As bebidas são um pouco caras. Mas tem um ambiente bastante agradável. E os funcionários são muito simpáticos.

Bar acolhedor... música ao vivo muito fixe :) para passar um bom tempo e sempre bom... um dos mais famosos e antigos em monte gordo... contempla esplanada e parte interior o que é bom para ganhar espaço...

Ótimo serviço. Excelente esplanada e localização. Com música ao vivo, especialmente com o artista residente Nando Diaz, ainda é melhor!

Popped into B42 on the way back to the hotel and it's way way overpriced, we were the only people in the bar and felt like I'd been taken for a ride, bent over a barrel and we'll & truly rogered. We only ordered 4 drinks, 2 large beers (are actually very small beers) and 2 G&Ts and price was over €20, I'm sure the barman just made up the price as he went along. Toilets, the smell was enough to make you retch, I'd avoid like the plague. Take a walk around the back streets of the town and you find some amazing little restaurants & bars that put this place to shame. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Verkaufen billigen Fusel. Selbst wenn man nur einen Cocktail trinkt, der auch noch mit viel saft ist. Hat man eine schlechte Nacht und einen dicken Kopf am nächsten Tag. Einrichtung ist kaputt.

After a getting the menu we had to wait for a long time to place our order since we were forgotten. Even though there wasn't a lot going on, we had to wait long to finally get our drinks. They were okay. I only give three stars because there were times I was better served and treated.

O espaço é alegre e bem localizado , no entanto um BAR em que não sabem fazer um simples gin tónico (bulldog) em que servem c uma rodela de limão e mais nada e pagas 10€ acompanhado por um mojito que vem servido com montes de açúcar como se de uma caipirinha se tratasse é imperdoável... O tuga Chico esperto no seu melhor...a não voltar

Es la segunda vez que voy, y la verdad tratan al extranjero como dinero y lo exprimen al máximo, no lo recomiendo, abusan mucho. Se creen que somos idiotas y lo únicos tontos son ellos que pierden clientela. Yo desde luego no vuelvo a ir. Por entrar en el pub te obligan a consumir o pagas 80€?? Jajaja por un chupito 5€??? Jajaja, patético.

Reasonably priced bar in Monte Gordo catering towards tourists, athletes and sport enthusiasts. Despite the rest of the area being fairly dead in terms of nightlife during the Easter Break, Bar 42 was consistently busy in comparison with most of the surrounding bars. If you're looking to watch a bit of football whilst you're on your holidays, there is a large screen which regularly showed live matches. Staff were friendly, and if you are planning on heading for a night out it's worth knowing drinks are cheaper before 9pm. Free WiFi was a bit of a double edged sword here. It's a definite positive for the establishment that you can get online (if you ask nicely for the password), but it definitely seemed that was all some of the patrons were using the bar for, rather than socialising. As a result, on some quieter nights I couldn't help but feel almost the entire establishment was glued to their devices. Though I missed some of the events which were hosted, Bar 42 was a decent place to experience a bit of Monte Gordo's slightly more laid back nightlife.
