Great place just by the river. We spent several nice evenings there and loved the surprising dishes and the hospitality of the owners.

Loved the place. Insanely beautiful view, very well balanced, presented and original snacks.
Although I waited a while for service and food, didn't mind the slytest. The overall experience was perfect.

Das Essen war ganz OK, die Bedienung war nett . Das einzige was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat , war der kleine Tisch an dem wir zu viert sitzen sollten, an dem eigentlich zwei Personen Platz hatten. Obwohl noch andere Tische frei waren, war die Bedienung damit nicht einverstanden dass wir zwei von den kleinen Tischen zusammenstellen.

I was having a look to decide if it was the case to enter or not to have a drink there and the waiter only because he saw me with my mobile in my hands was very rude. He said that I was not supposed to take pictures...first of all I was not taking any picture and secondly I was not interested at all in taking pictures where he could appear. A client lost!

Una atención excelente, la camarera fue muy amable y simpática. El sitio es precioso y la ubicación inmejorable, junto a la ría. Productos de calidad, y no le pongo un 5 porque los precios son algo elevados, a mi parecer. Aun así, yo lo recomiendo.

Excelente sitio para tomarse una tapa con un vinito viendo el río. Los precios son adecuados al sitio y a la calidad de las tapas, le ponen mucho empeño y están muy ricas. No espereis una carta amplia para darte un festín es para tomarte una tapita tranquilo. A mí me gustó mucho. Precios de una tosta completita a 4.50 y provolone a 5.50 creo recordar pero muy muy bueno.

Lovely place with fresh tasty food. Great salads and bruschetta! Excellent smoked tube carpaccio. Nice selection of wines and friendly helpful staff.
Overlooking the river but didn’t seem rammed with tourists.

Very unhelpful staff, didn't allow us to use the toilet early in the day so deffinetly we did't returne in the evening. Total tourist trap

Ideally located in a sun trap on the river while a little more pricey in terms of drinks and food it is run by some of the most wonderful people. Owned and run meticulously by Fillipe who also show cases local artists within his cafe you are always warmly welcomed and are remembered if you are a regular.
His mother has recently taken over as chef and they specialise in tapas dishes and salads but they are worth going to for them. Try the avocado and tomato bruschetta it is AMAZING.
Definitely one worth visiting. We've become regulars whenever we go over!

Really nice experience! Super frendly host. Arrived late so the kitchen was closed, but Filippe brought us his red house wine, which indeed was excellent, and some good hummus and wine. Will definitely come back!

Favourite bar in Tavira, friendly crowd of regulars and Phillipe stocks excellent local wines and cheeses. Best before sunset.

Un sitio con encanto a orillas del puente. Comida diferente, para tapear y todo muy rico, además de una gran rapidez al servir.
Guillermo fue nuestro camarero y no pudo ser más amable y atento.

Super friendly, some nice tips regards local beauty spots, good wine and a fantastic artisan cheese and meat sharing tapa platter for €12. Whats not to like.
