Karine Wong: Probably the best Airbnb I have ever experienced. I’m a globe trotter so I know what I’m talking about. There is no word to describe this place except that it is an absolute bliss. This is not your typical airbnb. This place is a little gem nested in a beautiful area in Portugal. The hosts are beyond welcoming and friendly. They both speak Portuguese, French and enough English. They also guided my steps from Lisbon via WhatsApp with a long list of amazing things to see along the way. They checked on me while on the road to see if i was ok... I have never had hosts doing that in any of my trips across the world. The food, the massages, the picnic basket for day trips, the peacefulness of the pool, the attention to details and so many other things you must experience by coming here are simply out of this world. Baker delivering fresh bread in the morning at the door. I could go on and on... If you are not stopping here while visiting stunning Portugal, it’s simply your loss.

Em Junho, estávamos entusiasmados por encomendar o nosso Freeze Dryer. Ficámos tristes por saber que, devido à grande procura, não iríamos ter o nosso por mais 10 semanas. Conseguimo-lo em Agosto e tem estado a funcionar sem parar desde então. Valeu a pena a espera! Demorou um pouco para nos sentirmos confortáveis com o processo, mas agora já o temos resolvido e estamos a adorar. Acabamos comprando outro conjunto de bandejas para que possamos ter o próximo lote pronto para que possa começar assim que um lote estiver pronto. O suporte ao cliente tem sido muito útil quando temos tido dúvidas.

Comprei uma TV Big Screen, gastei $3600 e eles não conseguiram ligar a barra de som quando a instalaram (a televisão que estavam a substituir estava ligada à barra)! Depois de vários meses tendo que usar um segundo controle remoto para operar o sistema de som, fui até eles para pedir ajuda e eles simplesmente indeferiram meu pedido. Eles fizeram a venda deles, eu sinto que o que conta para eles
