Atendimento deficiente. Alguns itens em promoção, realmente não o estão, os preços são normais.. Assistência técnica presencial sempre com muita espera, e demorada na reparação, pensou que não há técnicos suficientes...

Nice selection of appliances. Friendly and helpful staff. Now to the negative points: 1. Misleading price matching promotions that only cover stores within 5 km. They basically price matching nothing. 2. Poor product training of employees lets them embarrassed with basic customer questions about appliances like a fridge or a washing machine. 3. Ridiculous internal ordering software made the worten assistant ask me my name, phone number and address as many times as appliances as I was ordering, despite being a single order. 4. The delivery of the appliances was requested once per appliance which lead to the delivery being spread over several days for items that were in stock at the store...despite being a single order once again. Overall lack of organization in the internal processes.
