the various trails. We will definitely return soon

Zeer hartelijk welkom geheten door Anita prachtig gelegen aan de voet van heuvels alles aanwezig behalve toilet en douches zo houden Anita, want onder ( camperraars ) is het toch nooit goed, pas op dat het geen Camping word (lang verblijvers behoorlijk camping gedrag) niet de bedoeling toch??? luiteltje en stoeltjes mag maar verder ook niet, PS Anita ,hang in jou informatiebord een regelent op met de reguliere regels voor camperplaatsen dan weten de echte camperraars waar zij aan toe zijn ,wij zijn zeer content hoe jullie het tot dusver hebben gerealiseerd sjapo , als wij Hans en Agathe de Geus uit Nederland ,als wij de gelegenheid krijgen komen wij heel graag weer op jullie geweldig mooie leuke schone camperplaats terug doe zo voord ,met welgemeende vriendelijke groet Hans en Agathe ☀☀☀☀☀☀

What a find! Anita and Hobie are such wonderful hosts. Lovely vibe around their site. That vibe wears off on all the campers that arrive. Most come for a day and stay far longer. We did! Beautiful niche little site located in an olive grove. Best service point we’ve found in Portugal. Will be back for sure!

We popped by, it's looks very cosy. A sweet guy there called Hobey (?) Drove with us 10km to show us the route to Goldra dog sanctuary. We will try stay there on the way back

Leuke locatie! Eigenaresse spreekt Nederlands. Jammer dat er nog geen douches en wc's zijn, maar daar wordt aan gewerkt. Met n camper heb je daar in principe geen last van.

Lovely quiet location. Midway between Loule and Sao Bras. Very tidy well kept site. See their website photos. Good basic facilities. No showers or toilets but hey, you have a motorhome !!. Owners very friendly and helpfull. Surrounding area good for dog walking. Recommended.

Perdu dans la campagne d'Algarve, le parc est bien aménagé avec des emplacements bien plats et avec sa prise électrique dédiée. Endroit très calme au milieu des oliviers en retrait de la route. Pas de sanitaires, mais, tout pour vider les eaux grises et noires et faire le plein d'eau. WiFi disponible. La nuit est à 10€, il faut téléphoner au propriétaire et il passe plus tard pour collecter l'argent.

A wonderful place to park your camper and enjoy some peace and quiet. At night, the olive trees are beautifully lit and it feels tranquil and safe. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Absolut idyllischer Ort, um den Anfang oder das Ende einer Algarve Reise hier zu verbringen. Der Park ist ziemlich neu und mit Leidenschaft errichtet worden. So sind z.B. die Olivenbäume abends grün beleuchtet. Die Einfahrt mit einem 7,5m Camper war kein Problem. Man hört im Hintergrund (aus der Ferne, nicht störend!) etwas Verkehrsgeräusche, genau so aber die Natur mit Vögeln, Grillen usw. Der Empfang durch die Betreiber war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder Nur 15 Autominuten von McRent Algarve oder wenig mehr zum Flughafen Faro entfernt.

Lovely friendly and welcoming owners. Made us feel immediately at home. Tranquil, natural, calm site. Very clean and well laid out, with nice touches such as mood lighting in the trees. Well located for Loulé, Saõ Bras, Querença and the national park. Also within easy driving reach of the Golden Triangle resorts. Great road cycling in the area. Our favourite site in the Algarve, missing it already!
