Nous avons réservé une voiture 15 jours avant nos vacances, le jour arrivant de la livraison nous avons attendu désespérément la voiture, j’ai du appeler pour avoir des informations et je découvre que cette société n’est pas en mesure d’honorer la réservation. Aucun respect du client, incapable de respecter leur engagement, incapable de nous prévenir nous laissant à attendre, nous avons heureusement trouver une voiture chez europcar. Véritablement scandaleux. Société d’incompétents, je dois par obligation de publication mettre une étoile,

Cars outside hotel and good price so phoned to book two days before planned trip to Seville was told 9am earliest start so booked to pick car up for then. Phoned at 9.00 and was told person on way. Phoned again at 9.15 told again they were on way, again at 9.30 and 9.45. Eventually told colleague stuck at another hotel and probably another 30-45mins. Completely ruined our day trip we planned and booked. Would certainly not recommend as clearly not reliable. Cost effective is only a deal if they actually turn up when they say they will!

Nobody in the office speaks another languages that Spanish. Difficult to communicate ,the car should be delivered at 9 o’clock to Hotel Barcelo Isla Canela,we wait in the reception until 9.30 nobody,we ask reception to call the Gullecar,some body in the office told the lady in the reception,that it is our faute vecayE they wait from 9 o’clock and we didn’t came to the réception ,it was the agreement meeting point réception of the hotel. Anyhow after exchange for 25 minutes.a young men came and bring a dirt car with lot of scratchiest around and without antenne radio. Really awful old car.I told him it is not acceptable to bring a car for several days renting in this condition. He get mad and very impolite ...he said I will wash the car and will be back ... We loose another 30 min. When he was back I said I want to talk with his boss,he start to laugh ....ironique the boss is my father and he don’t care, -Madame You paid you take the care or not,now it is Your problème !!!! Very bad service and image of the country !!!! Not a sérieuse company and for sure not adapted for tourists. Be careful and chose Avis or Rental Car. We thought this one is a local one and really in a touristique zon. Even one star is to much.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. A confirmed booking which we made through their website got cancelled one day prior to the pick-up Date by Guillecar. They stated they would only rent cars for two days, which was obviously a fake excuse because our booking was for two days. Stay away from this unprofessional company! We have booked a car with Europcar instead which went smoothly.

Pior serviço ao cliente que eu tive ate hoje. Foi a pior experiencia em rent a car. Eu liguei para pedir um carro, a sra me disse que tinha um opel corsa eu diss ok e perguntei se tinha como me buscar onde eu estava, a sra disse que não, então eu disse que iria em seguida. No prazo de 15 minutos cheguei e ela tinha alugado o carro para outra pessoa. Quando eu questonei porque ela não me ligou ela respondeu que ela tinha muito trabalho. Eu falei que iria falar com o gerente ela respondeu faz o que quiser. A pessoa que representou a empresa comigo não tem o mínimo de respeito ao cliente.
